[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj.

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor.
Our Flats are DDA Flats.
The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat.
This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers the SHO Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt. Governor.

As you can see, is spite of complaining every where Mr Shrenik Mehta has been BRIBING all the GOVERNMENT OFFICERS' and had been Closing my case from every where.
I pray, please give me justice. The culprit MR Shrenik Mehta, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, 110070 should please be is moving aroud scot-free .He has given me mental, physical harassment .

Rather, instead of taking stringent action against Mr Shrenil Mehta, All the SO CALLED GOVERNMENT OFFICERS HAVE BEEN TAKING BRIBE FROM MR SHRENIK MEHTA TO CLOSE MY COMPLAINT.

PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY.


After I lodged my complaint with the Lt Governor of Delhi about, Mr Shrenik Mehta . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life.

I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep.
Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj.

ALL THE CITIZENS OF OUR AREA ARE SUFFERING SEVERE RESPIRATORY DISEASES CAUSED DUE TO SAW DUST CAUSED BY HOUSE NO. 54, RADHEY SHYAM PARK STREET NO4, 5, GALI RATION WALI, DELHI-110051 IN OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD.THEY USE TO PRODUCE A LOUD NOICE WHICH DISTURB US THROUGHOUT THE DAY.VARIOUS POLICE OFFICER ARRIVED HERE THEY WERE EASILY BRIBED. We bring into your kind notice, with due to respect our offices located at near by area of Nehru place DTC Bus Terminal. On a daily basis of more than 40, 000-50, 000 peoples come across with the DTC Bus Terminal area and facing a lot of problem as no toilet available in Terminal area. There is no facility provide for the DTC Bus Terminal area.

I would like to draw your attention towards the South Delhi Nehru place, South Delhi's Nehru Place, computers and other IT products in Asia's largest and unique market. Simply put, Nehru Place truly computer market,
As in the DTC Bus Terminal no toilet is available for general public & the area in very dirty & it needs to be cleaned on a daily basis and sweeper required to clean out the area as lots of garbage and waste material through out all of the area.
So on behalf of all public come across towards the Nehru Place Bus Terminal area, please provide sweeper to clean out the area & also arrange for a toilet in the area.

I would like to draw your attention on the unauthorized construction going at roof top flats of A5/B, SFS Flats Shanti Kunj Pachim Vihar Area. The 2nd floor residing owners, with the help of Police, DDA and MCD have started building one more floor on the roof top without any legal permission. Which is very dangerous for the persons leaving on ground and 1st floor and off course for 2nd floor owners too, as buildings may Co-lap ace any time as no one is aware that structure can with stand the load of 3rd floor.
So I would request all the authorities to look into the matter and stop roof building in the said area with immediate effect
I fail to understand how such things are allowed by Authorities involved
The ilegal construction is in timated to MCD Jonior engineer and to Police but there is no action from the authorities till today

Grill Works — Inconvenience caused by the Neighbours

Sub: Request for helping us in carrying out the grill work at our premises, which is totally legal.

I myself V.Muddu Prasad would like to register complaint against my neighbor Kale Gowda and his family staying at address:

The complaint is regarding unnecessary trouble given by kale gowda and his family for the grill work at our premises. The grill work is solely carried out at our premises and is due to cover-up the trouble given by Kale Gowda's family to us.

Following are the concerns against Kale Gowda and family.

1. There are huge windows (12'X 8') towards us and all utility is carried out at these windows. The smell coming out of the utility is making our life miserable in our home.

2. Even their bathrooms are not covered and everything is visible for us from our house. This makes totally uncomfortable for us to stay in premises.

3.The exhaust fan is kept in such a way that it all the exhaust gas will be filling our house and is very suffocating to survive.

4. Since Kale gowda and family have given their house for rent to bachelors. These bachelors are not allowing us to settle down peacefully. They keep playing pranks with us always.

5. They have occupied area more than what are supposed to occupy and there by depriving us from light and air.

6. Since all the utility of Kale gowda house is towards us, It results in unhealthy display towards us, as main door of our house is there towards their Utility.

7. Whenever there are any guests to our house they behave very cheaply. They come and stand at the wall and they keep listening to our conversation.

8. The exhaust fans from the Kitchen are turned towards our house and will result in smoke to get filled our house whenever they are cooking some thing.


More upon these the house is built on mud without pillar (4 floors) occupying the road to certain extent, Seem to be dangerous to our building any time.

To nullify all the above concerns, we had arranged to cover-up the utility area with a plastic sheet within our premises. But they didn’t allow us to carry out the grill work. This made the condition turn violent and their son along with his friends tried to attack me with stone. It was narrow escape for me at that time.

As I am carrying out of grill work is totally legal and no where concerned to Kalegowda and family. I kindly request BBMP to give help for carrying out the grill work peacefully by avoiding un-necessary trouble given by Kalegowda and family.

Encroachments in R K Puram markets!!!
All markets in R K Puram controlled by MCD and NDMC have been heavily encroached upon by shopkeepers.What is worse is that these shopkeepers are allegedly greasing the palms of MCD officers on monthly basis.I happened to visit one shop no 19 sector 12, R K PURAM NEW DELHI-110022 owned by one Rajesh Kalia. He has encroached upon the entire passage to run his business of color lab and jewellery.In fact, a majority of shopkeepers have encroached upon the passage .When I asked why has he covered all the space, his responses were appalling. These were: (a) There is encroachment all over Delhi and that he was not the only one;(b) He was the official photographer of the President of India;(c)All government officers (including the latest Mr O Ravi Joint Secretary of MHA and several others), are corrupt.
This could not have been possible without the collusion of MCD and NDMC officers and of course the Police.As a retired civil servant, Iam only feeling ashamed of the culture of Delhi's local bodies..

Respected Sir,
I, Anup Kaur, w/o Surinder Singh Oberoi, R/o T-22, Gaushala Marg, New Rohtak Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi -110005, want to bring into your kind notice that I am the resident of this place and Mr. Shravan kumar had done unauthorized construction at T-13, Gaushala Marg, New Rohtak Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi -110005 in Dec. 2008. I have complaint this illegal action to MCD with all the related proofs, after consideration of the application and examination of the facts thereafter MCD official had sealed the property.
After 40 days Mr. Shravan had been given 3 days time by MCD to remove all of his belongings from the property and property was de-sealed for three days. But even after 3 days he had not removed any of his belonging and continued to stay back in the property. I complaint about the same again when I came to know about resuming his stay at the property and eventually he had managed to get this property de-sealed permanently by submitting an affidavit of ownership and refusing the illegal construction of the property to MCD.
This has been a great surprise for me from MCD as I have already submitted all related document to them confirming his illegal construction which had been verified several time by MCD engineer before sealing of the property.
I have all related documents and verification report with me given by MCD engineer of Karol Bagh zone after his detailed verification of documents and examination of the property.
I am very upset and fail to understand that on what grounds MCD officials has given him permission to continue his stay at the property which is an illegal construction and does not belongs to him at all without even verifying the authenticity of his ownership claim.
Sir, I am senior citizen lady living alone with my young daughter and old enough to go after MCD official those are not ready solve the grievance.
Furthermore, I am enclosing all the related documents and verification report of MCD engineer declaring of new construction at the property along with supporting photographs of the same with this application.
I hereby humbly request you to consider my request of re-verification of the documents; ownership claim and sealing the property follow up by demolition of the illegal construction.

last year in the month of July 2009 i gave a request for remaking and improve the lavel of street and drains as because the drain water is mergeing in the foundation of my house. i made a hummble request to finish the work before the rainy season last year but the nigam parshad mr. shammi kapoor told me that it will take minimum 2-3 months to finish the work. but now it is 10 months have been passed and there is no progress regarding my request. in last six months i've met him personally more than 20 times, every time he told that the work will start in 10-15 days only. i don't know how long are his 10-15 days, yet another rainy season is coming and again the drain water will merge the foundation of my house.

can i hope for an early response?????
