Nokia — Complaint on Nokia phone

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had purchased a nokia 7210c mobile handset having IMEI : [protected] on 05/07/2009 from Croma Store, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Immediately after a month my mobile got switched off and didn't get switched on. I took the phone to Nokia service center in vashi, VASHI TELECOM. There i was told that the software wasn't functioning so it needed to be reinstalled. He reinstalled the software and gave it back on 19/08/2009. But immediately after 2 days the phone again got switched off. So i again took it to a nokia service center in Worli where the guy told that the battery was the problem and he replace it and gave it back to me. The phone was functioning at that point of time. But on 27/08/2009 the phone again got switched off. This time i went to Croma Store and asked them to get my handset replaced. But they couldn't get it done.

I am feeling cheated and harassed. Please help me get my handset replaced.

I myself is pawan kumar .Last four time i repair my new nokia handset 5610.but again its not working .When i complaint nokia care every time nokia just submit my mobile and after one month it return as well as .it happened 3 times .by nokia head office noida. from 2 times my set already repaired Y nokia not change my handset and give me new set .already it spent my 10 month now after 2 month my validity is finish then what i do .Nokiacare in lucknow rim electronics just finish the trust of nokia care in public .this is a worst experience for me with nokia care .Plz write a complain against RIM electronics alambagh nokia care . and plz do the needful for my mobile .

nokia 6610 — phone not opening

Sir, I have ourchased Nokia Handset 6610. Now recently the phone found not working and opened one nokia technician and closed the set. after that he try to open the hand set the become on and shows that PHONE RESTRICTED PLEASE ENTER CODE HE ENTERED CODE. Please suggest how can it should become working condition as so many contacts/messages are saved in it.

wht i read on net is that scam and they get your account number for transection and get personal information
