I want tell you that its very bed experience of eight month with idea
cellular. it was a very wrong decision when i thought to port my tata
indicom no on idea cellular.
You don't try understand costumer problem.if you cant solve my problem
than speak frankly so that i can choose an another option.
Its very shameful that you treat costumer as fool.
Again it was very bed experience with idea cellular and i am not
satisfy with your services and costumer care dealing.

we have bought Apache bike from your Authorized distributor / Showroom _from KRISHNA TVS, 102, Simrol Road, MHOW (Indore), dated 29/06/2011 .
When matter come to servicing, non of your any authorized service center respond well, Engine and pickup is zero .
We are fade up with the response we are getting regarding services, WORST MACHINE I HAVE EVER USED .
As TVS is reputed market brand, however when matter comes to service they are not up to the mark .
This is the major reason where maximum Indian customer switching more to Bajaj / Herohonda bikes.
Would request to pay your heed on this matter and help us to resolve the matter by providing proper services until I 'll have to take some serious action

This is Shilpa from Mumbai. Had given my portable music system from Philips to the authorised service centre at Tardeo. Its been three weeks with the centre and when you go to take delivery back, they say the technician is not there so the system is in open condition. They had asked for repair charges of Rs. 1600/- which we have refused to get it repair. It been thrice we have gone to take the delivery, however no success.. I must say...really disgusted with Philips products and their service centres. I am sure the service centre guys will remove all possible parts for their benefit. this is a complaint regarding the job consultant in kolkata .What they do they call up the people give them brief description of job ask them to come to their office ask them to pay the registration fee then explain them about the front door and the back door process .We the student work hard to get a degree in spite of that we didn't get a job .Even though we don't known where to apply to get a job but the only striking thing is that from where the job consultancy getting the leads of the recruiters we have employment exchange in our state but we didn't get a single call from their and now a days the number of job consultant increasing day by day . today (24/12/12) i purchased a lotus purestay nourishing lip gloss and the MRP was not printed on it. After an enquiry i got to know by the shopkeeper that there is no MRP printed on most of lotus products.

We have taken Two walky on 29.11.2012 some Voice Line Tele Service representative by Mr Balaji has given two walkys but connection has not given till today, we have issued cheque for Rs.3193.00 on 29.11.2012 wide cheque No. 793405 drawn on HDFC bank for two walky. Again on 14.12.2012, I have called Tata Customer care and asked for two more walky they have sent Mr. Sridhar, he has taken Rs.3000.00 cash and give two more walky after two days follow up I got connection but got disconnected the next day till today we get outgoing. What is the use of paying so much amount and not getting connection? No one is giving proper response. If I wont connection within one day I am doing approach CONSUMER COURT . For your information our old Account No.[protected] we are already using thirty line on this account and we are paying bills regularly. (Please find attested receipts scan copy for above amounts.)

Then i went to the IDEA Office and customer support person suggested the following :
1. To clear all dues billed and unbilled amount.
2. To deposit 3 days advance rental for uninterrupted service.
3. To deposit amount for new SIM.
4. To deposit amount for validity.
5. To provide the ID Proof and Photograph.
And as per there instruction i have completed all the given formalities but my connection closed with immediate effect and now my number is not is service anymore.
I have made my maximum effort but till date i couldn't get the satisfactory answer from IDEA Office. And my connection is still out of service. IDEA is a fraud company and its my request to all to do not take any connection from IDEA. There services are worst and no customer care support. The only thing they do is double cross the customers and mentally harass the people

Bought Samsung S Duos a month back and immediately started facing problem with basic necessity of a phone; the voice from the handset is barely audible even when tried with different simcards. Went back to the store but was asked to get the newly bought handset serviced. Was directed to this service centre ‘Shree Communications’ in Khadki pune. First of all the people there were very rude and did not want to understand the problem. Finally they accepted the problem and took my handset. They supposedly claimed to have changed the speaker and motherboard of the handset. However, I was not given any written proof/document stating change / replacement of said parts. They declined outright from giving any proof but asked to take away the handset.
However the problem still persisted and I went back to them. This time the person in charge (Rahul Agarawal) was extremely rude and declined to even hear out my problem. Since I did not budge from there, he once again took the handset in his custody. I got a call from them in a day’s time and was asked to just take away the handset without being given any diagnosis.
This clearly shows their disinterest in resolving customer issue. Samsung is just interested in increasing sales volume without being bothered about basic customer care provided to its customers. A basic problem of voice also cannot be attended to. Hence, my new handset bought for Rs. 14000 has become totally useless.

BEWARE OF MR. C N BHASKARAREDDY A FRAUD NGO IN BANGLORE
I am working for a NGO in South having headquarters in Banglore. My NGO is more than 15 years old and worked with a lot of organizations in India and from abroad. We are working on several subjects.
But, recently, we bumped into a fraudster who is trying to spoil the name of all NGOs in south. Why I am writing this letter is, I have information regarding your help to him in getting very large funds from several number of International Organizations.
This Fraudster named Bhaskar Reddy is originally a Realtor broker who cheated countless clients cashing on real estate boom and turned the board on their faces. I knew, he declared bankruptcy in realty field and looking for some other lucrative business. May be in this connection, he come across some more fraudsters and formed nearly 60 Trusts with his family members and friends as truestees. It is true. I am not exaggerating. You may put him for verification.
After forming Trusts and opening bank accounts in each trust name, he indulged into several money swindling and black money racket. Not a single trust registered by him out of 60, never, ever conducted a single program. More over they do not have any other purpose of registering the trusts except for bungling funds.
The named fraudster, since last 4 months luring other NGOs, especially those with women NGOs with false promise of getting large amount of foreign funds. He is promosing them major amounts and collecting monies from them. Nearly 30 -40 NGOs have already gone into his trap. He is taking the names of Diabetes, Cancer, Micro Credit and collecting funds from innocent NGOs.
I made my own enquiries and fortunately found your email id and understood, you are helping him in getting funds. As a Consultant, you or some body may help the NGOs in getting funds. But, helping fraudsters and those who do not have any NGO is legally a crime. I am sending copies of these letters to the Collector, our NGO network, NGO partnership of GOI, FCRA division and Europeon Civil Society Network.
I am making these points to alert ALL NGOs and keep yourself at a distance. Rest is left to your decision.

Subject - Disputes against non intimation / barred overusage beyond Rs 4000 generated AIRTEL no. [protected] amount to Rs 3500 approx.

I am shocked and surprised to see your bill against Airtel no [protected] for Rs 3500 approx.
Summary as
I was an airtel prepaid customer since August 2012 and never faced any problems. The only reason to transfer my no [protected] to airtel postpaid because of its strong network and releif of doing recharge again and again. My average monthly credit limit allotted to me is Rs 1000 by airtel.
Since I activated 2GB 2g plan on my number on May 17th Aug 2012. My bill cycle changed from 25th effective from Aug . As in bill I m charged Rs. 3600 approx as data charges against my first bill. As per the revert from airtel that i had free data of 2 GB and rest charged as Rs 10p per 10Kb
1. As I kept my credit limit to Rs 1000 to keep control my billing, how come my bill generated for Rs 4000
2. I had taken data plan of 2 GB per month of Rs. 149, why Airtel haven’t informed me after the use of prorate basis.
Because of Airtel non intimation of overusing credit limit andnegligence in informing the customer has let the me to bear burden for 4 times the average bill.
As I haven’t been intimated, guided or informed by Airtel earlier that data charges usage will be charged as prorate basis and the 2GB they are allotting to me will be . After raising several request vide email, phone call came to know the complete information. Being unaware of amount of data download has put me under lot of pressure. Because neither Airtel intimated the customer nor block the phone for over usage had put me under burden of heavy payments.
If I would have known the usage of approx 66.67mb per day, I can take your unlimited plan for Rs 800. How would I justify paying Rs 4000 as data charges as compared to Rs 800 for plan. I had immediately stopped 2g services on my airtel on came to know the billed data charges.
Credit limit is something keeping your monthly bill under control as told by Airtel Customer care on welcome call. Then if your bill raised more than Rs 3000 of your credit limit then why we are misguided.
I had raised several request on 198 request no as and email to [protected]@in.airtel.in but didnt get a justified statement or resolution to take care of my concern.
