nokia E72 — NOKIA CARE EMPLOYEE CHATTED ME
I purchased nokia e72 on 12 july 2010.it start giving me problem.iwent to nokia care for this on 11 august 2010.it is a new phone widout any scratches.they said i can take my phone bak on 16 augusti said alrite.they call me atfter three days.on 19 august when i went to take my phone i was just shock they changed my phon body and keypad.my phone body is covered wid scratch guard which there is no chance of any scratches but the phone they are giving to me is full of scratches..when i told them this is not my they strt abusing with me.but later they tell me to come on 23 august. now please help me on thisNokia /Mobile — harrassed by nokia care service
Dear Sir,i gave my nokia 5800 for repair as it was not displaing, at nokia care dilshad garden, new delhi. they upgraded my mobile display and it got started. when i checked at the time of deliver i found that it had camera problem it created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that same problem then they told that its will have to send again head office.again they asked me to come after few days. when i got my cell is working. finally after 14 days again camera was not working than i went to cm care service again but they are arguement now it will be charged than after long discussion and by proof they agree to take it & they have assure me it will take time approxmately 7 to 10 days, after 15 day i called them but they reply your phone is in head office, after 17 days when i have asked again they reply me it has dammege by liquidity, my question is when they has taken they has checked it very deeply & they told me its a sfotware problem, now they saying something different and asking for charge,
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(it display not starting) they upgraded it but in return with the i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in go wo king condition.please help me for that.
sir i had a problem in my nokia N73 music edition, accutally it was workig good, i tried to updated my software by nokia software updater tso i connected to my laptop process was going on suddenly my laptop shutdown due to low battery so i reconnected my mobile again but no use its dead not switch oning, i know what i did actually i had 6 months experience cell phone servicing, we can just flash it and reload the software it will be ok . i took it to nokia care chenni in annanagar they told me you have hardware problem so you need to pay 2800 rs, so got back the mobile and gave it to nokia care in coimbatore they charged me 230 rs only i have all copy bills with me, how can we over come this,

Nokia/ Nokia E71 — Failure of the device
Dear Sir,My name is Premjit. I bought a Nokia E71 from a mobile store in 08th May 2010. Around 20 days back, some of the buttons on the keypad stopped working and before that some times the phone use to hang in between and I had to remove the battery to get it operational again. When I contacted Nokia care they simply said that the key pad is damaged because of some fluid has penetrated inside and needs to be changed. They said that it is not covered under warranty as the fluid has gone inside the mobile phone. I am using Nokia mobile phone since 2001 and this is my 4th phone. The only thing which I want to say is that I know how to use the phone. I have never spilled any liquid into the phone. It may be the sweat which might have penetrated inside. But only thing I want to know is sweat is a normal process while talking and it can't be avoided. So even if I get is repaired it will again get damaged.
I am not able to write a mail to the Nokia company as there mail service like 'Ask nokia' is not working. I have registered a complaint through call center and a person called me around 10 days back and assured me of proper solution but did not turn back. The complaint no. is 1-[protected].
This mobile has costed me Rs. 14000/- and this has not given me the satisfaction of even Rs. 500/-. I am deeply hurt by the behaviour of such a big brand.
It is my request to take up this complaint to the highest possible level as I feel this is a manufacturing or the design problem. Eagerly waiting for a proper measure to be taken.

i have bought a nokia 5230 very recently,but while browsing net through my phone it gets restarted automatically.so please suggest what to do to resolve this problem. iam with all my friends who suffered alot with misbehaving attiude of nokia customer care in delhi towards customer... i have faced this problem twice at jail road (west delhi)

Menu, call pick and digit 1, stopped working, I suppose. Then sometimes the handset starts working erratically. If I am right, then its a common problem with Nokia E series phones. This is what happened with my E 51, and this is what happened with my friend's E 71.

Nokia mobile 5130c — misbehavior
I brought 5130-c phone and since then i have given twice that phone for repairing for the same problem.THis time when it again went out of service i asked them for service but Nokia Care centre flatly refused.one of your Empioyees misbehave with me his name rajive he in chandne nokia care in Kolkata he told me jo kar skta ho kar lo hum tumara kam nhe kar skate

Sir, the outer cover of my nokia 2730 got damaged.So, i went to the Nokia Care, Dibrugarh to change the outer case. But they told me that they don't have it at present and took my order, But even after 5 months i have not got the outer case.when i ring them up they say that the company has not send them the cover.

nokia/nokia X2 — no response from nokia care
Subject: - NO RESPONSE FROM NOKIA SERVICE CENTERI ROHIT KHANNA resident of D-49-B DDA FLATS (OLD) PASCHIM PURI NEW DELHI-110063. I purchased Nokia x2 on 11/10/2010 and after 2-3 days it was showing “BATTERY NOT FULL SHOW PROBLEM”. On 20/10/10 I gave it to the NOKIA CARE,HOLL NO 4 DDA MKT. 1ST FLOOR PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI-63(ph:[protected]) and they updated the software of my phone and replaced the battery but after that the problem continued. I told them to replace the phone but they didn’t agree for replacement .Then again on 11/11/10 , I submitted the same phone and till now I haven’t got any response from them. Whenever they called they only befooled me .
So , being a consumer I request you to take an immediate action against them and get my phone replaced.

I had a speaker problem with my nokia 5233 mobile. so i approached the nokia service center (Jaynagar, Bangalore, India). My mobile is still in warranty the checked it and said the problem is because of water got inside my mobile. They said my warranty has been lapsed and they charged me. Even my friend who came there with his X6 which 2 had a problem he to got the same response. I have seen 9/10 people who came there got the same replay is this another way of making money by NOKIA are actually the mobiles are been manufactured of such a low quality i am really not satisfied with the services of your service centers. Worst services by NOKIA!!!

Nokia Mobile — no responding
i have purchased nokia 1616 on 14th july 2010. sr no is [protected]. it is facing some problems. so i gave it for repairs in nokia care mangalore. job sheet no is[protected]/100806/37. but no reply from nokia. within the one month of purchase it went into repairs. if its continuied i will go to customer court. pls ans me. my cell no is [protected]
