Dear Sir,

I am Chinmoy Saha from Kolkata. I am running a business which related to service industry. I have purchased a MTS MBLAZE on 16th september 2010. I have purchased this device for my business support. But MTS authorized dealer name called AUSTRAL offer and commit me that "you will get 30GB o[censored]nlimited Internet with high speed". I have used already 16 GB . Now I am not getting any speed as well as interruption. I have lost many business only because MTS Net Connectivity.

Now when i called them they were telling me our plan has changed from 24 september 2010. You will not get that speed and this service. If you want to get same service than you have to recharge with Rs.999. /

In the time of sale they have just push me this product with false commitment. I can say that simply they have chitted with me. They are doing this kind of thing in market.

Please take action regarding this matter. Why they are doing this.

Hi I am vinay frm mumbai, I was facing the same problem of disconnection as my laptop had a virus, So got it formatted and reistalled the modem, Pls ask the engr to reconfigure the modem becaz the modem is made in china by ZTE and they have a few techinal probems and pls call the nos i provide pls call the concerned person in ur cities ok

My problem got solved and I in unlimited plan . My downloading speed is 1.8 MBPS and uploading speed is at 1.2 MBPS .

waiting for free shoes till yet purchase of mts Mblaze datacard on 25th of dec 2010.

MDN NO.[protected] i had purchase a mts datacard as on 25th of dec 2010 into the offer with reebok shoes free.but till now i havn't got it .and when i purchase it from ur sales executive he said it will be sended to my house within 15 working days from the date of activation it so plz tell me when will you send my free reebok shoes as soon as possible.

sir i face a problem regarging porting from mts to any other company and the no. is [protected] . sir firstly i tried to port in IDEA but your company rejected this and tell us that there is any agreement between us but sir i d'ont have any agreement with you then i tried to port in AIRTEL but you rejected this also. now, i applied to port in IDEA POSTPAID sir this time please i request you to please agree and alow idea to port in there company and if there is any agreement then show it to me.

    ****DO NOT BUY MTS***

    I bought MTS product MBlaze broadband around 3 months back. Connectivty is terrible and speed is worst. They advertise saying speed upto 3Mbps without mentioning the hidden fact that since it is a mobile broadband connection you might get a speed of 3Mbps for an instance. You'll never get uniform speed like you do in wired broadband connection. In reality you'll not even hit a speed of 1Mbps!!
    I have called their customer support ( which is again a horrible MTS service) several times but its of no use. If you happen to call their customer service then make sure tha you talk in hindi irrespective of the options you select in the IVR menu.

    Now a days I am getting speed of 50Kbps-60Kbps max.

    Can anybody suggest me how to deal with the service provider like this?
    I am also facing this problem, and many times i have filed complaint in customer care but no action has taken yet.
    Any body tell me what can I do

      i have bought a mts internet device premium type with a speed upto 3.1 mbps
      but i never exceeds from 50 kbps in good signals it is useless as you cannot downloand anything without saveral tries.

      dont ever take mts products are worthless
      the speed of the data card is too slow
      when tried to contact the customer care official, its out of reach
      no help from the MTS
      Worst service. Even dealers dono how to use this MTS.
      When i tried to ask them for enquiry, he said 'Its good connection, Its good connection' he dint know how to handle with customer
      I have used for jus 4 days.. my speed becomes too slow.. so i asked customer care and they told me i have exceeded 16.5GB.. but my plan is upto12GB its 3.1mbps.. beyond 12GB it ll be 114kbps. in 4days we can download 12GB in 3.1mbps, but how can we download another 4.5GB in 2 days with 114kbps...????

        Dear Sir,

        I had purchased MTS Blaze (unlimited plan 999Rs) no: [protected] from S P road store Bangalore on 30th Agust-2010. I am not getting good speed and connection also breaking. Earlier it was showing connection type Hybrid but i changed it to Broadband mode . I mailed to customer care twice for settings and speed problems and also contacted customer care (every time call was on hold for many minutes at last i disconnected).

        I am getting speed upto 133kbps and that also not consistent after 5 Pm it is under 50kbps. many times Gmail site does not open or fail to send mails due to slow and inconsistent service.

        same thing happened to me too...poor speed under 150 kbps after 10 days o[censored]se..
        boss ...is it downloading speed...MTS is even poor than 256Kbps broadband connection..it give 20 kbps for me as downloading speed. MTS guys should be thrown out of India. WHAT"S TRAI OR DOT doing...these organisations should be privatized. Govt people doesn't do anything
        The worst network is MTS. I have been using MTS for the past 6 months but no speed at all. It is not even connecting most of the time . So I bought airtel. It has good speed and dont mind abt buying other products bcoz we are spending more money on MTS when comparing to other products
        i agree.. because i have to wait one hour for complaint.. what a speed...
        i also agree, the mts dealers are just like a height of attitude, they will not tell exact offer means something is hidden which is always dangerous...


        so my personal advice is go for TATA photons at list u will get something good not at all ...
        i support these people, i have tried to contact their great customer care nobody picking up the call, and forget about speed there is no proper network any where, rather using the great device spend 10rs and go to cyber and browse. my humble request to all people please dnt ever go for this bloody connection, if you have a lot time and patience you can go for it. i am using this from past 4 months, every month i had a hope it will b ok in next month, like that i passed 4 months, this is the last month fo this great connection, im going to put a candle near by this device and frame into a wall.

        mts is worst internet connection.they just show you download speed.gyus please check the browsing and upload speed too which mts dont provide.even google take 10 seconds to open.and yes they drop the download speed too after 12gb o[censored]sage which they dont tell while selling there device.there marketing strategies are looting people.they are fraud.no upload and browsing speed

        Dear All,

        My data-card speed is also pathetic now. Actually MTS BTS ( Base Trans-Receivers) are very limited in numbers, so every BTS have to cover a big area and so a large number of customers, so the limited bandwidth with 1 BTS is divided among the users.

        Now their customer base has increased to a big numbers, to they have to decrease speed of their old customer, to provide bandwidth to NEW customer. so nothing is wrong in it.

        less than 20 kbps in case of unlimited plans

        i opt fr 5gb unlimited plan ..it is good till 5gb but after that the speed is too low..that it do nt cross 20kbps but they promise to deliever 150 kbps..then i use smartbooster pack for 3gb at additional 200 INR but still nt works...

        Internet speed is too slow

        I bought MTS Mblaze Ultra of 14.7mbps 2 months ago. I paid 399 for 2gb and still it is in 60kbps. Please help.

          I have purchased the Usb card from MTS for Internet services on 24th July from its authorized dealer 'Arya Telecummunication, Sanghvi, Pune.

          The device has been inoperational from 28th August. I could get the replacement of my device on 17th September but it again had issues and I could'nt access the internet. I submitted the card to Arya communication on 21st September and they said it was a minor configuration issue which would be resolved within 2 days. Now inspite of calling them everyday, they are not responding on when they can give us the device back. There are lots of excuses from there side such as 'After replacing the device, we forgot to link it to your account and so it doesnt work'. In past few days, they have cut down the calls when we try to contact them.

          Please look into the issue as we are suffering in the absence of internet service for entire 1 month now. Our last recharge on 24th August worth Rs 600 got totally wasted as we could use the service only for 3 days after paying for entire month. We are now forced to buy another device for accessing internet services at home due to a very long turnaround time from MTS and Arya Telecommunications.So we want our money back OR an immidiate replacement before 1st october.

          MTS MBLAZE — No service is provided till date

          This is Sujit Kumar Panigrahi.I am staying in Pune,MH. I took a MTS MBlaze Connection Last month. The vendor is Naime(mob:[protected]) and representive Abdulla(mob [protected]). They collected Rs2000/- and twice the required document (like passport copy,Pan card copy,Electricity bill copy and 2 photos). But till now i donot get the service.

          MTS Mblaze — below standard staff,services and network

          This is Ateev Puri....from mumbai...[phn--[protected]].......,i bought mblaze whose MDN no is [protected] around 15 or 16 november [i dont remember the date because i was not given any bill]......I bought it from mukesh....some dealer in andheri east[saki naka]authorised dealer....mobile no--[protected]

          Ok so from the first day the speed which was promised to me around 2mbps or upto 3.1mbps by the dealer came aound 100-200 kbps....so i called him and he told me to contact customer care....they gave me some complaint no. that i dont remember because after that i was given so many complaint numbers that i dont even remember.....so after that day my internet connectivity was blocked because of documents that the dealer lost or didn't submit.....i submitted the documents 2 times again to him and called him around 50-60 times and i got just 1 reply...''5 min do sir...ho rha hai''.........days passed by but my internet wasn't working because of documents.......i also called customer care around 30 times from different numbers....but no one was helping....they were just saying we'r really sorry please submit the documents again......and they gave me so many complaint numbers......again i submitted....again the same story.....i was fed up of mts nd the services provided by them....

          Then suddenly on 30 november i.e....yesterday.....my internet was activated.......then what i saw was the speed coming was 10 kbps....20kbps........then i called ur customer care AGAIN.....he told me that in 999 recharge you get only 12gb usage....after that u get 1x speed.....12 gb usage in 10 days at a speed of 200kbps when for more than 5 or 6 days my net was not working ,is it possible?????.......plus i was also not told by any of the dealers or salesperson that this thing happens......i choosed mts only because of this 999 plan......fine....i can't do anything now.......so i asked that executive what shoud i do now......he said you have to recharge again.........so i recharged my mblaze with 595 and what i see is the same speed......10-20 kbps......again i called customer care and then he says u'll get same speed till your 999 plan expires..........now what???.....i called this executive....he tells me to recharge....i recharge.....and i waste my money for nothing.....no validity...no speed....nothing.....its just that i am gifting them my hard earned money..........and what more is this shocking reply from the executive on the phone...''sir it was not me on the phone earlier.....sorry sir i cant help you in this matter''........and he hung up.........

          now fed up of arguing and complaining.....i spent 3500 on this mbalze for less than 15 days[which i didnt use also for 15 days].....and what i get.....all this......i am sick and tired of these mts people....they are a cheat...please help me out in geting refund of my hard earned money

            I am Santanu Ganguly and my modem no is [protected]. I bought the MBLAZE connection on 3rd March and also recharged on 5th June. At that time also my connection was good enough. But all of a sudden my desktop broke down in August and for that reason I could not connect my datacard with my desktop. After repairing my computer when I tried to recharge my connection it showed "Remote computer did not respond". I went to the West Bengal head office Srijan Tech park, 9th floor and they told me that it is permanently disconnected. I asked them if you really disconnected my connection then why did you allow me to recharge this on June. They were simply speechless. They were not able to show ant documents that their officer went to my place not even I got any call in my cell. They told me that their officer went to my house on 2nd September but they did not found anybody. But on that particular day My father was in our house for the entire day. They permanently disconnected my datacard connection on 15th September.

            Such a cheating company, I am a student and I can't afford to loose 3000 Rs, within 7 month. Very very bad company. Plz don't buy their product as they cheat with their customers.

            Such a cheater. Business can't be increased without honesty. I need a solution. My dear all deprived friends lets make an end of this bloody business.

            Plz do something for me. I am helpless and want a quick solution for this event very urgent.
            STAY AWAY FROM MTS

            i took a mts data card paying rs 1900 through one of their distributors who had set up a stall on the way to itpl. he told me you pay the money and he could activate the card in fifteen minutes .he said he would come near me office the next day and collect my documents . next day he didn't come .he requested me to email the scanned copies of the photo, id & address proof.by the weekend he i had sent him the documents . he responded by the next Monday saying the the scanned doc were not clear as he could see the face clearly . he started asking me to send a color scan of my pan card . i was not comfortable about this . so he got my connection cutoff around 18th oct siting non submission of documents .later i forwarded a pdf copy of my voter id card . he again said this was not clear .around 27th of oct i send them a colour scan of my pan card & voter id . it was reinstated on 26th after a lot of complaining . again on 28th it was again cutoff stating that office was yet to receive documents . The connection is still down .i am fedup with mts . i dont know how to get a refund from Mts . data card can be very slow and many times it tend to give message that sites are not accessible
            this is totally insane...mts=big cheaters...severe actions must be taken against mts

              I have purchased the mts datacard for unlimited plan of 999 after two days my connection is cut down due to no clear photogarph in my documentation , I have submitted my documents again.
              again my connection is started for few hours and then again it is cut by them . Again I have submitted my documents in head office and then my datacard runs for only 15 days after 15 days it was agian cut down . They are saying that due to address verification came nagative.
              What what si the problem i don't know sir please help

              I have purchased the mts datacard for unlimited plan of 999 after one month my connection is cut down due address verification but no body came for address verification and now they are saying your connection is not working you have to purchase new connection how it is possible if i will go for new one again same problem will come and we are not follish and i am working in very big company and it is not possible that your person could not find the place that is impossible and if he is coming for verification he should call me and i will tell him address.. They are saying that due to address verification came nagative.

              i am Dayananda, i have taken mts broadband connection 2 months before, they said it will be speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 100 kbps only . i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 22/06/11 from the day of recharge i am getting speed not more than 100 to 300Kbps even though network is full i am not getting speed.

                I had purchased MTS Broadband for Unlimited usage they said that they will provide 3.1 mbps service UNLIMITED. But now they said we have a USUAGE POLICY in unlimited ... what a piece of Crap I will never buy any MTS product. Is there anyway we can protest against them? We should all join hands to teach these cheats a lesson. Bloody !!!

                Make a community in different social site against the company as well as act the whole incident and capture and upload in you tube. so that every person search in Google can also see the video and have a right judgment on it before buying it. Their sale will highly effected by this.
                MTS Broad band is a very big Cheat and very very poor service. I never seen such a service provider.
                I have bought USB (data card ) internet and recharged for 250 and they said 350MB we can use it. But i have opened just office outlook and didn't download any files or images, and just for 2 min nearly 100+ MB have been deducted.
                I tried to reach customer care for that, for more than 4 days and they were not providing a good service and not paying attention to our calls.And they said these are PAID sites and it will be deducted in that way.But this is really not acceptable. For using only some 2 or 3 of their free websites. Do we need to go for this service? If and all if you want to surf any other sites, per min you will loose 100s of MBs, which is not at acceptable.

                  Internet not working. USB modem taken from MTS India on 18th September 2010 at Tilak Road Branch. The Internet connection was working for one day and suddenly it stopeed working the 2nd day. Till today Sept 23rd the Internet is not working and the company people are not giving proper answers I want my Internet started as early as possible or be provided with a refund of some kind.                     I was provided a broad band modem by Mr. Ashish from the company his contact number is [protected] . Very confident about the quality of services . I first aked for a post paid connection to which he said the company does not provide this facility. I asked him about recharge option he said the same could be done via the internet, any of their shops or thru a dealer.
                    I have been trying to rechage the connection for the last 2 months , I have lost almost 500 Rupees in the bargain. I first tried on the interrnet ,my bank account was credited but the card was not activated , i then went to an MTS store in Masoodpur market Mr. Malik was paid 250 Rupees by me he said he would provide the recharge nothing happened. I have called Mr. Ashish about the same he doesnot answer his phone.
                    This is very poor customer handling , I am actually stuck with this facility , no body in the company botheres to resond to any queries . I do hoe something can be don.

                      I purchased mts mblaze 10 days before and the sales guy was making false claims of speed of 3.1 mbps. This internet is really pathetic. This gets disconnected automatically. Doesnt give speed more then 500 kbps. I dont know what to do. I have spend more than 3000 rs for getting this. Please take some action against this company.

                        I purchased MTS MBlaze Broadband unlimited offer ( 999 ) 4days before & my MDN Number is [protected].
                        I am very disappointed regarding the internet speed. Think I have taken more than 1hrs just to fill this complaint. I am not getting more then 500Mbps. Before i was using photon dam its 100% better then this scrap MTS MBlaze. I lost my 1998/-Rs never mind, but this kind of scrap companies should be banned so that none o[censored]s will be fked.

                        MTS MBlaze Broadband — Worst Response

                        I had bought a MTS MBlaze broadband on 24-Mar-10. I have used the services till 04-Apr-10 (From 05-Apr-10 to 15-Apr-10 i was outside station), Coming back (on 16-Apr-10) i found my services are barred due to negative verification. After that I have submitted verification documents 2 times to the retailer and he forwarded my documents to MTS office. But after so many days there is still no response from MTS.
                        Also during this course time my product validity (i.e. 02-May-10) gets over, now who gonna pay this?

                        My mind was totally lost that i choose MTS over Reliance/Tata.

                        Worst customer response i have ever get from any telecomm company.
                        No experience how to handle customers.

                        Pl change your response towards your customer, because o[censored]s you are in market.
                        Pl improve you strategy.
                        Sorry I forget to mention my data card number: [protected] and my complaint number on customer cell is MTS/34.

                        we have brought new MTS MBLAZE broadband connection before 2 months back.
                        we have been told that you will get the speed up to 3.1 Mbps however we are not getting even 100 Kbps Speed. they are not provide us a customer support, we have tried speak N number of times to customer care however there is no resolution as such. we are still getting same speed. since last 3 months we are charching Rs. 999/ PM for unlimited download scheme. we have send email to customer care, noddal officer and Appellate Authority however they have not taken any action so far.

                        Please guide us how to proceed further in this situation.

                          Two weeks before i have purchased MTS Blaze with Unlimited pack ( Rs 999 ), First one week i received the full bandwidth about 3.1 Mbps and the download speed upt 1.5Mbps.
                          without prior information my internet was disconnected and after two days my internet was connected.
                          after two days my internet band width speed was 856 kbps and the download speed was 15 kbps.
                          still my problem was not rectified.

                          Broadband connection = fraudband connection

                          Please dont by any wirless fraud band connection with facinating offers.
                          After careful evaluation, I have purchased MTZ Blaze Data card. But last three, I was completing their formalities to make this data card 'ON'.
                          My plan of this Card is Pre-Paid pack (Rs 1450), First one week, I could used it to fullest extent, But Then MTZ Blaze discontinued my services on and off due to not supporting valid documents.
                          But with immediate effect, I have completed the formalities and kept following with my dealer who has given me this Data card. My. Data card MDN no. [protected].
                          Still, my service is not "ON" with this data card.
                          Please do the needful at the earliest.

                            I am using MTS data card no. [protected], every time its giving some problem or the other. First of all, whenever it is recharged, it stops functioning, everytime I have to mail nodal officer and customer support to resolve the issue, so it is dead for 2-3 days.

                            Now for the past 2 weeks I was getting promotional offer on my mobile that if I get it recharged for Rs 498/-, i'll get 750 MB usage free... I got it recharged for the sum but there's no such balance as they are smsing as promotional offer. So its all fake.

                            Customer care support executives are such foolish and illiterates i must say that they hardly understand ur problem.

                            Extra balance always get deducted for less usage. even if the card is not in use, u;ll find the balance gone.

                            Such a great and fake company, making fool of customers.

                            MTS is very bad... They are frauds... Its not a broadband at all... it only runs in CDMA 1x... Very Very Very slow... slower than your mobile phone internet.. just think of it... they say its 3.1 mbps... its not even 3 kbps...

[protected] for MTS mobile tower installation and deposite amount Rs. 4000/- in ICICI Bank, BIKANER. Account No.[protected] dated 18.08.2010 in name of Gopal Sharma. I have heard from Mr. Gopal Sharma MD of MTS GROUP TELESERVICE LTD., North Indian Groups, Plot No. - 073, Phase - 2nd, Industrial Area, PATHANKOT. Mobile Tower Install with in 15-20 days. They sent me AGREEMENT LETTER dated 20.08.2010. Regd. No. 14585 and ID No. MTS 2 ZK 161 in name of Shyam Sunder Chandak. It is mentioned in the letter that you have deposit Rs. 15000/- for government tax within 72 hours according to company Act. 1972.                                 I have purchased MTS MBLAZE from Usha Enterprises, Khajpura, Patna and using it in the same area, MY DEVICE no is [protected]. the speed i am getting is very low and its an unlimited plan of 999, however I came to know its not unlimited, data they give is 30 gb and in that first 15 gb the speed is 3.1 and later it wil be below 144 kbps. Currently my speed is below 500 kbps and Downloading speed is very slow aprox. 20 kbps. Is this what they promised. If speed is 25% low I can understand. But It is more than 66% low. If I can't watch video on YOUTUBE or MTS TV. What is the use of BROADBAND(so called). While Downloading from Bittorrent it takes more than 20 hour to download 700 MB File. I know that they have do it to expand the data uses. And Customot care No [protected] is no registering any complaints regarding this. this no is not working properly also. Someone Please tell me what to do. Should I go to Consumar Forum.

                                  I request pondicherry friends not to buy mts mblaze because of low signal . only after 12 midnight the signal is around 2000kbs .Twhe staffs in the Mts office are so rude . no kind response to the customers . in pondicherry branch there is a staff named kumaran , he dont give proper answer for customer , he sit always on top of computer table and answer for the customers by shaking his legs .

                                  The plan 999 is absolutely worthless for downloading users . after 15gb o[censored]sage the speed will be fixed to 1x i.e. 144kbs . with 144kb how can we download unlimited files . tis speed wont help to open 2 webpages at a time .....

                                  I AM PIJUSH KANTI MONDAL.
                                  MTS HAS PROVIDE POOR COVERAGE AT MY AREA. I HAVE COMPLANED MORE THAN ONE YEAR .BUT PROBLEM REMAIN SAME.
                                  I agree this statement, Sivaram .J (MTS Branded Retail Showroom-Muthialpet), i call every time he did not answer me, simply send sms " i will call you", but till i am not speak with him, i went to his show room, he told me, i have 1000 customer, so how can i attend all the call, Regarding this, i informed to MTS Customer care, No respond from their. No one buy MTS.

                                    MTS mobile - Disconnected without prior notice
                                    I have purchased a MTS mobile connection 1 month before.
                                    The worst thing happened when my connection is disconnected without prior notice. For the past 8 day, I am not able to access incoming and outgoing calls. The reason behind this is not informed me before disconnecting. I can't even call to customer care office through my MTS phone. When called from other cells, it has been informed that my ID proofs are not submitted; but I have already submitted this in the date I have purchased this connection. Still disconnecting without notice.When I called, they informed me that they will update soon. Even after 4-5 days, not getting any response. I was forced to call again from my side. Informed that they will resolve it only if I will again submit all proofs. Just note that it is not my mistake if they lost the docs I have already submitted. It is simply their mistake and I have to suffer for that.
