[Resolved]  MTS India MBlaze — Calling and Charging Fraudulently

I took mts postpaid mblaze connection (mts no. [protected]) on 27th dec 2011. The offer was if I pay rs 900 for data card I will have free one month service. But they even sent a bill for 5 days used in dec. By the way I paid bill for january and when I saw february bill they gave twice amout bill. I told to change the bill but they didn't.
March the connection was worst and numerous complaint didn't give any relief. In the end in april they disconnected my connection due to non payment of bill. I have the proofs of the complaints and took the screen shot of their speed I got at home. I will attach those complaints if it is required.
Today (17th august 2012) after such long time I got a call from [protected] and [protected] (in name of advocate ankita verma) said to be from delhi court telling I have notice in my name. I didn't get any notice from them and they said I have to reach delhi tomorrow for damages for 35k. They said if I pay the bill of Rs 2846 they will withdraw the case.
The Rs 2846 was including Feb March and April bill. Whereas I didn't use my net for April. Accordingly they should be paid only Rs 864 (consider the above free one month offer and not counting the one month unused charges).
By the way I paid the money (transaction ID 68748256, HDFC netbanking) and now I want to complaint against them for this harassment charges. I know that the number is not from delhi court. Please help me find the solution soon.
I want to know even if notice didn't reach me how can they ask me to reach delhi by tomorrow. If it is not from any court I want to take a strict action againt them.
Please see it as urgent complain to solve it.

avoid the calls, its they who will have to pay us in court for deficiency of services on their part and the harassment caused.
i have faced a similar situation where MTS is charging higher. i got my data card in the month of april this year and i was billed 500r and the following month i have not used the data card as much as in the month of April and i receive a bill of 700rs.
MTS cheated me and issued legal notice

i HAVE TAKEN A MTS DATA CARD IN DEC 2014.I HARDLY USED IT FOR 5 Months. On 4/06/2015 i called to customer care and i gave to MTS cancellation Request that time they told pay due amount after we will disconnect your connection so that, that day only i paid due amount after i called again they said “within 48 hours your MTS Connection will be cancelled” After i am not used MTS DATA Card and i got disconnected msg regarding to cancellation. But after 2 months i got MTS bill so i called again customer care on 19/09/2015 i asked regarding to bill they said “sorry for inconvenience your account is fully clear.
But now I got a legal notice to my mail regarding bill payment of MTS MBlaze .I disconnected the MTS 4 months back and i paid all the bills ...But now they sent a notice to pay Rs 1061 and a lawyer Notice. I tried calling on the customer care they now said they did not have my number's detail and now they are sending me legal notice...What should i do ...Please give some suggestions..
I had really worst experience with MTS service. I used MTS for 2 months and the connection is really poor. I told to disconnect my card, before next bill cycle. After i paid bill, they still sending the bill. I asked why its not disconnected. They like "its just temporary disconnect". So, in future if i change my mind and come back and use or transfer to some other person. I told to disconnect permanently. Again they disconnect only if i pay my due bill. Its like paying again for no reason.
I refused to pay the bill. They told they take legal action for non bill payment. One day an Advocate called me from Delhi court and threatening to pay the bill. Seriously! these people are BIG scammers, they know how to scam people from A to Z. We should take this seriously and raise this issue.
They campaign to sell the card, Bad costumer service, Poor connection.
Some person claiming himself lawyer from Delhi court is calling and irritating me to pay MTS bill.. Bt in real it's been months they took away my connection it never became proper after that..I gave complaints regarding same 2 customer care nobody responded properly.. Now this lawyers are asking me to pay bill though I had not used.. who are dey are they MTS agents?? Should I bother abt this calls??

speed of the internet is not as told and it is just working at 0.62kbps please work on this and provide proper speed as told
Regarding MTS MDN [protected] MTS was not providing promised services so I requested MTS for disconnect the service and stop using the service. MTS didn't disconnect the services and keep charging for number of months. I paid once online from mts website but didn't give any instruction for auto-debit. MTS keep deduct money from my paytm/credit card account. Later when I came to know about this fraud I contact MTS then they disconnect the service and sends full and final of 778 rupees. Now due to fault at MTS side I already paid for 2 months and now they asking for another 778 rupees. I am getting continuous threatening calls stating that they are calling from Tees Hazari court and we will issue an warrant if bill not paid.
Hello All,

Please don't go for MTS data card. After informing with by mail disconnection data card but still they are not disconnecting and e-bills are generated for 3-4 month. MTS customer care are forcing to pay bill. They are threatening and harassing . And finally they are sending notice from Lokadalat. So i request to all don't go for MTS data card.
