[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

Nokia — repair of nokia N91-2

i buy N91 8gb on 17-01-08, but after sometime menu button did not work.as the mobile is in warranty i went to nokia care on 20-08-08.and
address is Care Centre,
19-20 first floor, Opp. Laxmi Mandir, Tonk Road,
jaipur.
they take my mobile and tell it will repair within 15 days.i call them many time but they tell me it is in head office in noida, and they pass 3 month like that .after 3 month i go there and they are given old mobile to me and when i check that the mobile serial no. in mobile is different from challen no.
they tell me we will send it back to head office, after 3 month i did not get my mobile, please help me.

nokia 3500 — block the mobile for the unauthorized use.

It is true that i am also facing the same problem with my NOKIA N-95 8GB.
The same harassment happens every time time we go to the customer care. Some people do complain about this. Not all would as all are not aware of the Complaint bookings.

Nokia 2626 — SERVICE CENTER

I have bought my nokia phone in january 2008.But now a days its SPEAKER is not working, means i m not able to talk with any person or to here any person . I am in New Delhi .
When i went NOKIA CARE CENTER to repair my PHONE SPEAKER, then he(Shop keeper) told me that it will change, so give me 250 Rs. for that . i have given him 250 Rs. then he has changed my speaker . But after 2 week SPEAKERs are again not working . When i went first time to that service center, i told him to give me a bill for this 250 Rs., but he had not given me a bill and today he is telling me that if you want a valid bill with a original nokia SPEAKER give me 500 Rs. more . Please suggest me what should i do .

Nokia — i haven't got my phone back from 2 months from nokia care

Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect, i want to make you u aware that i havent receive my phone of nokia of model no.5610 from last 2 months...
and the worst part is they also know how to speak with customers.
please help me in that direction...

Nokia — not providing the required consumer support

I am really disappointed with the negligence of responsibility of nokia authorized
service centres especially the one located in andheri east, near andheri station.
They were first not giving me the support to repair the volume keys of my nokia
6233 cell phone inspite of having a valid warranty. But, later on, i got the same
thing repaired from nokia service centre located at lower parel . Right now, the
middle chassis of my nokia 6233 is a bit broken due to which the battery cover
keeps on falling every now & then. So, i went to the andheri branch again with a original new chassis being purchased on my part but still they are not even taking
the pains to replace the broken chassis with this new one claiming that they dont
have the authority to do so & hence we dont handle body panel issuses. they
suggested me to go for any roadside local vendor. inspite of having knowledge that the original parts can be easily removed & replaced by such unauthorized person.
Dear Sir,

Tata Indicomm not gives info of customer/me the Restricted Number called. B'coz some one call me & give me GALI on Displaying mobile only Restricted Number & when I call customer care to TATA Indicomm. they not gives me info of called No. Saying go to Police Station.

Pls. Help or action!!

NOKIA N-6300 — Neglecting to provide service (reair within warranty)

above metioned set handed over to Nokia Care(K.K.Mobile)on 16.10.08 for repairing through Job sheet No.7616.above said mobile purchased on 08.09.08, this for your information.on 27.10.08 i make a call to nokia care L helpline no.[protected] at guhahati, ask about repairing status, they informed me they did not received any mobile as per above stated detais, again myself gon K.K.Mobile care on 31.10.08 and express them all the details, as per request i sat their 10 minuits, after ten minuits they told me to come after fifteen days, let me know the actual status, please
I have purchased nokia 1650 model new piece . When the phone is switched off when turned on it is showing message sending, or Temporary error please try again, check info service.

Nokia Mobile 6500 Slider — Promised me a new phone and they have not given me the new one yet after 4 months of Complaint

I brought Nokia 6500 slide phone for 14, 000 Rs in the third week of May from Hot-spot in Chandni Chowk. After two months I discovered that phone is not working properly. After this I give my phone for repairing it at Nokia care centre on 7th august 2008 at Goel Trading Company, Subji Mandi, Near Clock Tower, New Delhi. In first week of September I received a call from Nokia customer care that my phone has been repaired and I can collect it from Nokia care centre but when I visited the care centre and checked my phone I found that it has the same problem and my phone is not repaired. Then on the advise of care centre executive I again gave my phone for repairing with the same service slip there after I keep on calling them to give my phone back but no one at the care centre and customer care ever bothered. when I call at the nokia call centre they told me to collect my phone from the care centre on 27th of september as they will despatch it on 24th of september but when I went to care centre they told me that they have not yet received my phone I again launched my complaint with the care centre they registered my complain for the second time and told me to collect my phone on 5th of october but again when I went the care centre they told me the same words that they have not yet recieved my phone from Nokia. then this became my regular feature i call nokia customer care daily as wellas care centre executive to enquire about my phone they keep on assuring me that my phone will be available with in 1or2 days but nothing like that has happened yet. I also mailed to register my complain with Nokia India head Mr Bharat Malik at bharat.[protected]@nokia.com but there is no response from him I also registered my Complain at the address given on the websites but again there is no response from them in between I tried to contact several high ranking sales as well as service people in Nokia to refer to my complain but no one has ever come up with the positive response. My complaint registered with Nokia call centre with the reference number 2-3CJS3B (repeated for all the complaints). the service centre where i had given my phone is Goel Trading Compony, Clock Tower, Subji Mandi, (Near Kamla Nagar) Delhi. The complaints with Nokia are registerd under the name Vineet Gera .

I feel both mentally as well as physically harass as the behaviour of the care centre executives is also not good when ever I pay visit at the care centre they started to misbehave. Nokia - N70M — Lock the mobile serial number

I have lost my mobile hand set N70 music edition model, i would request to suggest me to under go the procedure to lock my mobile serial number, I had already requested to lock my sim card. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
Can I lock the above procedure on on-line.

nokia 6500c — not reply from coustmer care center

Under Complaint Number 2_3E61V1 I would like to draw your attention that it is upto 2 months i.e. 3 september 2008; I have given my mobile model no 6500c for repairing but yet no response from your side. For more details the option number is[protected]/080903/13 . Now I want that kindly give me the new handset of that model ( if not available then give me the handset of another model whose price range is same that of it) otherwise return me the cash of that model. If there will be no any response from your side then you will have to legal action.

I I am costumer of Nokia Mobile since 2002. I would like to inform you that Nokia 3600 S, Serial no[protected]; Mobile was purchase from Khair in Sept-08. I am facing Voice & Display problem since very first day.
Therefore I have given my handset to nokia care at Aligarh for the same problem, after ten days nokia care have return my handset saying that we are unable to understand handset problem SORRY. It can not be solve.
I have again purchase same handset 3600 S on Nov3rd 08 ‘serial No [protected], again facing same Voice / Display problem.
Will you please let me know what should I do for both Mobile set.
I feel CUSTOMER is important.

i was purchase a mobile by name 6300, before a 6 month, on this time period i gave this mobile in repair b'coz of handsfree folt for 3 times but it was not resolved
after the requesting for replacement of mobile company was replace my piece but it is more difficulty when we find there is more difficulty then previous, phone have much networking problem

N93 to your service centre(Nirmal Interprises PP compound Ranchi ) on 30 sep. 2008, the sceduled delevery date 01Oct.2008 was failed by you, again you gave the delevery date of 10 Oct. 2008, again you was failled, then again and again you are extending the delevery date, and because of that i have not got mobile yet(11 Nov 2008) .So i want to remind you that i can take legal action to you because of the mental and physical harasment you are giving to me.

Nokia Mobile — Not getting mobile from 3 month

I (Nikhil Ramani) given my mobile set Nokia 3110C on 12/september/2008 by Job sheet no :[protected]/080912/19 at chunni ganj service center, kanpur.
i have gone there for 5 -7 times to get my mobile back. but the mobile from nokia service center missing. now what i do for that . RSN No. is [protected].

Nokia N-82 — nokia has replace new mobile with old one

I have given my mobile for not functioning of bluetooth in it on[protected] but they have provided me with another mobile after 2 months time .My mobile IMEI number was [protected] and they have givein me mobile whose IMEI [protected] which i have also returned to them. Nokia — late in replacemant the phone

i bought nokia5610 on 15/09/2008.it was switch off automatically on 11 oct 2008 and did not switch on after that.i gave my set to nokia care on 13/oct/2008.they said to me for 15 days nd till now i do not get my phone.on company ruls, replacement is done in 15 days but i did not get my phone in 31 days.the officer of nokia care jallandhar is so rude to me . please help me i[censored] can.
