Nokia — Cheating customer by giving wrong statements

Hi, I put request in suleka for Airtel broad band connection in Thiruvan miyur chennai,
i got call from person Stailn - [protected], saying that he is the incharge of the zone, i asked for nlimited plans, he started saying 799 unlimited with 256 mbps and special offer is that after 3 months 200/- will be reduced from monthly rent and after 11 months agin it will be 799/- , i asked him to give that will i get connection in 2 days,he told yes and sent a person anmed Shakti to collect the documents and 2000/- amount. after 2nd day i called him at 1 Pm to remind the connection, he told he will send by evening. again i called at 7PM , he told already he sent some persons for installtion, again i called at 9pm , he told the same saying that he alredy sent some persons and he will call them and let me know the delay and status, but ididn't get any call.

Next day when i called him he is not picking the call, i called another person who collected the documents,he told that stalin is out of station, he gave office number , i called them and enquired they are saying that i cont get connection,because of bandwidth exceeded in that area.


see how they are cheating the customers by giving wrong information saying they sent some persons for installion..

please take some action on this complaint

Nokia 3610a — pawning an obsolete set and no spares

nokia company show room has sold the 3610a knowing it is getting obsoleted next day on jan
exactly after one yr 3 weeks after warranty incoming audio is not working

i wrote to nokia neglect centre not care centre i feel so
and no proper answer is coming

A purchased a bid pack of Rs 992/- and payment made in advance by debit card. I could not win the bid and presently message being shown that I have 0 bid. What about the refund.
