MTNL — Broadband not working since ONE MONTH!!

Hi,

My broadband is not working since the last 4 weeks.I have been following it up with the local technian,SDO and have raised several complaints through 1504 and online complaints portal but the problem is still not rectified.Since I have taken an unlimited usage broadband thereby a fixed charge will be deducted inspite of no internet connection.I will not paying the bill for BB for this month and if the problem is not rectified immediately I will change the interconnection to some better BB provider.

Still nothing has been done so far and I am planning to disconnect the service now.

MTNL Broadband — Broadband is not working from one month

My MTNL Broadband is not working from last 1 month sometime services are up and again goes down .
I try exchange JTO No 26914200 & 20593507 but never get proper response 26914200 & 20593507 .

I also online register complaint on i.e 103398 but still didnt get any revert today again i register new
complaint 104635 and waiting for the revert .

I m interested in fast resolution of my complaints so that i can do my important work .
