Nokia Mobile (6275) — Misbehave & not covering warranty

ipurchase Nokia Instrment (6275) Dated[protected]Against invoice no 605From gadeget gallery.due to some reason My mobile is not working proper ly to day i wisted noika care for repairning they told us that your mobile screen is damage & it come not under warranty it will be chargeable & it cost Rs 1850 & iagree topay for it but they are not ready for warranty of new display so i take back my mobile I ask if any other damage except than display then they mobile go out of warranty you have beer the cost .& employee say me if you want repait fist you have deposited Rs 5000 other wise take it back or throw in dust bin we will not except your mobile. iask please given me in writeen they are not ready any how i got the job sheet in job sheet they writeen physical demage no further warranty . i donot understand if mobile is damge how it wrking we hve receving calls if screen is damage how it showing the no.message etc... job sheet no is[protected]/09091/26dtd 17/09/2009.
