[Resolved]  Nokia — Nokia uk online promotion

Sir,
I had purchased Nokia 5310 Express Music on 1st november2008 having IMEI No. [protected].
I was suffering constant problem with this handset regarding its vibrator and display. I took the phone to the Nokia Care, Nangal. They kept the phone with them for a month and after then gave me another handset of the same model as the previous handset could not be repaired.
The new handset is also giving many problems like its vibrator not works properly, display problem, bluetooth connectivity problem and many more.After taking the handset to the Nokia care I do not got any satisfactory responce.
So, you are requested to replace the handset at the earliest possible as its warranty period is going to lapse. And the new handset should be free of such problems.

I got a message in my mobile at 7th Ag, 09 My mobile No. is [protected]. I have given below message details. '' YOUR MOBILE NO. HAS WON THE SUM OF $500000 AND NOKIA N 95 IN THE ONGOING NOKIA Awards FOR CLAIMS Contact [protected], [protected] E-MAIL : mynokiamsn.com."
But when i called on the above mentioned nos. they said write a mail and after that there was no follow up from there side. Its totally a wastage of time. Please consider my complaint in the good faith of all citizens who are suffering from these type of messages.

Nokia — network problem

we are residents of GTN.staff colony located in medak dist. pin code 502307. We are having more than 20 connections here in our colony but sometimes we face network problems like disconnection of calls and lack of voice clarity. If this repeats we are planning to shift to some other networks.

Same with me. I got My nokia 6300 from my friend in UK.
It falled down & the screen stop working. So i give it to nokia care center : SKYLINK, Located at Pimpri Chinchwad Link Road. Pimpr Pune (Maharashtra)
After few days they said the phone is impossible to repair & they return it to me.

But after 6 months i taught that i should open it and see the damaged.
What i saw was totally frustuating. The care center has replaced the Screen with a Damaged one. Even its circuit wire was not there.
It means they have taken the original Screen (which may be was just loosed) & replaced with the one without the circuit.
Nokia should take action against them.
I'm also planning to file a Case against them in Consumer forum.

Nokia Care Complaint — Nokia Care complaint

This is about my cell (Nokia E-51) complaint. I have given my cell for repairing on 14th July to EDGECOM Nokia Care, Thippasandra, Bangalore center. There was a water logging problem. 1st time they asked me to come on 17th July and from that time onwards they keep postponing my cell delivery. My job sheet no. is[protected]/090714/56. I checked through Nokia toll free no. and they informed me there is some problem with display and they said they have sent my cell back to Bangalore on 10th from Noida. Now its more than 1 month over but till now i have no clue about my cell. Every time i go to care center they give different figure and different problem and different delivery date. Last time (Friday 21st Aug) when i met manager there he gave me different problem saying my cell track is got spoiled and has to change the PCB which will cost me 5k and later when i said i will check with another care center then he gave 3700/- figure and as i said i will lodge a complaint against it then immediately they said they will deliver my cell on Monday with working condition.
When i pressurized them then they said they will give me new handset and they will charge the servicing cost. I checked in market that E-51 series is not available in market. They were about to give me second hand handset without guarantee and warrantee. Kindly solve this issue on priority basis. Its already one and half month over and till now i do not have any idea about my cell condition.

i do agree with you but my friend this is not that big issue that you are reacting to in that way.
i have also purchased the same cellphone just a month ago let me tell you we dont get the nokia PC Suite with the same if you want the software you can go to noika homepage and download the same.
once you download the software you will be able to connect you phone to your Laptop. once you have done the same you can call up your service provider depending on which card you are using they will help you to do the setting on the laptop and you will be able to browse the net.
in my case i brought the software from my friend and installed the same on my laptop and got connected to net.
So stay coll and hope you enjoy surfing.
