[Resolved]  Niranjan Gas Agency — Non delivery even after booking

We have consumer no. 2197 i n the name of Ratan Lal Soni H no 5/10 Paras Ram Nagar, Dhar Ka Balaji, Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Our booking area comes under Niranjan Gas Agency
We booke our gas on telephone 2232106 & they didt deliver our gas to us.We face this type of problum every time.
We talk to Niranjan Gas Agency, That we dont recive gas, They say we will be delivered .
We dont understand where our gas clinder goes.
It might goes to black market.

new gas agency opning kharora dist raipur chattishgarh there application document and opning shop & godaun his difrent place .other applicant disqualified only place status pls check agency document and oppning place .othervice submited court case again.
kharora dist raipur me aapke dwara naya gas agency diya gaya hai aavedan ke samay aapke dwara matra jagah per mistek dikha kar dusre ko us per kisi prakar ka number nahi diya gaya tha jiske karan uska number is per nahi aaya tha iske dwara prastut aavedan per shop aur godam ke liye kiye gaye aavedan per anter hai bina iske jach kiye oppning kaie ho raha hai yadi ye sambhav hai to dusra applicant bhi jagah ki uplabhadta kara sakta tha .is babat highcoart me case bhi chala tha aapke dwara diya jane wala agency ki jach kar kripiya uchit karyavahi karne ki kripa karene
krayavahi hogi ki nahi ye bhi bata dena ya coart case karenge

I have booked the gas on 11.12.2010. But on enquiry on 18.12.2010 they are telling that booking was not done. This practice is going on in every month. We have to book at least two times. so around 15 days will lapse and they can black market the gas also.

Kindly look into the matter because of this agency i fed up.

I want to book my complaint against "Navodaya gas agency", Vikas Market, kamla nagar, agra, India. my consumer no is Y-339.

they people do not pick the phone or it is always busy.
If somehow i book the gas refill request, they say they have booked but they do not book it.
Since last two times even i have booked gas cylinder by phone i have to go personally to book it again.Even their behaviour of replying is not good showing their carelessness towards the job.
Also these people are not ready to listen anything.
How to tackle them i dnt know. please take action against themand help the consumers as we face lot of difficulties in dealy of gas cylinders supply.
Myself Sujit Kumar Gupta, consumer no. LP13603, is customer of Anirudh Gas Agency, East Lohanipur, Patna. The service of agency is very bad as no body in agency pick up the phone for booking or phone is busy continuosly. Luckly if you
get the phone, they give the waitng no. & never supply the gas timely. Only after
repeated follow up over phone(???) or physically interaction, it materialises.

Pl. note to book a gas cylinder, it involves a lot of mental & physical harrassment.
It is requested to cancel liscence of the gas agency as i can show many proof
against the "Ghatiya" service of the agency.

indian model gas agency — complaint against non supply of gas till

on 8/01/2011 i booked gas cylinder mg 9714 in the name of pardeep kumar e.a-44, qazian mohalla , jal. despite reapeated request. no supply has been made so far. pass book of gas was shown to Jalandhar officeas a proof for non supply of gas so far.which was booked on 08/01/2011. expidite of supply and reason

i m customer of bachhan gas service, shimlapuri, Ludhiana, Punjab(indane gas). when ever their delivery, man comes to deliver refilled LPG cylinder never brings scale to weight the
cylinder, every time we have to take cylinder without checking weight, as u know it is mentioned on your bill that check weight before accept cylinder, what should we do,
Again yesterday 2 lady came from the same gas agency & charged Rs-60/- as mandatory check, i don't know what is this, the connection is in my father name we are using our cylinder why should pay extra amount in the name of checking, its really disgusting, plz take some action asap against them those make fool public.

Indane LPG — not supplied over 1 month

i am living in danipara raigarh. on 3rd jan. i was booked a cyclender but till today it was not supplied .we are faced lot's of trouble . can u give me some support. i hopefull about your it. my consumer no. 134440.

My case was transfer case from Chennai to Indore i submitted all my transfer documents in Simran gas agency which supply cylinder in my area, they took 2 months to verify the documents and finally at 15 Jan 2011 i got the confirmation of transfer i submitted address proof and necessary docs they force me to take any two extra Items (aprin, Cylinder Stand, Firefighting equipment etc any two items) as i am taking the new cylinder, i select two items after that they deposit all the amount including refilling the cylinder and give me the confirmation they will deliver the cylinder in 2-3 days, but till the date it is not getting delivered to me, i try to speak with Simran Gas agency person 4 times on a phone and 3 time personally visited their office each time they said it will deliver today.

Pls help me to get the cylinder and also take action in such type of Agency.

My dealer is M/s UNIQUE ENTERPRISES, Ashok nagar new delhi Last month i booked a cylinder on 22.01.12 and I did not receive my cylinder till today and my cylinder was already empty. I booked my gas last 10 days ago why they are not giving me a cylinder i did not understand . please consider this complaint and send my booking cyclier as earlier.

Dear Sir,

I am a permanent resident of Narnaul and i have a LPG connection and the consumer number is 010498 a copy is also enclosed which is a proof that they are involved in mischevieus activites like selling it in black, i am facing so many probel as it is been one month i have not received the cylender yet dispite of the fact that i have made 100 of calls and gave personal visit some 25 times to there office but nothing happned at the end of day.

I am facing so many problems because of it as i have only one connection and from last one month we are not able to cook at home, thus you are request to kindly get into the matter and resolve the problem else i would be left with no other option then going to consumer court and apeal for the same if you don't respond in 7 days time.

Dear Sir,

I have the gas connection of Indian Gas (Distributor's Name : Salt Lake Gas Agency, IA 264, Sector III, Kolkata - 700 097). My Consumer Number is TSV 2339. The agency is supplying gas cylinders which has problem in regulator and whenever we are opening the regulator gas is comming out. This is leading to lose of gas and within 15-20 days the cylinder is empty. I have complained this to the agency they have changed the regulator charging money for that but with no result.
I am forced to complain as this is happening frequently.I seek help in this matter and oblige me.

I want to complain against 'Rashmi Gas Agency" Distributors for indanein bangalore. The delivery person is selling my cylinder in black and not suppling me properly they are not giving any receipt or recording it in book if we ask they are not doing so what i have to do or where i have to complain about this please suggest
Complaint in Indane gas agency– Sir, Shanti Gas Agency at sadh nagar near Pradhan Chowk, South West Delhi under INDIAN OIL CORPORATION CALLED INDANE has worst service. They have 3 phone numbers[protected] and 25052152 but none of these phones are ever being picked up. I have booked gas cylinder on 12 march 2011 but the cylender not received till date. sondhi gas agency — cylinders not being delivered even after 15 days of booking.

I have booked my gas on March 10,2011 and was informed the delivery will be made in the next 4-5 days, however today is March 28,2011 and I am still waiting and when I try calling the Number [protected] its always busy. No one asnwers the call. This has become a routine. Everyday I see the delivery boys with cylinders, but not for any house hold. These cylinders are for shops that later sell these cylinders to us for Rs.700-800.
I would appreciate it if someone looked into the matter.

The gas agency M/s HANUMAN GAS AGENCY, TELIABAGH VARANASI use to delay in delivery of cylinders..I booked cylinder on[protected] but they didn't deliver till now..where as i complaint to them once.
