Dear Sir/Madam,

i have purchased Nokia 7210 from Anmol Watched and Electronics Pvt Ltd, Sector 22. Chandigarh vide bill no AW 14969 dated 20.03.09, gr no[protected].

i am facing problem with my set as line of 7 8 9 not working, i approached ur all the nokia care centers i.e Sector 7 Panchkula, Sector 22 Chandigarh, and sector 35 Chandigarh. All are saying that the key pas has to be replaced but no body is replacing.

I am really shocked to see the service of such a reputed company.

Can you please let me know where i hav to approaced.

Nokia N 79 — Faulty Instrument

I have purchased the Nokai N 79 on 1st Nov 2009 ........the instrument is faulty .....the handset starded giving the probelm .....getting hang,..display blanks ....automatically vibrating for every second and changing the themes after every second......

I had submited the phone at service center loacated at Vashi on 13th nov 2009 ....and I got the handset back on 24th nov 2009 .....still the problem is there in handset .....i shown the same to the executive ....but he requested me to observe for one more day .....so took it home again .....but the prob. is till there .....

Then again next day I visited to service center agan on 25th Nov 2009 and subited the phone again ......the handset is still with the ASC...

Plz help me for the above issue ......as the phone become useless to me as within 8-9 days phone started given prob. ....and in repair case the phone is in ASC more than 25 days .....phone i have purchase for my use but there is no use of phone to me as it is visit the service center more than having with me from the date of purchase ....

plz help me to get the replacement of instrument or the refund of the handset money ....

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5800 XpressMusic, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], ITEM CODE – 002J982, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSM) on 01.04.2009 from ALAMBAGH LUCKNOW(UP)

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off.After 4-5 months,the display got blank use to flicker frequently. This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre , but the problem still persists.They say that the display is not in the stock so it will not be changed.As the handset is in warranty,so please look after to my humble request. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is around 5 kms from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.

Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

.in this mobile all ring tones are run very slow voice when we recivied any call.
even i have put that mobile on table and discuss with others if ant phone come but ring of mobile is not get to me.
