[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

Nokia — my NOKIA 6303 Classic doesn't work properly

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought my new nokia 6303 classic mobile one month ago but I am facing some problems while using it.
1- It usually drops its network.
2- while talking its speakers doesn't work and voice is not audible.

For this I went to nokia service center but they suggested me to change my BSNL sim because it is not supporting BSNL connection and if I want to repair it I have to send it to NOKIA company for 15-20 days.
How a mobile doesn't support to one particular sim while that of others.
Kindly tell me what should I do.

Dear Sir,

I Puchased Nokia 5252 in May 2009 at Mahipal pur. but now it has no display when i went to nokia care they they told me there are one scrow missing in our mobile . so we cant install new software in free of cost.we would have to pay rs. 350.00 for installation. but i didn't open may mobile any time
Plz Let me know should i have checked the all screw when i purchased the mobile
And now I would have to pay rs. 350.00

Now Nokia is selling handsets without proper quality control in India and after sales service is also extremely poor. It is time for the concerned authorities to look into the matter and stop further harassment to the consumers.
sir my name is sushil kumar i am a consumer of nokia having the imei no354179/03/708 and having the product code 05777933 my cell phon nokia 5130 having the problum of hanging for that i went to the custumer care centre dharamshala himachal pradesh on date 25feb 2010 then custumer care head told me that u have to pay 300 rupees for getting phone fine since my product was in warranty i refuses to do that so he start making argumt to me and said that ur fone was fell into the water but i said that it was never like that he makes misbehave with me and put my phone out of waranty and now my phone is having hanging problum again when nokia care call regarding to service came to me i show my unsatisfaction toward nokia care then he call me on my cell and starts abusing to me he told that he is a head of the nokia care center dharmshala and his name is suraj by making this he is spoiling the market of nokia in himachal pradesh so please look into the matter and take suitable action

Nokia E71 — Authorities tried to return the mobile after damaging it instead of repairing it

I gave the mobile on one of the customer care services of Nokia to repair the camera under warranty period. First they took a lot of time in repairing it and when I went to recieve my handset, the camera wasn't working. Moreover, ON/OFF switch key wasn't there. Now when I go to recieve my mobile again they say that they have already delivered the handset even when I haven't recieved it.

I had purchased the set with good faith on your company. However just after one week, I noticed that the charge of battery is irregular inspite of my charging it regularly. Without usage at all, the battery run low within 5-6 hours. I had submitted the phone to NOKIA care at Bhiringi, Durgapur on 1st week of November. They delivered the set back, promising the end of problem. However the problem is showing again as the battery is losing charge quickly even with usage of the set.

I had submitted the set again on 12/03/10 but its of no use. The problem continues and has became a source of tension as I cannot use the facilities of the set without fearing the problem of low battery.

I’ll be very grateful to you if you kindly look into the matter and take steps regarding the solution of the problem. I hope you will take the necessary action as early as possible and preserve the name of the company.

For giving my mobile to customer care center i have lost Rs.4500 & almost my mobile also lost.

Nokia Mobile — service

I have purchased Nokia 5130 on 27th feb 2010 from Nokia gallery situated at Santacruz(W). nowadays the battery is giving the problem and its keypad buttons are also not working properly.

Nokia — Mobile bill is not Perfect

I had purchased 1 hand set of Nokia 1202 on 22nd October'2009. I have bill of the dealer. Now my cell is not working properly. Its Battery may be not proper or I have to change the battery. Still my handset is under warrenty. I go ahead to 'Nokia Customer Care' for replacing the same battery but they avoid to do this. I show bill of dealer then also one executive said its not a proper bill so we are not going to change the battery of your cell. And you have purchase new one for the same. I surprised, I ask the reason then they said in bill VAT and Excise Tax is not mentioned so the dealer is not proper dealer so we can't replace or help you for the matter. I surprised and asked that if dealer is not proper then how your company make allow them to sell the 'Nokia Mobile' to the customer. Customer always don't know every legal matter, many customers are also illetrate and not aware about this. But the matter is How comapny supply its products to this kind of Dealer? How non authorised dealer get banded company's product? And customer will always suffer. I want to lodge the complaint against Nokia company which not going to solve my problem.

Nokia E71 — Not satisfied with repair service

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased Nokia E71 after waiting for almost 2-3 months for getting white colour handset. From the start itself i was facing hanging problem and even slow process. Hence it was submitted to NokiaCare for 2-3 times, however it was not solved properly. Then finally i decided to continue with the same.
Recently my bluetooth was not connecting to E71, hence handset was submitted to NokiaCare (Kaustubh Telecom, Shankarsheth Road) on 27.05.2010 jobsheet no.[protected]/100527/23. I waited for 30 min to get the jobsheet when it was informed to me the handset is having hardware problem, hence the same has to be send to Delhi and i will be getting the handset after 10 days. On 07.06.2010, i went to collect my handset, where I was shocked to see my E71 in black colour. when i asked for my white colour E71, it was informed that the black colour came from delhi we cant do anything. we can provide only black or grey colour handset. When i asked the reason, it was informed that it may be wrongly changed by other handset in Delhi.

I want to know how it can happen such a mistake where the service people cant even know the difference between white colour n black colour. Such a negligent approach of Nokia service centre towards the customer .

When I insisted for white handset only, then it was informed to wait for 10 days, as the same handset will have to be again send to Delhi. Now i am doubtful, which secondhand panel will be fitted to my handset. What then the warranty means where replacement of handset is promised by the company. Whether it means replacement by secondhand handset or secondhand parts ?

Please look into the matter and revert back.

Nokia/N71 — Nokia Handset Damage at Service Center

I gave my Nokia Handset (Nokia E71) to your Nokia Center[protected].
There was only one problem in handset, on-off switch was not working properly.
Handset opened first time at this service center. and engineer changed its On-Off Switch 3-4 time but they was not success.
after all try they told me that circuit problem on PCB of Handset. and you defined that its a liquidity damage.
how could they defined that it is liquidity damage.
its was not physically tempered or dropped in water. even opened first time after purchase it.

Nokia Care — fraud and misbehaviour with consumers

I,Ramkrushna.E.Nandanwar,SDE,BSNL,Nagpur beg to state that the nokia care service is not aware of their responsibilities and betraying the consumers. Sir some days ago there was some problem on my mobile MODEL - NOKIA N-96 when i consulted nokia care i was told that due to one software my mobile was hanged so they inserted another software then the keypad was not following the software so they told that keypad has to be changed so after the above process i paid the bill and fullfilled all the required process
but they have fraud me they inserted any old keypad instead of new one and still the problem is not fully recovered. When i consulted about this problem they misbehaved with me and they used bad language which was not at all expected.sir, i request you to find solution of this problem and fullfill required process as soon as possible

I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.

I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.

since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

Nokia — Phone has been broken by nokia technician

in the user manual it was written that "your Nokia Handset supports the feature ou nokia maps"
but the featured application was missing from my handset. So, i took my cell phone to the nokia service center at Begum bridge (Meerut). but while packing the phone the the body of my cell phone was broken by the technician. and now they are helding me for the miss handling and breakage of my cell phone. and it could be easily seen that this is due to the lack of technical abilities of their recruited technician.
and on that the "maps application is still missing".
