[Resolved] Nokia And Airtel Services — E-mails not configured on Nokia E63 | |
I purchased Nokia E63 handset from Asmi Teleshopee at Pune (Contact No.s Harshad [protected], Shop +[protected] on 15th October 09. I tried my best to set-up my e-mail account [protected]@vsnl.net on the handset. I could set-up the same but i am unable to send e-mails from my vsnl account. I visited the shop the persoon claiming to be from Nokia (Name - Rohit Raut No. [protected]) did tried his best but could not solve the problem. When you visit Airtel ship they claim they have no clue about it and Nokia people (Although Rohit is trying to help) are not responding now. What is the use of bbuying such handset if i cam see only incoming mails and unable to send outgoing mails? I need somebody to help me else i need my money back. Nokia — Outgoing mails not working
Nokia E63 keeps announcing their messaging services as alternative to blackberryI bought a E63 just for that but beware , the service is horrible compared to blackberry
The outgoing mails dont work at all ! ( Not entirely correct , but it has stopped working for more than 10 days now)
The customer care is pathetic, we get irrelevant responses and nobody knows what is going on
If someone is trying to buy a Nokia instead of blackberry I would advise you dead against
