[Resolved]  MTNL Telephone — mtnl landline issue

REMINDER - 1

NO LINE MAN HAS VISITED and it has been noticed that complaint no has been shifted from 178 to 134 without any closure.

Its been observed MTNL Service Team is not at all bothered to care for user complaints.
days are passing but no technician is found to visit and resolve the issue.


Please Share escalation Matrix of your Department.
