[Resolved] Naaptol.com & Sastalo.com — Selling Poor Quality Products | |
Hi all, I am the resident of Karnataka. Few days back, my car audio system started Mal-functioning and i wanted to replace with new audio system. By the same time, last week, i saw an advertisement given by naaptol.com in a daily news paper - stating that they going to give a bundle of Car Stereo products only @ INR 1999 + 300 as shipping charges. The bundle consists of a USB enabled Car Stereo player + 2 speakers + 2 tweeters + 1 Flash Drive of 4 GB + a wrist watch. I was wondered that how these people gives such bundle at such lower prices. I started searching over net and i got the product http://www.naaptol.com/online-store/WO-product-W833468O-shopping-mall-W1435O/Hot_Deals_Store/Car_MP3_P...⇄ So i decided to buy it. I paid 2299 through net banking and ordered. I received the product with in 2-3 days. When i opened bundle, i was shocked. I was cheated by Naaptol. If you see the product they shipped, You can't imagine how they do the business. They are home made assembled goods. The Product picture & specifications what you see on website is totally different than the product you going to receive. Dear friends, i have not returned back the product to the company. I have kept the pack it as-it-is. So if anybody will going to file a case on naaptol, i can produce these items to the court. I have all the evidences of sending money over net, shipping no., product code and other necessary documents. I am least bother about the money i spent on these items. But i want to alert you people to don't deal with naaptol. The company should the ceased by government. I forget to say, My old Car stereo System started working properly after some minor services done by myself. :( Was this information helpful? | |

I want the exact product what you have shown on Websites (Look and Configuration Should Meet its specifications as you shown). I don't pay an extra single amount to the replacement. Ship me the Good Car Audio System at your risk and Take back that assembled one in the same shipment. (Replacement through Courier).
My Advice to Dear Naaptol Team - Take Right Money, Deliver Right Goods. This is Consumer Court's Era. Once if you trapped, you are gone.
I deal with ebay.in since 3 years. I never gone such situations that I had with naaptol. They Send such beautiful products. Simply amazing.

I am happy to quote here - finally i have received better product than previous one from Naaptol. Good Watch and Good Car Stereo. Thanks to Naaptol Customer Care Team. But Dear Customers - Please Order only Known Branded Products with them (if you wish to deal with them). Don't look into Images they show.
