Ngpay — Refund from NGPAY
Dear Sir / Mam,
I have downloaded an Mobile Payment Gateway Application called NGPAY (www.ngpay.com) on my mobile. Through NGPAY, I can book tickets for movies, travel tickets, recharge mobiles, shopping etc. 3 Months back I had recharged my Airtel mobile number through NGPAY. The recharge did not happen, but still an amount of 2000 was deducted from my bank account which is linked to NGPay. The amount was supposed to refunded within 7 working days. But it took almost 45 days to refund the same.
On 10-May-2013, through NGPay travel partner Neeta Travels, I had booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Post booking the amount of 1800 was deducted from my Axis Bank account. Unfortunately after booking, Neeta Travels Agent called and said that the bus was cancelled. I immediately called NGPay and informed them and asked them to refund the amount or arrange for alternate travel. They informed me it would take 7 working days to refund the amount. But till date it has been almost a month and I have still not got my 1800 back into my account even after repeated requests. They have been playing games with me by lying that the refund would be done in 1 day / 2 days / 3 days and so on.
I have lost complete faith and unhappy with NGPay service. I would like to send a notice to them and sue them for 100000 rupees immediately for neglecting my repeat complaints. I would also want a closure of NGPay service with immediate effect. They need to learn a lesson through my complaint. I would request for a compensation of 100000.
