sir, i was submit my mobile phone at nokia care centre for date 25/09/2008 as per repairing purpose .
phone was under warrenty period so nokia care acepting same. but still my mobile was not repaired by nokia care. they says " your mobile is out of warrenty " & they couldn't repaired.
sir but when i was surrender my phone then that is under warrenty & i have nokia care job sheet . same are mentioned in job sheet .

i had purchased nokia e 71 grey steel mobile on 22 jan 2010,,coz of some minor problem, i had given it to nokia care centre on 30th jan till then i had faced many problems they are continue with dirty excusess and i have not yet get my mobile back
it already took about 3 months..i have also registered my complaint to nokia care,banglore 20 days back even today when i called to ask they said they don't have updates and call latter

Nokia — phone not delivered on time and rudeness by the executive

i had given my phone on the 24th of march to the nokia care centre (B-100A, south city 1, near signature tower, gurgaon). there was a liquid damage on it. my fonez(N97 mini) touch was to be replaced and the attendant told me tha you will get the phone on the 2nd of april without delay. today (2nd april) i called the centre and very rudely the attendant told me that the phone is still not fixed as the touch is not available in the company and on being asked for the next date by me he told me that he could not give me a further date. all this is causing me a lot of problem. i called the nokia call centre also and my complaint no. is 1-[protected]

Nokia — wasn't given extended warranty

i brought n97 mini from nokia priority dealer wid bill for 24,500 rs/-. priority dealer didnt give me 2 yrs warranty & car bluetooth kit. every other nokia priority dealer is providing car bluetooth kit & 1 + 1 yrs extended warranty with purchase of nokia n97 mini. i was cheated by nokia priority dealer. i already complained to nokia customer care but they are not taking any action against so. nokia priority dealer is not ready to accept the mistake. i have been cheated. i was deprived of car kit (price rs 5000/-) + 1 yr extended warranty (price rs 1500/-)

dear sir i got this message from the ongoing nokia promo it saysu have won 750, 000, 00 that message came to me and april first 2010 all fools day i think i was fake but then i started to beleive they said they send the money to dhl to day april 3rd and i have to pay the delievey fee of 850 pounds plzz tell me is it fake are true now

This complain is to be re guarding the problem with my Hand set nokia 5130 c i have faced a problem with the music key and i re-pare it from nokia service canter but they have charge me some money i want to know about your warranty about the parts and his replacement because they have charge to me Labour charge and also the parts charge is it ok or not please reply me as soon as possible hope to here you soon.

Nokia 5800 GSM Handset — Non refund of amount

On 22 Mar 10, I purchased extra small pack for Rs 992/- and bid for NOKIA 5800 GSM handset which I could not won. The payment was made through debit card in advance. Now what about the money. I should get back immediately. Kindly reply and initiate refund action. thanks.
