I have raised complaint for My Telephone is dead on 1st Feb 2013 with complaint No.: 24. I waited till 7th to get the issue resolve. Since no action taken from your side so have sent written complain in "MTNL Rohini Sector-3" office and received another complain No.:48977 ant till now nobody has visited to check the issue.

Let me know what action is taken by ur side. Bcz My phone work maximum 1 week in each month. rest of the time I just raise complain in MTNL for the issue and still also no action taken from your side.

I need a permanent solution for this issue. I am using this no. for more than 18 years and i don't want to change my no. If issue persist like this and no fruitful action taken from your side. I have no other option then changing the Telephone operator.
