[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj. | |
I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY. After I lodged my complaint with the Lt Governor of Delhi about, Mr Shrenik Mehta . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life. I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. Mr. bhalla who is staying in B-1, 1235, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi is presently constructing illegal construcion and even he has has constructed two pillars on govt. land. Please take action as all the neighbours are facing difficulties. This is to acknowledge you that in dr. mukherjee nagar house no.256 is getting freehold without having proper document. house is old built up. Several DDA agent are involved in doing freehold property and taking a lumpsum amout for this task. So, several illegal construction or not having full document of houses are getting freehold as above house is taking advantages of this.Hope my information helps you in making delhi corrupt less and strong and find such agent who are doing such act. DDA & DELHI GOVT should take some action against people showing wrong document.

That every day the the local resident face foul smell and problem water logging and this will lead to breeding of mosquitoes in this area and that will for sure lead cause serious heath threat to localities i.e. dengue, malaria and chikungunya.

MCD — barrier broken in the middle of the road
Dear Sir,The gap in the Radial Road in front of District Center, Janak Puri was closed after a lot of effort and requests. But this job has been done in a very flimsy manner. Every now and then the motor cyclist break this barrier and start to cross over to the other side of the road, causing a very dangerous situation, where fast moving traffic has to break sharply seeing the sudden emergence of a two wheeler from no where to the center of the road. Every day accidents occur because of this. After lodging complaints this has been closed but in a flimsy manner. Please request the concerned authorities to do a proper job.

Respected Sir,I, Vivek Bhatia, on behalf of ‘Shop Owners’ Association’ of SD Block, wish to bring to your kind notice towards two of the basic amenities which requires your immediate consideration to be attended on priority basis.
1. Firstly, proper lighting arrangement at SD Block DDA Market
2. Secondly, timely collection of garbage on regular basis.
Due to lack of adequate lighting arrangement, incidents of snatching in the vicinity of SD Block and theft of vehicles keep on taking place by anti-social elements taking advantage of darkness. They also indulge themselves into other nuisance like consuming alcoholic drinks etc. during night. You are therefore requested to kindly give necessary instructions to the concerned authorities-NDPL/MCD for installation of street light in SD Block market complex. The proper lighting in the area shall discourage the anti-social elements in their ill-deeds and safety can be maintained for the residents of the area.
Our second matter of concern is maintaining cleanliness within the SD Block market premises. We regret to mention that there is no regularity in cleaning and lifting of garbage from the market and due to which huge accumulation of filth creates unhygienic atmosphere around the market. This is to inform you that some of the shop keepers have made their own arrangement for disposing of their garbage, but that does not solve the requirement of cleanliness for other shop owners. You are therefore requested to kindly give necessary instructions to the concerned authority-MCD to depute garbage collection vehicle on regular basis to maintain cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere within the market premises.

MCD — inperformance of duty
Sir,This is to bring to your notice that there have been n number of calls and complaints that few o[censored]s have lodged through phone regarding stray dogs.We stay in DDA FLATS,MOTIA KHAN.I have noticed after 9 months of complaint only once that dog squad came and took away 1 dog leaving haly a century of others to still create nuisance for all.The dogs are in the park so kids can't play.The outside one chase the people whether on feet or on bike.We started with complaining about dog to MCD but now lodging complaint against MCD for there lack of service provided.Please look into the matter soon.

Sub: Night parking fee which a buyer has to pay while registering his vehicle – information sought about Multi Level Car Parking in J Block of Rajouri Garden regarding.
Dear Sir,
I would like to submit that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi plans to double the night parking fee which a new car buyer has to pay while registering his vehicle but there is no sufficient provision of Car Parking in different colonies of Delhi/New Delhi.
It is not understood when MCD could not provide the parking facility to the car owners. Than it is not justified to enhance the night parking fee from new car buyers in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
In 2007, MCD has started construction of Multi Level Car Parking in J Block of Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The capacity of the said Multi Level Car Parking under construction is not enough for the residents of Rajouri Garden Block J even. The excavation work is going on very slowly, it seems that the said MLCP shall not be ready even in the month of June, 2012.
One Multi Level Car Parking is being constructed speedily in Subash Nagar. The same is 2 KMs away from my residence and we shall not suppose to get benefit of that MLCP.
On the basis of the position explained above, I intend to book a space for my car in the Multi Level Car Parking of J-Block, Rajouri Garden kindly guide me to whom I should contact for the same and oblige.
