[Resolved]  Mts — DEFECTIVE DEVICE WITH NO SERVICE

I have purchased the Usb card from MTS for Internet services on 24th July from its authorized dealer 'Arya Telecummunication, Sanghvi, Pune.

The device has been inoperational from 28th August. I could get the replacement of my device on 17th September but it again had issues and I could'nt access the internet. I submitted the card to Arya communication on 21st September and they said it was a minor configuration issue which would be resolved within 2 days. Now inspite of calling them everyday, they are not responding on when they can give us the device back. There are lots of excuses from there side such as 'After replacing the device, we forgot to link it to your account and so it doesnt work'. In past few days, they have cut down the calls when we try to contact them.

Please look into the issue as we are suffering in the absence of internet service for entire 1 month now. Our last recharge on 24th August worth Rs 600 got totally wasted as we could use the service only for 3 days after paying for entire month. We are now forced to buy another device for accessing internet services at home due to a very long turnaround time from MTS and Arya Telecommunications.So we want our money back OR an immidiate replacement before 1st october.

MTS MBLAZE — No service is provided till date

This is Sujit Kumar Panigrahi.I am staying in Pune,MH. I took a MTS MBlaze Connection Last month. The vendor is Naime(mob:[protected]) and representive Abdulla(mob [protected]). They collected Rs2000/- and twice the required document (like passport copy,Pan card copy,Electricity bill copy and 2 photos). But till now i donot get the service.
Please do the needful action.

I am also facing the same prblm 2wards tata photon whiz.
I bought it 4m a shop but it shows it is not compatible 4 my lappy.
so whwt should i do.
They are not agree to replace it with new compatible one

MTS Mblaze — below standard staff,services and network

This is Ateev Puri....from mumbai...[phn--[protected]].......,i bought mblaze whose MDN no is [protected] around 15 or 16 november [i dont remember the date because i was not given any bill]......I bought it from mukesh....some dealer in andheri east[saki naka]authorised dealer....mobile no--[protected]

Ok so from the first day the speed which was promised to me around 2mbps or upto 3.1mbps by the dealer came aound 100-200 kbps....so i called him and he told me to contact customer care....they gave me some complaint no. that i dont remember because after that i was given so many complaint numbers that i dont even remember.....so after that day my internet connectivity was blocked because of documents that the dealer lost or didn't submit.....i submitted the documents 2 times again to him and called him around 50-60 times and i got just 1 reply...''5 min do sir...ho rha hai''.........days passed by but my internet wasn't working because of documents.......i also called customer care around 30 times from different numbers....but no one was helping....they were just saying we'r really sorry please submit the documents again......and they gave me so many complaint numbers......again i submitted....again the same story.....i was fed up of mts nd the services provided by them....

Then suddenly on 30 november i.e....yesterday.....my internet was activated.......then what i saw was the speed coming was 10 kbps....20kbps........then i called ur customer care AGAIN.....he told me that in 999 recharge you get only 12gb usage....after that u get 1x speed.....12 gb usage in 10 days at a speed of 200kbps when for more than 5 or 6 days my net was not working ,is it possible?????.......plus i was also not told by any of the dealers or salesperson that this thing happens......i choosed mts only because of this 999 plan......fine....i can't do anything now.......so i asked that executive what shoud i do now......he said you have to recharge again.........so i recharged my mblaze with 595 and what i see is the same speed......10-20 kbps......again i called customer care and then he says u'll get same speed till your 999 plan expires..........now what???.....i called this executive....he tells me to recharge....i recharge.....and i waste my money for nothing.....no validity...no speed....nothing.....its just that i am gifting them my hard earned money..........and what more is this shocking reply from the executive on the phone...''sir it was not me on the phone earlier.....sorry sir i cant help you in this matter''........and he hung up.........

now fed up of arguing and complaining.....i spent 3500 on this mbalze for less than 15 days[which i didnt use also for 15 days].....and what i get.....all this......i am sick and tired of these mts people....they are a cheat...please help me out in geting refund of my hard earned money
