[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

Nokia — service regarding

i have purchased a nokia 2626 black mobile phone from Shree krishna Communication indore on 4.09.2009.the IMEI no of the said instrument is [protected] Battery No 11020010 Charger no 216070.as since last 2-3 weeks my mobile set is not working properly i loudged the complaint to dealer he told go to the nokia service centre then i will go to nokia service centre, at service centre the employee said this mobile is out of warranty so i back to contact dealer where the mobile was purchased he said this set is already in warranty.
so please give me direction what can do further.
this type of mismessage to ur product are conveyed by the deeler . therefore it is requested that please give me suitable idea or solve my problem.

Hi Ashish, i think you will need to go to the Nokia service center and show them the warranty card that should have got with the box when you bought it. If you did not get the card, then hold the shop responsible and tell them that you will give a police complaint, but if you have the card, then write a mail to Nokia and cc the mail to the media. If this does not work, you should take the matter to consumer court. For that you can get help from the lawyers in your area.

Hope this gets sorted for you at the earliest.

NOKIA 2730 MOBILE SET — TAKEN MONEY FOR REPAIRING WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD.

I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA 2730 IN 21.03.2010. THE MOBILE WAS NOT CHARGING ON 05.07.2010. I VISITED NOKIA CARE CENTRE ON 06.07.2010 FOR REPAIRING THE SAME. MY MOBILE WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ONE YEAR BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED RS. 500/- FOR REPAIR. IT IS AGAINST THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR COMPANY. YOU HAVE GIVEN WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR.

IT IS REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REFUND RS. 500/- WHICH THEY HAVE TAKEN FOR REPAIR.

nokia x3 — nokia care bad service

I went to nokia care centre on 26/6/10 for software update . and then again on 29/6/10 . there was an audio problem in my phone . at nokia care nicholson road ambala they said to come after 1 week and when i went after 1 week they said come again after 1 week . what a mess...... i bough my cell on25/5/10 and imei no. is[protected]

My self Rakesh Gupta I was purchased nokia 5130 in dec 2009 after 6 months the mobile automatically hang and switch off .When i saw it to the nokia care which is borivali (w) Near Gokul shopping center the staff check the mobile and said that sir there is software issue after two days u collect ur handset .When second day i collect my phone the same problem repeated again . when i asked u repaired or not becoz the problem is not solved they told me sir i think there is a hardware issue the mobile we send it to head office they solve it .They give me one weak time after one weak when mobile come i checked the mobile and it was started but after 1hours the same problem repeated when mobile switch off then it doesn't switch on when next day i was goan to the nakia care i told them wahy it problem faced again and again they told me that sir it is electronic device we send it to head office they check it what is actually problem they check it then he said again give us one weak. but i told u nokia company why this problem repeated Ur services is very poor & worst we seat in Que in-hours then after company doesn't solve it the problem .in future we cant bye nokia handset becz of poor sevice and not solving customers problem.U lost ur customer i do not recommend any one to bye nokia handset we bye any other company handsets there is lot of competition in market lots of company in mobile field .take this problem seriously and solve it other wise give me new handset i[censored] not i will complaint to consumer court.

I bought Nokia cell 2630 in Dec 2008 and it did not work during jan 2010, the light did not work, I gave it to nokia care a Karaikudi and after long time they returned saying they could not repair and told me to try a Madurai. At Madurai they refused to help saying tthese people applied some paint. So I told them to try again and afer more than a mo nth they reurned saying they could not do. They burnt he IC and now it is gone. I wantt a replacement but I dont know where to file my complaint,
In continuation to the above post, I say they were unable to repair my Nokia set and cheated me by retaining it for so long and after it spoiling the set totally.

I gave my nokia 6700 classic to MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36, GURU NANAK PURA, RADHU PALACE ROAD, OPP.-V3S MALL, LAXMI NAGAR DELHI-92, TEL. NO.-[protected] for not to coming sound in handsfree. they call me that your handset is now repaired, collect it. I collect the set but when i check it, the problem was same. I again went to Maa communication and tell him that the problem is not solved. They told me to leave the handset again, and tell that the jack, keypad and speaker should be change and they charged me Rs.2000/-against their Invoice No.-9603 dt. 08/07/2010. although the handset was under warranty.But when i again collect my handset, the problem was same. I talk to them, they replied me to change the handsfree, because the handsfree is not o.k..

this is a bad hand set when we play music it autpmaticaly switch off
i recently purchase nokia 6303i classic.There are not draft and outbox option in Message box.i cant draft message.so i have faced lot of problems.Please give solutions of my problems.
my phone 5800 express music has been sent 13 times to nokia care for the same problem in 15 months, now i'am asking them for a replacement. but no responce from them.

I'm Kannan. I bought a new nokia 3110c phone on Feb'2009. On Jan'2010 it get repaired. Since upto 1 year free service is available at nokia care. So contact there(nokia care, Adyar, Chennai). They said that it is hardware fault and refused to repair the phone for hardware fault. But later i came to know they lied, it is software fault. They are very cheatable person. Another person also while i met there, he also cheated by them. They are not doing service for customer. They just want to earn money only.
Please we have to take step on them to avoid such things in future.

I have given for repairing in NOKIA Service Centre, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi on 24th July'10. After repaired there are same problems in my NOKIA set. So I'm no satification from your service centre. Nokia — bad service from nokia care

i had purchased nokia 2323 last year n it is suffering software problem,causing me a lot of problem.it requires software update evry month.till last year i hhad got it repaired 9 times.bt this time i had sibmitted it on 9th of july and till nw i hv not got it back and also they dint provide me another mobile in return and the response of customer care centre is not satisfactory.plz kindly see to the problem and give me an permanent solution.

Dear Sir,

I have given my Nokia N-70 hand set at APEX TEL in som Datt Plaza at Kanpur on 23/07/2010 . After one weak they call me and told that Rs.1776 is your Approx. estimate .I replied OK please repair my set. After 4days I have quired they told me your set can not be repaired but the owner of that center assure me that we will repair yourset. But till date I have got no response from their end. I want to say that NOKIA is world belived company but this type irresponsible& painfull behaviour of Nokia care is not expected by customer like me.
I hope for an early& neccsary action please.

Nokia Care — Improper Service and Ill Treatment

I had a problem with my Keypad of Nokia 7610 and was assured that the set would be provided the next day. But instead they had further ruined it with three more keypad not working and was told that as they are not charging any money i should just leave by the Centre Manager.
My job card no is:[protected]/100806/51. The Nokia Care centre name: IDM Infocom. The Name of the centre manager is Manish Malhotra.
