[Resolved]  MTS India MBlaze — Calling and Charging Fraudulently

I took mts postpaid mblaze connection (mts no. [protected]) on 27th dec 2011. The offer was if I pay rs 900 for data card I will have free one month service. But they even sent a bill for 5 days used in dec. By the way I paid bill for january and when I saw february bill they gave twice amout bill. I told to change the bill but they didn't.
March the connection was worst and numerous complaint didn't give any relief. In the end in april they disconnected my connection due to non payment of bill. I have the proofs of the complaints and took the screen shot of their speed I got at home. I will attach those complaints if it is required.
Today (17th august 2012) after such long time I got a call from [protected] and [protected] (in name of advocate ankita verma) said to be from delhi court telling I have notice in my name. I didn't get any notice from them and they said I have to reach delhi tomorrow for damages for 35k. They said if I pay the bill of Rs 2846 they will withdraw the case.
The Rs 2846 was including Feb March and April bill. Whereas I didn't use my net for April. Accordingly they should be paid only Rs 864 (consider the above free one month offer and not counting the one month unused charges).
By the way I paid the money (transaction ID 68748256, HDFC netbanking) and now I want to complaint against them for this harassment charges. I know that the number is not from delhi court. Please help me find the solution soon.
I want to know even if notice didn't reach me how can they ask me to reach delhi by tomorrow. If it is not from any court I want to take a strict action againt them.
Please see it as urgent complain to solve it.

I got a call today from a lady Nisha Agarwal ([protected]) claiming to be from a Verification Department of Delhi District Court. She just confirmed my name, number and address and said that Advocate Vikram Rana has filed a case against me in Delhi District Court and hence I need to go to Delhi for the case. She further confirmed that she does not have any details of the case and gave me the case file number and the contact number of advocate Vikram Rana([protected]) and asked me to contact him to get the case details and decide whether I want to settle the case or proceed with the case.

The next time she called, I threatened her not to call back or I shall raise complaint with the Police for harassing me, at which she started shouting not to threaten her.

Not sure, why these fools think they can make such a weak cowardly trap and get to extract money from the customers. It is because of the nature o[censored]s, Indians that we keep grudging but do nothing until we reach the worst point..

I want o file a complaint with the consumer forums so badly, but may be wont find enough time and energy to spend on these fakers.

I have a series of mail with the MTS corporate care where they have contradicted themselves directly in 2 back to back mail, and have sent me the usage details which include usage of few days of the previous month to match up the total usage sent in the bill.

So, I am not ready to pay them a single paisa until they actually file a case and win the case. I would rather fight the case and see the state of affairs in our Indian Judiciary System.

i was working in a stok broking company with profit and loss ratio 40-60 then 40 was mine and 60 was company then i had done loss of rs 3000 so i had to gave 1200 rs then i told to sir that i will give 40% from my loss it is 1200 then i lived job from there then after a month head of compny call me and say that you have to give rs 3000 so i said that i have no 3000 rs if you want 1200rs i will give you . then he talk with me rudly and use very bad words then after a month he send me a notice from his advocate that you have to give 3000 rs and also 1000 rs for this notice in 5 days so what i have to do for this action please reply me urgently ...


please give me suggestion urgently........

MTS Data Card — Mts Data card the biggest fraud

Please see that i purchased a mts data card from MTS on 5th
of september 2010 . At first the company authorized dealer
duped me by charging me for the premium model but giving me
the ordinary model which is not compatible with my mac os. I
complained it to mts complaint on SE-5055 dated 05 sept
2010 but till date they have not responded.

Though i was still working on the data card as it was
working fine under windows hoping some resolution one day.
but after 20th sept the broadband also shut down. I asked
for the reason & they said i need to do a re-charge as
my balance was over.I subsequently re-charged it by rs 250
but again it didnt work i was asked that i should get it
re-charged by rs 999 but again the same problem. the
broadband signal still didn't work. .
I am complaining almost every day & they issue me a
complaint no one after another . I even complained the matter to trai twice but they also seems to be deaf & dumb Like mts. It seems trai ( Telecom regulatory authority of india ) is also a useless created body with no powers & no intentions to check such fraudulent co's .
This mts is big fraud & i advise all people to stay away from it

MTS — MBLAZE is not working from last one month after purchase

My mblaze system is not working. It display remote computer did not respond last one month ofter purchage.informed but not respond yet and executive told me that mblage is working properly.
STAY AWAY FROM MTS!

MTS is the worst service provider in the world, they give false promises and never respond to complaints, my data card gives a speed of 15 kbps as opposed to the promises of 3 mbps and the customer care executives close the complaints giving false reasons.Lodged almost 30 complaints!
I am planning to take legal action on them...

Anyone outhere pl, stay away from MTS if you want to save money as well as time!

MTS — forgotten proof of my mts number

i am using mts for last 7 months.......i have forgotten which proofs are given to my mts number [protected].....pls send me the details of my proof....

MTS Mblaze — did not got the offer

i had purchased a MTS M-Blaze data card on the 1st week of january.

MTS was having the offer that on purchasing of the M-Blaze data card, they will offer the customer with a pair of free Reebok Shoes.

so, i applied for the shoes.

they also promised to deliver the shoes with in 10-15 working days.

now it is more than 2 months, but i did not got the free shoes, and whenever i will be calliing the MTS Customer Care, they will assure me with new dates,everytime.

the last time i called the customer care, they finally promised me the 9th March, but it is 11th March today, and till now i did not recieved any news about the subject.

and moreover the customer care people, they are so pathetic, they do not answer properly and are giving some silly reasons and excuses and false assurance.

today is the 12th of march,but till now there is no update from MTS.

what i'm supposed to do now....???

MTS — Speed Related Issue

Sir I have MTS Mblaze USB Modem, bought it a few days before.The Retail Outlet owner in Rohtak promise me that it will give high speed browsing and downloading upto 3.1 Mbps but it doesn't give even 100 kBps downloading speed. It is the worst telecom service i ever seen. MTS USB modem ae waste.Please someone can take action against these fake ads and bane this kind of companies.

MTS — delay in resolving billing issue

I had recharged my mts data card for 999 through online recharge. The recharge was a failure so i did it again. it was succesfully recharged the second time. Bt the next day, i realized that i was billed twice. I was charged 999 twice. I have been calling mts since november 4 2011 but till date nothing has happend. They make false promises of resolving my issue and refunding my money . I am helpless. Mts doesnot value their customers . They are rude and make false promises.
i had faced the same problem like cathielws, please advice whether this can be taken to consumer court
please sir try to understand our problem the speed is tooo poor.i made complaint lot of times but i am not understanding why don't u take it serious.u cannot believe that its maximum speed is 7 kbps.u advertise that speed comes 3.1 mbps. but i cannot expect that. its in ur hands what will u do.

Yes dear Nasir, I am from Bangalore. Facing the same problem. I too got a call from these frauds today and happened to see your post when i tried to locate this number of this so called ankit on google. My sincere advice do not pay a single pie now. I had actually planned to go to consumer court but left it due to shortage of time. I think we all should work together and teach these frauds at mts a lesson. The best part with me is when i gave a complaint for speed & connectivity related issues they said there is no such connection in the address I have mentioned but the said connection is located at egipura and wilson garden. So when they called for payment i said go collect it from wilson garden. Now to file the case I dont know from where they got the address. I am always ready to join you for any legal procedure you plan to take.

And the funniest part is all customers who are getting these calls are from Bangalore. MTS thinks they can just take people for a ride. Well let them pay the to & fro flight cost & all other expenses for the travel if they really want to take every one for a ride.

I dont know why my previous post in response to yours was not online. I too am facing the same problem. My sincere advice do not pay a single pie. We should all join hands & work together to teach these frauds a lesson. I am there to join you for any legal proceedings you plan to go with.

Hello guys,
Even I got the similar calls for one of my unpaid MTS postpaid connection bills.
First I got a call from No. [protected] the person told that he is from Tees Hazari court Delhi and they have a case registered against me with them filed by Adv. Ankita Verma. Gave me his/her contact number and asked me to talk to them to avoid further action.
In case I fail to get back to them by afternoon they will process the file and I will have to appear in Tees Hazari court tomorrow.

I called up on the given number, Mr. Puroshottam Srivastava (Ph.[protected]) said to be assistant of Adv. Ankita Verma picked up the call and on told me that they have a case against me for non payment of the dues and have sent me notices two times.
But when i asked about the details of which day and time the notices were sent to my address, the guy failed to provide me the details.
Threatening me that its a court matter and if i dont wish to pay the due he will process the file today.

Let me know (PM on my email ID) if you guys are planning to take a legal action.

I don't think we need to be scared of these fraudulent calls. If we all go to consumer court MTS will have to pay us compensation for all this harrassment as we have enough evidence with us. Just as mr. nasir mentioned I too have every detail of the calls I made to them including the letter I drafted to consumer court when they were going on harassing me. But since their calls had stopped I too just left it at that. We need to check the credentials of this Ankitha Verma. Because when I was checking out the details on google, i saw a similar complaint from tata photon customers where a different no. of this Ankitha was mentioned. Looks like she operates with different numbers for different networks.

I called the MTS nodal officer today and after listening the complaint they simply disconnected. I am planning to mail this to higher officer mail id...

If not resolved we can go media way.
