[Resolved]  Nikunj Automobiles Limited — What is the next step...?

Sir/madam,

I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines [protected]/56/57/58 "n" number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.

I also want to know if any action is taken by the consumer forum or that they just display the consumers complaint on the website. What is the next step that the consumer forum takes...

i am lovely ...i live in kolkata...
i heard about the some offer in BIG BAZZAR at hiland park kolkata...
so i am going...this is a exchange offer...you can change old things...in which for one jeans he gave 200 rupees...in big bazzar staff told me you can buy anythin fro this money except mobile...and gave me for 6 jeans 1200 rupees in the form of coupon...
but he give me half information...
this is not a fault...he is trying make the fool customer...
but i can use this money for only 10% ...
staff give the half information not only me ...means staff gives half information to all the customer...and make fool...

this is regarding sales provided by home shop 18 online service as i ordered 3 samsung mobiles on cash on delivery option about 25-30 days before but when i opened box after receiving it was just 1 handset, immediately i mailed and talked to their customer sales services and they agreed it happened by mistake so they will send 2 lefted mobiles maximum 17th march so after waiting i mailed them twice and got no reply from their end.

Hello to the entire department of consumer forum, it is very disheartening to see, that you people register the consumer complaints without even analyzing the nature and prime reason for a consumer's complaint. I am not saying that all consumers are false and unreal, but there is an old saying "exceptions do bound to exist on this mother earth".
Regarding the complaint No-120, the nature or course of mileage is not completely based on the supplier or dealer, it also has factors called as under what conditions or circumstances the vehicle is been ridden.
Without even analyzing the nature & due prime concern and reason for complaint, you just simply registered it under your convenient records, and issued a notice to the concerned parties.
I again repeat to all my fellow consumers of 'X' products, that not all people are false or unreal, but some just simply like to misuse and manipulate the rights of the Indian constitution and law, at their own "wims & fantasies" and their own convenient needs and desires.
A humble request to this respected department, kindly analyze the nature of complaint by expertised people of that group and then further take the matter in our esteemed court of law, so that our Indian Constitutional right "Right of Information, Freedom & Life" is not mislead by such unreal parasites that dwell in our very own society.

I am residence of Pune (MH), I was worked at IT MNC form 11/12/2006 to 30/03/2012.
the company has deducted 31000.00 INR my salary from full and final settlement. when I asked to company why do you deducted 31000.00 INR from my salary then company told me, we have done your and your family Health Insurance for 01/04/[protected] session.
but till now I have not received any call or mail from Insurance company. and I already put my resignation 2 month back from the Last working day (30/03/2012). so why they did my insurance for next session.

I have bought a Nokia C-7 at July 2011. From that day it gives me troubles and only troubles. The 1st day of pursuing the same, it hangs display did not get off. . When I full charged it, it became low within 2hour. I took the phone to one of the ‘nokia care’ at jorhat named “Dhara Communication”. They said that the phone must send to ‘Delhi Nokia Care’ due to they are not authorized to handle such type of issue. I agreed and they returned me the same after 20 days. Again in October 2011 it gave problem to me. It became hot when I charge it. Again I went to “Dhara Communication” and they again send it to ‘Delhi Nokia Care’ and they returned my handset after 15days. That time it works well but in November 2011 the SIM slot of my phone became damaged. I said about it to “Dhara Communication” and they told me to send it again to ‘Delhi Nokia Care’. On 1st week of April my phone became hang and reboots. I took it to “Dhara Communication”. They solve my issue but they did damage my speaker. Now when I dial or receive a call it give disturbance and a background sound hears to me, And the earlier problem repeat, when I charge my phone it became hot. I again took it to nokia care and they repair the same. On 19april it gave another problem it power does not switch on, touch screen and keypad not work and it gets hangs. I contacted at nokia care my mail and ask them to replace my defective handset or to give my money back. But they overlook the situation by giving me fickle opinion. They say that they cannot commit replacement of my device due to the Nokia policy.
Sir Till now I avail warranty but when it crosses 1 year what should I do? May I through it to dustbin after 1year? Sir please do the needful. Your kind action is highly appreciated.

we nevr lap it. the complain is that the amc is due on dec but nobody come here for amc . after 15 days of amc due they make call that r w did amc . the w caled mr.anil bali then he sent mr.rakesh chaturvedi then he talk us but we said we don't want to continue with eurekaforbs but he chnged oue candle n carbon then did its amc n we paid 1150 against rec no 20292574 . we got prblm in our aqua guard then we call at service centr but he said the amount is not submitted . then we meet with mr. rakesh chaturvedi he said that u hve not submit the fee of amc but we already paid it n we have recipt of it. the validity is 24.1.2012 to 23.1.2013
pls do smethng for it. otherwise we take it to consumer form.

OMFED odisha is selling the butter milk at the rateof RUPEES SIX but printed on the packet as RUPEES FIVE, so I cannot know the reason, because, nowadays we are paying the price written on it that too sometimes inclusive of taxes, so why omfed is charging extra, is it special milk, or selling is done for old packets, Hence when the cost is increased then the pouch price should also be changed.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was holding a above mentioned HDFC credit that unnecessary provided by their agents, in my every billing statement bank charged unjustified charges and every time i was requested to bank to reverse the unjustified charges whenever i gone through the billing statement. and one payment of rs. 640/- was not credited in my CC account that is already brought in the knowledge of bank through it`s call center executive and the fraud of the bank they are levied late payment charges+Interest charges+finance charges on it and for collection of this unjustified outstanding it`s rented agent making me phone calls and threatening me, abusing me.
Sir i am very uspset by this problem i am questing you please help me to come out from this problem.
