I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. I would like to bring to your kind notice that the property of Mr. Parasher No. E-97 in Mahavir Enclave is in under construction with builder. There was already the structure was constructed on the same plot which the builder is demolishing to built the flats. My only concern is that during the demolishtion they are chances of accidents and possiblty of injury for the people moving in that area specially for the children as this area is completely populated. On repeated request the builder is not taking any precaution for that and palying with risk of many children and people living in that area. There was incident happen when myself had closed escape when the brick fall from there but luckly it landed on my car posing potential damage.
Its a humble request you to take immediate action to avoid any such accident which can be very serious to the people moving in that area.

With reference to the above, we would like to draw your kind attention about Govind Puri Extension, Gopalji Ice Cream Parlour Road, whole sale Market road to DDA Flats, In this regard, we would like to say that the above road is very conjusted and iilegaly constructed and this area has covered six feet from both side of road area by buildings There is no any administrative officer objected to building owners and shopkeepers customers park their own vehicle on middle of the road. Police department takes bribes monthly and they also do not have objection. At the time of peek hours, this road is vey crowded by people and vegetables hawkers. There is neither a Police attendent or Traffic Police officer available to control the traffic.Kindly apply some kind of master plans to avoid the inconvenience held by the public, and make that 6 feet available for the smooth traffic and not for the shopkeepers & public parking.

DDA /MCD/Police — Illegal Construction
Dear Madam/Sir,This is to bring to your kind notice that Flat no: 70,DDA-SFS flats, Mount Kailash,East of Kailash, New Delhi which is under construction had dug deep on his flat area basement which will endanger the flats above. Had also encroached common area and built up about 100sm. and provided with a huge commercial generator and constructed a huge big structure which not only produce air pollution but also noise pollution. How can a residential colony can be permitted with such a huge commercial set up by Kholi. Kholi Diognistic center people are claiming that DDA,MCD and Police had given clearence for this illegal construction AND THESE PEOPLE ARE ALSO THREATENING WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES IF ANY ONE IS QUESTIONING THEM. My complain to the Shahdara South Zone, I just want to let him know that the illegal construction in Mayur Vihar Phase I is beyond one's imagination. Pocket - 2 area which is like next to the police station is actually converted to a multi storey building, the terrace are converted into one room set and given on rent. 405F has taken the whole terrace, has build two rooms and given on rent for atleast Rs. 5000/- per month all this right under the nose of the SHO. Flat no 405B has extended the house and given half the portion on rent, even though the property is used for commercial purpose, the status of the same is residential. People from MCD and DDA come and I still I am not figured it out why they are so blind not to see all this. Police men come take their share of money and just pass by. The DDA flats in Pocket 2 have been extended to such an extent and the fear of the building collapsing is not very far from coming true. I want Mr.Ram Rakhi Ram to do something about this.

Whenever, the resident of our locality complain on the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. We just can't understand what to do.
Now Sir/Mam, disappointed from all the sides and being very badly stuck in this problem, we have no other option but to loadge our complaint to you. Please help us out of this situation and take necessary action to correct this line permanently so that it should not cause problems every 2-3 months. I'll be really very thankful to you for your great & kind support.

I want to bring it in to the kind notice of MCD that the owner of the flat no G2/48 sec-16 Rohini running it as industry which carries out the work related to manufacturing of iron grill, iron door, frames and keeps all steel rods along both side of road, also carries out all welding work there which releases hazardous gas and makes it difficult to reside at neighborhood flats. I am facing similar problems. I am a resident of 43-b, DDA flats, Deep Enclave, Ashok Vihar, Ph-3. Next to my house the residents of 42-c are practicing illegal construction. This construction is affecting my family and causing a lot of inconvenience. Despite of several warning and complaints no action has been taken against this act of encroachment. This illegal activity is causing a lot on inconvenience in order to seek help I lodged complaint with the MCD control room: (Complaint number: 82868456 and 17368), when no action was taken, I submitted a written complaint in the MCD office, Rohini zone (complaint number: 1263 or 2600).
I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this illegal act and help me and my family to live in decent conditions.

Sir, I have been staying in Anup Nagar Uttam Nagar. The road leading from Tilak pul on Pankha road to Binda Pur Village. Called Main Binda Pur Road has been severely narrowed down by illegal encroachment/extension temporary and permanet by the traders.
These traders have in recent years opened their shops on this Road. Heavy vehicles, goods three wheelers, and goodscarriage cyle rikshaws catering to these traders perpetualy cause traffic jams here.
Illegal construction is in full swing here in this area.
This road has been marked for widening. no action is being taken on that aspect. contrary to widening MCD and local polity are just closing their eyes towards encroachment and narrowing of the road by these traders.
Iam afraid delayed action would lead to conversion of this road in to commercial area and would cause difficulty subsiquently in widening of this road.

1. It has been converted into a hall. Being used commercially by the name of Sai Photostat, and also using it as a property dealer office, with active collusion of local MCD staff near the Pant Nagar Nallah. Copy of photograph enclosed.
2. This double storey quarter had a floor area of 25 sq yards on allotment, but now by encroachment in front, back and side is now having a floor area of 100 sq yards, on each floor.
3. Moreover, this was a double storey quarter which is now a four storey structure, which has been conveniently rented out.
4. All the residents of above quarter at Pant Nagar, park their cars at Birbal Road. Put up shamianas without permission with music and drinks for the entire night.
You are therefore requested to remove the said encroachment.

i have a complain against illegal parking in naya bazaar , there is very bad condition of traffic on whole day ,traders of naya bazaar park theirs cars in front of their shops and cover half road and more over tempos are standing in midlle of the road and starts loading unloading and block all the road for a long time and really nasty noise pollution they have created whole day.plz do some thing to solve this problem. thank you
