[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj. | |
I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life. I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. I want to bring to your kind notice that on 10.07.10 there is an illegal construction is going on in the out side of Flat no: 1210, pocket : C-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Wherein the construction of a room being going on at the green zone of Horticulture department.where the already a tree planted by horticulture department has been removed and illegal room construction has been going on. Which is creating problem to the residence of this particular flat. Because the drain pipe of the balcony will be coming over the illegal constructed room. You are requested to kindly stop and demolish this illegal construction immediately.

I want to drawn your kind attention towards the unauthorized construction bearing Property No- 54, Radhey Shyam Park, Street No 4, Gali Ration Wali, Parwana Road Delhi-110051. The Unauthorized construction was found in this house by BSES officers. He is make 4 story buliding, this hosue is two side opne, But the MCD is failed the destroy Unauthorized construction in this Mentioned Property. Some MCD Official and Delhi Police constable take bribe, I have also Put complain so many times in MCD office at Geeta Colony, but they didn’t take any action against this. sir,we are leaving in old subzi mandi Delhi 110007 area, now from last year in Our Gali ( street) in so many holes through big rat,the total gali and houses going understrength due to big rat,our local people,going to local mla for rebuilt the gali,some one came from department,all budget had passed,we will start the work shortly, than no one came to here to see the problem.please send some one to start the work as early as possible with sewer and sewer pipe also to be changed.

I Ramesh Kumar having a shop on GF of O/1-3, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. One builder has purchased the third floor of O/2, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi and is doing unauthorised construction thereupon.which is not at all safe moreover he has not made any provision of drainage causes seepage all over. Not only he is constructing unauthorisily he is not listning at all about problem faced by neighbourers due to the same and is not willing to take any corrective action in the matter. During this rainy season he is creating non-sense all around and telling people they can do what they can.

1. They are doing unauthorised construction without your required approval.
2. How can they not make provision of draininage and keep on disposing their waste of people living below their floor.
3. Why you people are keeping your eyes and ears closed during such unauthorised constructions and not doing your duty.
You are requested to please take immediate action for demolition of the same. For your information I have already file an application under RTI Act. asking for a copy of the approval given by MCD in regards to said construction.
If no action is taken on my complaint in next 10 days I will left with no option but to take the matter with higher authorities without any further reference to you in this regard, which please note.

MCD — roads broken for last two years
Respected Sir/Madam,I am a regular commuter from badarpur to noida .
The problem that i am facing might be faced by alot many peole but they never say nor they would say because everything they think is to be done by the government.
the road below the sarita vihar flyover leading to kalindi kunj has been broken for the past one and half year and nobody seems to have taken note of the same the people have become accustomed of plying on this broken stretch sine last one and a half year or may be more.
this being a very small stretch though broken could have been repaired by now but still is awaiting its turn.
could the civic agencies please do something or it will not be done till gory pictures with the photographs appear in the newspaper claiming total failure of the concerned department will wake them up?!!!!!!
