[Resolved]  Nikunj Automobiles Limited — What is the next step...?

Sir/madam,

I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines [protected]/56/57/58 "n" number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.

I also want to know if any action is taken by the consumer forum or that they just display the consumers complaint on the website. What is the next step that the consumer forum takes...

sir i srikumarchatterhee made complain against nikunj automobiles limited for non payment of booking dues but on[protected] they paid my booking dues in cordial manner so i want to remove my complain on the website of nikunj automobiles limited kolkata which is still seen on their website company requested me to lift it . pl. help me at your earliest by removing or hide the complain. thanks srikumarchatterjee

Honourable sir,

I am reciving a problem about broadband service provided by LASTMILE BROADBAND(under

AMTRON)called MAGIC SURF in GAUHATI, ASSAM, phone no.[protected]. While taking

connection they asked for a registration fee of RS.-1500.They called it membership fee & hence non

refundable.While I asked them about the need of membership they simply said it was the rule.I want to

know, under consumer act are there is any such way of describing a matter? I am just taking a internet

connection & I am asked for membership that has no use to anyone.Security deposit is another

matter.

Relience communication/ICICI Bank — No refund of Rs 399

Dear sir
i have made a mobile recharge of Rs 399 on 13/06/2009 for reliance through internet banking from ICICI bank debit card.
my mobile no. for which recharge was done is [protected] & my ICICI A/C No. is[protected].
as soon as i made a e-request for the above said recharge, the said amount of Rs. 399 deducted from my acount immediately. but till date i have not got the talktime. i have taken several subsequent follow-ups with reliance & ICICI customer care. both of them have registered my complaint.but till date i have not been refunded the said amount or talktime.
actually as per rules & regulations in such cases the amount should be credited within 4 working days.
but till date both ICICI Bank & Relience have not resolved my complain.

I am taken service of Tata, True paid since last 1&1/2 year approx. I applied for to convert my True Paid (mobile no. [protected]) to Post paid (Plan Rs.350/pm) dtd.19/06/09. Frankly speaking, finding internet connection and then writing complaints is a time consuming job.
For the better convenience can you provide me with contact numbers, where i can call and register the complaint for immediate action to resolve the issues.

I suggest you to setup a mobile unit, especially in Metro city like Mumbai, where every now and then, consumers need to complain about, but goes in vain in absence of facilities available in daily living.
I guess phone is the gadget, carried and used by EVERYONE in Mumbai today...

maine shivpuri(M.P.) me rahta hoon. maine kuch months pehle shivpuri me hi airtel ka broadband connection liya tha. lekin ab mai bahar jane ki wajah se use cancell karwana chahta hoon. jab maine uske liye airtel me sampark kiya to waha mujhse bill amount le liya gaya aur kaha gaya ki ab aapko bill pay karne ki jarurat nahi. aap 121 per customer care se contact kar lijiye. lekin jab maine wahan contact kiya to wo kah rahe hain ki aapka rs. 200 bill bakaya hai use pay kijiye tab aapka connection cancell hoga. lekin jab local me contact karte hain to we kahte hain ki aapka bill pay ho chuka hai. mai iske liye unhe email bhi kar chuka hoon. lekin ab wo 121 per mera call receive nahi kar rahe hain. so aapse request hai ki meri is samasya ka samadhan kijiye. kyunki maine unhe agla bill banne se pahle hi cancelletion ke liye 121 per kah diya tha. jiska call back refference number hai 29010628 and 92937052. mera conneciton abhi bhi cancell nahi hua hai. yahan ke Airtel office ka adress hai. Sub: Worse service and cheap tactics to break the promise of Dominos (Free Pizza if not delivered in 30 Mins).

I never thought a repudiated pizza house Dominos behavious very cheaply with customers.

I have ordered the Pizza on July 21th'2009 from the phone number XXXXXXXXX.The Cold pizza was delivered after One and Half Hour for free that to I was keep on calling to concern dominos branch. After that, I had a talk with JAGGAN who is the branch manager of Dominos of Thavarkeri branch(Bangalore). He promised me to give one more PIZZA for free to maintain customer relation ship. when I ordered the Pizza on 24 july'2009 the order was taken by VEKI, the way he spoke to me it was very hurting .He talked to me as if he is the owner of Dominos and as we are begging for pizza and he said from the next time onwards there is no delivery to my address. The same Dominios when I order first 2 times they promptly delivered the pizza in 20 Mins.I dont why after subsequent orders they have delayed one and half hour.

IF Dominos is inefficient to delivery the pizza in 30 Mins and not able to keep the promise why you people distributes the pamphlets’ with highlighting the "If not delivered the PIZZA 30 Mins the pizza will be given free".

Because of your delivery attitudes and cheap tactics I spoiled my dinner party. This will I am going to take to FORUMS and tell about your delivery attitude. If I won’t get the reply to this mail I am going to Consumer Forum and I have complete history of my orders.

Don’t try to fool and cheat the customers.
