[Resolved]  Nikunj Automobiles Limited — What is the next step...?

Sir/madam,

I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines [protected]/56/57/58 "n" number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.

I also want to know if any action is taken by the consumer forum or that they just display the consumers complaint on the website. What is the next step that the consumer forum takes...

to unhone kaha ki agar aapne Net ka use apne plan ke anusar 3 oct 2012
se 9 oct 2012 ke bich kiya hai to aapka bill normal aaye ga.
Sir, mujhe kise bhi custmer care person ne ye nahi bataya ki agar aap
plan ke bich maie internet ki servise band karege to aapko pro data
base par charge dena hoga. Present time maie meri airtel ki seva band hai.
Sir Airtel ki servise ki vajah se maie kafi distrub hua hu.

"samsung galaxy tab2" in Rs.16891. and he commitment with me i will sure provide your product under the
three week but he don't provide to me and i booked my order on 6/sep/2012. i waiting more time for my product but he don't provide to me my product then i cancel my order on 16/oct/2012 and he committed for refunding my product i will sure refund your money within the one week .but he is refunding my money.

I placed an order on line with www.timtara.com for supply of Samsung 22ES5005 22" Full HD LED TV for Rs.12999 on 19/10/2012 vide order No.10341208 and paid vide credit card. Delivery was to be made in 10-15 working days. The product has not been delivered nor the refund made so far despite vigorous follow up on phone and email.

I am Dipankar Biswas enrolled with WWICS(immigration consultant) for Immigration to canada.They took 1.5lacks from me & Promised for immigration & job in canada.Its long three years passed nothing happened.Now I am asking for refund but they are not returning my hard earned money.even they are threatening me when I ask for money.The branch manager of WWICS, Kolkata, Mr Ratan Mishra([protected]), misbehaved me manytimes when ever I asked him for refund.The address of WWICS office is - WWICS, 2nd floor, 7a, elgin road, kolkata - 700020.

I complained to the local police station- Bhowanipore police station on 4-8-12 but I didn't get any reply from them.

Provided wrong information regarding sms pack black out day and also charging extra blackout day than other companies.

when called for information customer care ex said that 13 nov will be black out day but later declared 12 nov as black out day and did not notified... and charged for smss although free sms pack is active..

Myself Deepak Bhansali want to register a complaint against Reliance Communication. Am using sim card of reliance since 1 year and have many problems but almost all problems are solved and my satisfied with the resolution. But now a days am facing such type of problem for which I have registered a complaint for 2 times. The problem is of balance. In my card i have balance of 50 Rs.and my all services are terminated by the reason that :- "You have insufficient balance." In past i have face this problem for 2 times in which I have balance of 35 Rs. Day by day the problem of balance is increasing. And till now I dint received any type of resolution.

I Have made an Online purchase with Home Shop 18 on 5th Nov 2012, and received on 13th Nov 2012, and made a complaint No. 76257231 on 13/11/2012) due to differ in key features mentioned in the site while purchasing
those are
1. Blender jar with filter for soft fruits
2. Multipurpose jar
3. Centrifugal juicer for hard fruits.
and the Customer care Person Made a promise that he will arrange these 3 with in 3 days. But they closed my complaint that the key features only attachments you have to purchase separately, these are the features which supports the product. Please give me a right solution.

This mail is regarding the complain for the unsatisfied performance of mob no- (+91-[protected]) so called relience 3 g networks. Can anybody revert back on this issue that why no has been blocked even after proper documentations. On making a call ivpr system makes a reply that contact c care but when i make a call to contact c care then another system shows number barred.
What the hell is going on for this no & also suggest that if you cant provide proper service then why sim is alloted to the customers.
Please stop harassing customers with your services because if i cant make a call for any urgent purpose then what to do with your sim card.

I purchased a product in www.timtara.com. The worst site I ever see. The booking is for a camera. I ordered for the product on 8 Sep 2012. they promised to deliver the product within 3 weeks. Weeks melt, months disappear. No response I get from them except the status "awaiting shipment(since the date of booking)". The order number is #10322214. Please Do the needful.

Sub: Received Threatening Call from Recovery Agent of ICICI Bank and Kidnaping threatning of my daughter from Recovery Goonda of ICICI Bank.

Ref: ICICI Bank Credit Card no: I have cancelled my card after making the full payment. At present I don’t remember the Card number, I called the Bank, but they have not traced out my card number because it was cancelled last year.

This is to inform you that I was the Credit Card Holder of ICICI Bank. They never sent any statement till now. Suddenly one recovery agent Ms. Ruchi somebody asking for payment 40, 000/-. Continuously she was threatening and torturing me and my wife daughter over mobile and office landline also. She is also using tremendous abusive and slang language. I have no dues above this card. In spite of several request, she is denying to provide the statement through mail. I doubt that they must have inflated due amount by levying unduly high interest, late fees, unnecessary service charges etc. Not only that she has threatened me and my office Boss also. She is doing tremendous misbehaving with my office Boss and Administrative manager.What is this???. Bank cannot do legally this type of mental harassment. She is disturbing my Employer also, which is affecting my mental peace. As a middle class family, at present my job is effecting due to their using the abusive language with my boss also. As per the Credit card rules of the Bank, I am asking for statement. But she is denying giving me the statement. Continuously she is telling me to make the payment at a time; otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team.
Not only that, she has also threaten me, if I don’t make the payment immediately, then they/ICICI Bank/ will kidnap my daughter. Please help me and my family from Goonda of ICICI bank. I think only because of raising late payment fees and service charges and to raise the higher bill, they have made this type of incident. For your information, I have been receiving these threatening calls coming from[protected],[protected],[protected]. These threatening calls comming in my Wife's number 90 times, in my number's 100 times and in my office Boss's number 50 times in 01 (one) day.Please relie[censored]s from the torturing from ICICI. Please stop this call from this number otherwise I will take legal action for human rights against the mental torture with my daughter and wife also.

Due to this Ruthless incident Now I am in big trouble for my job and my family security also.

I have purchased a tata docomo photon plus dongle on 19.11.12 from krisha Impex located in 21J, p prince baktair shah road.kol-33. When i received the dongle i was assured that the dongle will be activitivated within 24hrs. Now its been 8 days my dongle is not yet activated. I went for withdrawal of Rs 10, 000 from PNB bank ATM Nangloi Delhi on[protected]. I insert my card in ATM to withdraw Rs 10, 000. The transaction fails, but my account was debited by Rs 10, 000. I complain to that branch of PNB but they said that it was not their bank issue. Then I complain to Allahabad Bank about the money being debited after the failed transaction. The bank tells me that my money will soon be credited to my account, but nothing happens. Seven months pass by, with all of this up-down in-out stuff, I’ve done all I can, but no body is listening. He was telling me his name Mr. Sumanta Kundu at your kolkata office. He just cant solve my problem, and then after a long conversation i will tell him to plz forward the call to his senior, but at the first time he ignore it and after few time he was forwarded the call to his senior. That person was decent and he was try to solve the problem.

But the think is that Mr. Sumanta Kundu was calling me from this number [protected] at 11.42 p.m.(28 th Nov) I think after complected his sift.
He was calling me and then started to using slang language because of the long conversation between us.

My point is that if your executives are behaving like that then your company was recruit them too give us service Please take some strict step as soon as possible. For this purpose if you want to call me then you are always welcome. I arm waiting for your re wart.

Hi, I am HDFC credit card holder. On 14th Oct, 2012 I received a SMS from HDFC bank that two transactions happened on my account through ENTROPAY UK LONDON. Transaction reference numbers 1) 040095 and 2) 044315. Each transaction of Rs.35787.96. Immediately I called HDFC customer care and blocked my card( ref number-[protected]) and asked them to stop payment to the merchant. They said card block is possible but payment cant be stop. Next day morning I placed complaint letter with filled disputed form. I also placed a Police Diary(number 76) at local police station(Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore). After some days I received a call from HDFC bank about the disputed transaction and they informed me that they will do investigation and will take 45 days.
Today[protected] I got a letter from HDFC bank that they are done with the investigation and according to that those transactions were legal so I have to pay Rs.75, 000(with interest). They did not given any more information like from where those transactions happened, what product, from whice ip address, location etc. I am going to place a complaint to cyber crime, RBI and bank to investigate properly. Please take my complain against the HDFC bank. I never shared my credit card detail with anyone and the card is still with me. I dont want to pay money for which I dis not do anything. The bank is not doing proper investigation.

I got a message on November 13 at 2235 hours, that I subscribed to monthly belief pack and they took 30 rupees from my account, which i had not subscribed. I replied to the message immediately and got reply the subscription has been cancelled, but they did not return the amount to my account.

I have tried several times to contact customer care, but there was no response, only got recorded voice instructions. Then, I made a complaint in their website, but there was no reply.

The same thing happened twice previously, but they have not returned the amount they took. They are taking away money from the account without our consent.

Please try and get me the amount back to my account.

My name is Rizwan Sayyed. I am using a reliance sim of gujarat and currently in pune.I use sms pack of Rs39, autorenewal monthly pack which works all over india for free messaging. My pack was going to end on 4-5th december-2012. Recently on 29th november my balance was deducted for sms so i called the customer care of reliance and told my problem. The person said that the problem will be resolved within 24hours and the amount will be refunded. But it didnt happen. I again called yesterday on 1/12/2012 at 11:39 pm to customer care and told the problem and the person said that the problem will be resolved by 12am and the money will get refunded. But again it didnt happen so i called up again today at 12pm and told the scenario.And now the person said that the service of s pack has been closed by the company and now the money cannot get refunded. No prior message came from the company about the discontinuation of the sms pack and the care executives kept on assuring me that the money will be refunded. No prior message was received from the company or the from the care people so i want my refund for the deducted amount of messages from 29th november till 2nd december.
