I had bought one nokia e-66 mobile with IMEI no [protected], which is still under warranty.on 21.07.2009 I found that black lines were coming on LCD screen.previously i was also finding the volume quite insufficient.So, i decided to repair it through nokia care, sahidnagar, bhubaneswar.I deposited my mobile on 22.07.2009 and my job sheet no is[protected]/090722/20.Though almost 18 days have been passed, my mobile has not been repaired yet and I have not been given any satisfactory answer. Please look in to the matter seriously, because i am facing a lot of problems without my mobile. Last but not the least if my problem is not sorted out, i will go to consumer court.
