MTNL — No broadband services for the last seven months | |||
Dear Sir, I have an MTNL broadband connection (consumer # [protected]) at my house. The boradband connection has not been working for the past many months, I have logged in numerous complaints. But, to no avail. I had chosen MTNL over Airtel in the hope of getting better and genuine services. I have been paying Rs 757 every month for all these months, but without any services. For the past ten days, there is no dial tone either. I have logged-in separate complaints for 'no dial tone' as well. But, even that has not been restored till now. I am completely fed-up now, and seek your help. Is this the treatment I deserve despite being a good customer of MTNL? Will any one at MTNL pay heed to a hapless customer?
