Nokia Model No5800 Express Musi8c — faculty set

MY mobile set Model No--5800 "Express Music" is not working properly due to battery fault . Further it goes off automatically after every half an hour. I visited Nokia care center at Noida on 22 Feb.2010 for removal of the said falts. But the set was returned by them on the same date and assured me that fault has been rectified & set is OK in all respect.Despite that set has developed the same fault and not working properly.
Now it is again requested to issue instructions ti Noida care center to replace the set with new one and not to compel me to file a case in Consumer Forum under intimation to me by sms on M.No [protected] .

Nokia / 7610 Supernova Handset — Poor customer service during warranty period

Hi,
I bought a nokia 7610 supernova cell phone handset in May2009 from Nokia Priority showroom in Rajpur Road , Dehradun ,Uttarakhand.Within 3 months o[censored]se the handset's paint starting coming off.When I went to Nokia Care Center In Dehradun(Clock Tower) and asked them to replace the defective part,they refused and asked me to pay money for the repair .I bought the handset for Rs10,000 and even then I got a defective handset.I am not at all happy with the kind of service Nokia provides.I am feeling like I have wasted my money and wants justice.
