Major issues with basethings
1 Delivered wrong product.
2 We checked product & found a cheaper one less then
half price of ordered one
When tried to
contact, couldn't reach, neither by mail nor by phone
I wrote mail
directly to so called CEO, got response where She tried to protect company but
teaching return policy that doesn't match with one stated at website But CEO
asked to return product
3 We courriered back product, they received but not
acknowledged. We again called multiple times & when get connected, 1st was
told that Management is reviewing my case. We waited for 4 days & called
again, multiple times, this time was told "Waiting for supplier
reposnse".
4 No communication from BaseThing side. Not a single update
5 We again tried to reach, multiple times, and this time we
were told that they issued refund long back. While asking about tracking, no
response. Just asked us to check the same account from which payment was made
while ordering.
We have called basething 60-70 times, have written 7-8
e-mails. And have spent as many 20-25 hrs in tracking this issue. More then just
a money, it has been a big torture to me and my wife. This is one of worst
product & service experience I am having with an e-commerce company.
Please let us know what needs to be done to give most
appropriate lesson to basethings and any other such companies.

I bought a Blue topaz from TVC skyshop But due to some reason I have returned the same, They people promised me that my refund would be credited in to my account in 6 working days, But it's more then 2 months nobody took action or refunded my money . Please help the same .

I facing the problem with IDEA customer,
They bared my outgoing service's without any intimation,
When I called to customer service they are saying I crossed the credit limit of 1000 R's and they are saying I used around 2344 R's
then I asked them what are the details I used for 2344rs they replayed that they will provide the details only after bill generated
Without giving what usage I have used how can they bare my service . If they are going to provide the details on 1st November why u disconnected on 16 th of October
I am not a default customer I am paying the bills every month regularly

i had ordered (order no[protected] a ambrane A7 plus duo dual core tab on paytm app nearly three months back.I paid 2999 by my debit card.nearly after 10 days shipment reached to me but when i opened it i found tab defacted as per paytm rules & regulations i shipped that tab to the merchant by dtdc courier company (consignment number D[protected] along with photostate copy of courier slip on my own expense.i checked on dtdc website courier reached to the merchant on 19 november 2014 then i contacted with paytm by email only way to contact. i had also sent them scanned copy of courier slip by mail but they are just making me fool that they are contacting with the merchant & toady i got a mail in reply of my mail that courier still not reached to the merchant.please help me toget my money back by fraud company paytm.

Hello Sir,
I am not able to understand how complains are registered and what is the SLA. I made complain about AC not working.
After “Four” times(Last four months) I visited Fast Track Noida Sector-63
Manager(Rajiv) advised me to go with the service which was recommended by the Fast Track it will resolve the issue .But after the service on 05/09/2014 (I was not in the city for a month so car has been not in use same has been already communicated to the Fast Track, so I am not able to do the throw testing).
After 3 month I want to use the AC (03/02/2015) but same issue still exist .Than I need to again go through the service processes. And need to pay again 4, 103.00 amounts.
On 05/09/2014 I need to pay around 7, 137.00.
If same thing was fixed in the first service I don’t need to pay below mentioned amount again:-
Ac GAS-R134:-826.75 RS(Same was done on 05/09/2014 as well as 03/02/2015)
Compressor oil:- 170 RS (Same was done on 05/09/2014 as well as 03/02/2015)
Labor Charge:-1850 RS on (05/09/2014)
Labor Charge:-850 on (03/02/2015)
Total extra amount:-4693.5(TAX extra)
I have also attached the copy of bills.
Apart from that I need to go 4 times to the fast track .
Even today(03/02/2015) I need to go 3 times to the fast track, because of the lock issue which was the impact of the AC repair service.
I told Rajiv everything over phone and through mail.

I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines [protected] "N" number of times but it is wrong number after dialing I got this BSNL change number and toll free no. always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.

I had ordered meal and fries, in which the Roten potato is been idendtified in the same meal, i had kept the sample with me and alos given for testing, from the very Day i have been not keeping well, so is taking medicies now, i have clicked pictures also, for the same, as a proof on the same day i have posted on Facebook and Complianed in FDA of india in one of the branche here,
I have complaint the same to joint commisioner office also, but i guess there is no action taken yet,
Please send me the address of the court in pune, so i can go and directly file in a suit against them,

I want to complaint against Sony mobile India limited. I have a mobile Sony Xperia Z1. I purchased it on 12- December-2013. This is waterproof mobile made by company. But according to me and my experience this wording by company is totally wrong with my mobile phone. I used it first time in rain water with proper port (led) close. I am sure about this that ports are properly close. But water went in the mobile and company avoids my warranty. This is not happened well with me. Other concern is that when I purchase it, company gave me Accidental warranty for one year. In which every type of accidental warranty is included. But when the accident happened with my mobile with water then the company members told me that the Accidental warranty is only for 6 months. They totally cheated with me first they gave me waterproof mobile in which water went and after that they rejected my Accidental warranty. I am a student and I purchased it with hard work on my part time job. It is a humble request that please sir/madam help me to take my mobile back in working condition.
