nokia6500s — within 6 months 7 times serviced yet not repaired properly
i bought my mobile 6500s for 13000 from saravana store, t nagar chennai on jan 09. within the month it was hang then i given to nokia service centre which is in north usman rd t nagar chennai. as wel as it is happened 6 times. finallly my cell is not switching on SO THAT that i reported to same customer care they told water entered so that it is not switchin on, i am so surprised i told no chance for that because 13000 rs is big money for me it is my 5 month salary how can i lost that, no chances was there to enter waterhe told by sweating also it is possible enter water, i thought nokia such a big company is making such a produt ''''DAMAGE BY HUMAN SWEATING WITHIN 6 MONTHS'''''

HiI gave my Nokia E51 phone for repair to Nokia care centre near Hari Nagar Depot. They kept my phone for more than a month by now. The problem was with its phone glass which needed to be replaced. i was told that the whole of its back body will be replaced. As per my understanding it should not have been the solution. But I agreed thinking that they are experts and know the job. After one month, they called me and said that it is done. When I went to take my phone, I was shocked to know that the body was changed but my main problem i.e. the broken glass remained as it was a month back. Lady (Kamal, i think) said that they need another 3 to 4 days. I have given them their desired time. I do not think that they will be able to do anything in this direction. Enen if they do, the million dollar question is why have they taken such a long time, why I was advised that its body will be replaced when I wanted to have its camera glass replaced, why do they give commitment if they can not do it.
Nokia Management please wake up. Your customers are being cheated.

Nokia - Mobile No. 1661 — mobile not working well
Dear sir, I purchased a Nokia mobile (model no.1661) in a authorised mobile shop in Hyderabad. But I am not satisfied with the particular mobile.- The ringer tones are very low to hear. Particularily when I am outside I am missing in coming calls due to very low ringer tone of the mobile.
- when I use the hands free option, I am not able to hear the voice unless I kept the mobile very near to ear. Then what is the use of hands free option?
- I came to know that, this problem is not with me alone. So many are facing same problem with the particular nokia-1661 model.
Please consider this and rectify the problem. My mobile number is[protected].

last time akshay care return me the handsets by stating it is liquid damage, not repairable
My Concerned :::---- within last ten months of span my handsets given to Akshay Care, ( nokia centre ) 5 times. Its tooks approx 15 days to get return back to me each time . last time I have recd. the same after 18-19 days (After my enquiary) by giving above statment.
Its gives mental haarashments to me as my total worked based on communication, I have to borrow the handset from other.
After 4th complaints Akshay care refused me for the replacement of handset, , , , , ,
5th Complaints :-----handset nos. Key, nevigation key not working properly ... I hv demand to akshay care executive for replacement, , , , they said once again we will forwared the handset to company for repair purpose ... after my follow up on I hv come to know that handset is ready, when I visit to centre, , executive told me that it is liquid damage & not repairable ...
Why this is so???????? on 4th time I request for replacment & next time they are giving such statment which is not acceptable... Five times giving a handset for repairing within the ten months of span, it is self explaintary that handsets is defective ...
Requesting replacement of handset & please dont give me reson that liquid damage not comes under warrunty...
Nokia — worst quality
I bought a NOKIA N73 phone on 22nd October, 2009.It's performance is quiet worst.I have been replacing the joystick of keypad every month for the last 4 months.Headset don't fit good in the socket and the sound comes out through the speaker frequently.It has become very slow.It takes a lot of time to open the gallery.Even the customer care is not upto the mark. I received a sms from nokia tworld...that my handset has won of GPB550, 000 Pounds in 2009 T-World/Nokia Promo Draws in UK ...and they have asked me to send my details to [protected]@live.com.Can you please tel that are these sms are fraud...or what?
