[Resolved]  Net4India — Non refund

I tried to register two domain names on their website www.net4.in. I recieved a success message and my credit card charges for rs 2000/- After two days I recieved a mail that your registartion failed.
But when i checked their website again, the same domain names were showing as available for registartion. Thats a big mistake from their side, I am forgetting that.
From the next day I am trying for a refund. Now its two months up, they never bothered to give back my money.Till they get the money they will give u excellent support, Once we start asking money back, they sart playing drama, I tried online, through the customer care, each time different people different questions. Finally no response from mail & when call, please wait sir we will forward the call to the concerned person...10 minuites, 15 minuites no response.
Dear friends worst experience, I am the owner of a technology company, If its my fate, what will be the situation of common man.
NET4INDIA -NEVER EVEN THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM
I GUARANTEE U WILL LOSE UR MONEY

all net users,
it is to inform you that i am a registered customer with net4india. i searched on net4india a domain 'web.co' on 27july 2010 for which there system showed availibity signal so i paid to them Rs.1499 through net banking by using cc avenue gatway this co charged me twice for that domain a confermation for paid amount was sent to me by cc avenue but the net4india showed the faied transaction on account of payment.
i have complained to them by phone more than 10 times till date 8 august 2010 and mailed also for the same atleast 5 times from the date of payment .
but there stupid organisation did't pay much attention to their customers. now i decide to go in court.this information is to all of you that this organisation is not organised as per global standard and not take pain for their customers so pls attention and keep away this site they are not accountable to their jobs.

Net4India is a malicious company sending millions of panicky SMS/Email reminders to millions of non-customers everyday. Their service is just primitive. Nameservers cannot be rechanged for 36 hours, 2-3 days propagation period, 12-hour ftp activation time, no refund after immediate deletion due to spelling mistake. They charge for three years and register domain for one year http://ukmall.net/whois.htm . I myself received a hundred reminders of my own domains from Net4India having no past/present business relationship with me. In retaliation, I offered:
Transfer incentive for Net4India customers : com/net/org/in domain transfer with one year renewal plus 1 GB hosting for first year with free mysql - Rs400
Also police complaint at http://ukmall.net/undigested/police

My CRN ID with net4 india is[protected], my expereince is also worst, registered domain with easysite builder option, we started business on 25th Jan 2013 for which the website was to be hosted but their site builder option was not working and I did nasty followup for 3-4 days to get it working.
I also found thier customer support guys talking very roude language, I notice that they are frustratued employees and get irritate with repeate questions. Why can't customer repeat a question if not answered properly or not understood properly. It looks like there is no controll and it works on "BHAGWAN BHAROSE".

If some one reading this from net4 kindly make a note and try to improve upon customer satisfaction concept is good but need to execute it properly with better customer support.
