[Resolved]  MTNL — Modem Not Changed

Sir,

My telephone No. is[protected] and is registered with the name of Mrs. Neeru Jain residing at 7370, 3rd FLoor , Delhi.
I requested for the modem change i.e normal to wireless modem on 10.08.2011 (MTNL request/complaint no.[protected] but it has still not been replaced.
Despite Several complaints in MTNL customer care i.e 1500 my modem has not been changed.
Complaint no.'s are as folllows : -
