[Resolved] NIIT On Cg Road Ahmedabad — Paid Fees but no classes | |
Hello there, I am enrolled in java course at NIIT At rd Floor, Crystal Arcade, Near Navrengpura Tele Exchange, C G Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009 .First of all they asked me pay the fees in advance which i did. They( there was a girl named Monica she is academic councilor there ) told me Course is going to start in 2 days, so I did pay the fees and than course did not got start for a month. literally month was wasted I am stuck with my money so they did start the so called course which was 2 days a week and still they taught me windows things for another month which i already knew. not to mention first 2 days are for introduction. than they taught me command prompt and so on. Now after 3 months no updates and I have to leave back to home. So I requested there is noting taught yet in class I need my refund. so she said right away I may not get the refund even considering wasting my 2 month. I said I would like to talk to her manager.She said sure he will be back after 2 weeks (14 more days) so I was there to meet the manager of NIIT. Also came to know he has a another branch of NIIT in pune. I asked Monica if I may talk to manager. Manger's office is visible from the from the front desk where I was standing. She went inside dont know what she said but than drama began Manager was showing his pictures to his kids and front desk girls for 30 minutes knowing I am waiting for him out side. He was giving me a look when I was out side of his office. than I asked another lady that I need to talk to him. After all this I was allowed to go in. that are the standards for customer service. An Absolute unprofessional way of dealing things. Than he was so rude I told him that what all happened he told me once you have attended one class of NIIT we can not refund you money. It is not my problem. such a dumb head person behaved very rude to me as if it was my mistake to join NIIT more over they ate my 11,000 rupees too. No refunds for anything I dont want to study where I was disrespected in front of 10 people. StilI am looking for my refund for more than 1 month and no answer yet. nor they teaching. they had 15 days of diwali break. I made payment on 18 th of August classes started on October 12 ( excluding DOS and window which I learning I actual do supports for it. )nd still we are done with 3 chapters !! This is Abhijeet Goswami from Ahmedabad.Three years back after completing my 12th, I thought of doing GNIIT course from NIIT Institute situated at 3rd floor of Crystal Arcade. After Common Foundation Semester and having paid Rs. 20, 000 Four more Semesters were left. I was so excited that I will be attending MIS classes a week later. Yes Ms.Bhavika were taking our classes but she was recruited after 4 Months of my completion of Common Foundation Semester. ( 4 months - gap ). Now she started giving lessons on Microsoft Access like how to create Tables, Queries etc. And NIIT is always punctual in asking fees at time for the new Course Material. After taking Course material worth 8 thousand including fees.No classes were taken. I asked Mr.Jigar on the same but he told me new students will be joining so we need to wait for a week.But this wait was not getting tired, I was pissed off by these who were running this Institute. Moreover 16, 000 fees were given in Advance so I was getting frustrated.Many of my friends parents also came there and talked to Mr.Jigar but he always convinced them with his super power convincing ability.
At the end I gave up looking for my fees back and take back my step to a new career of Multimedia. I didn't get any Certificate from NIIT after so much of fees paid. I am now a Graphic Designer in a reputed Co. of Robots.

Students are of NIIT's are also not good. Being a student of NIIT I know how students are smat enough in now a days.
There is one student Pankaj Parwani who has join GNIIT after getting counselled 4 times from NIIT. In his 3rd semester he has placed in a Franchisee of NIIT and worked for 7 months. Then NIIT People has placed them in a new company and without informing the organisation, he has left that organisation without giving any prioer information. Comments received from the organisation is as follows At the time of his working period he has also lost the personnel camera of a Managing director and has promised him that he will give the same back to him . But he has also break that promise.
He has got some Rs. 60000.00 amount in his working period and when NIIT People asked them to pay his professional practice fees, he has changed and not paid the fees.
This type of People are also coming at NIIT and cheated NIIT and outside they are making down impression of NIIT, which is not correct . Actually people at NIIT C.G.Road or everywhere are cooperative.
Nut i need to post the comment that we have never seen such people like Pankaj Parwani. I hope GOD Should Pankaj for this type of behaviour with NIIT as whatever he is today because of NIIT Only .

I have hired two candidaqtes of your in the month of June'10. Pankaj Parwani was insincere and left the organisation without handing over the Documents and didnot even informed in a Professional manner.
It was a complete wastage of the Company's time.

I think this is written by one of the NIIT CGRoad Staff, they even not that much proffessional, She has attached clients mail in counsumer forum, and shown Clients personal details in public .

I feel somebody has put a mail of client becuase if after reading this anybody wants to contact Ms Komal they can directly contact them to check whether what ever is written is true or not. I have contacted Ms. Komal and i found it true. No institutes can match with NIIT as being a student of NIIT i know what standards certification is having in the world.

I think this organisation is just doing publicity to generate a business in Ahmedabad. As organisation is itself is situated in Khokhra which is quire uneducatated area i don't know how they have compare theirselves with NIIT. I wish this type of organisation should do a business at their own not by blaming any other institute.
