i have purchased a mblaze datacard [protected] on nov28 with a reebok shoe offer,as per your conditions i have to recieve shoes withih ten working days , but i have still not recieved it and its going to near a month,
regarding this i have spoken to your customer are more than 15 times losing my valuble money, customer care responds very bad and not giving solution for this
i have also mailed you 2 times and this will be my final try.i[censored] cant give me option to recieve shoes with in 2 more days.
i have decided to move this legally by taking to consumer court.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am SHIKHA BHATT I taken a MTS m blaze data card connection from 19th nov. 2010 for use computer internet.My mblaze mdn no. is [protected].But when I take this m blaze your executive told me when I take this, company give me a Reebok shoe but from that day to still now I do not get my shoe.I already say to your executive many time & also mail to you.

Today is 25th fab 2011 & as per your mail u told me today delivery date.

BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY SHOES FROM YOUR SIDE.
WHAT I SHOULD HAVE TO DO NOW... TELL ME.

PLEASE ANS. OTHERWISE I WILL DO NEXT ACTION.

I-67 Jal Vidyut Apartment,
Sector 21-C, Faridabad
This consignment was delivered to Sony Communication instead of the above address.

MTS — NON DELIVERY OF REEBOK SHOES AS PER OFFER

I AM RAJESH BADRE AND HAS APPLIED FOR MTS SPEED KA DOUBLE DOSE OFFER FOR RS 2999 WITH 6 MONTHS 250MB USAGE FREE AND REEBOK SHOES . AFTER SEVERAL REMINDER AND FOLLOWUP I HAVE NOT RECD THE SHOES. NOW THEY ARE SAYING SINCE YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED BEFORE 31DEC 2010 YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED FOR THE SHOES . ALSO THEY HAVE GIVEN 5 MONTHS FREE 250 MB USAGE AGAINST 6 MONTHS PROMISED.

MY CONNECTION NO.IS [protected] . RECHARGE VOUCHER NO.[protected] MR[protected] [protected]. I HAVE PUCHASED THIS THROUGH XPRESS COMMUNICATIONS ,PUNE MR. VIKAS SINGH AS MARKETING EXECUTIVE OF MTS TOLD ME DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO .

IS THIS ATTITUDE OF COMPANY LIKE MTS. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY MAILS AND EVEN CALL CENTRE CALLS ARE NOT REPLIED .
Yes, I facing similar issue. Since last 4 months, I am doing follow-up with MTS customer care but till date, I have n't received my Shooes and no one at MTS is replying to mails.
Same this with me too. Since last 4 months I did multiple follow-up with MTS but not yet received my shoees. Earlier, MTS said, it will be delivered but now no one at MTS is replying to my mails.

Don't belive in MTS offers.
