hello sir i gave my mobile for soft ware update during dat i forgotted to take my memory card in it...after complition of the update i dnt receive my memory card back ur staff was not responding to it...wat is dis [censored]...is dis the way u ill treat coustmers

Nokia Care at Tilak Nagar branch should be closed immediately as they are just making fools and earning money.They are a BLACKSPOT to the name of NOKIA.

I am also suffering, these fellow are not ready to talk. Its so worst yaar, Nokia care manager is dont have any manner to talk to the customer. I have Nokia 1616 and it is under warranty due to impact screen get damaged, I have visited to Noia Care they are telling it screen is not available as spare part, so it can not be repaired. Its so bad for a Big company. Any way very bad experience...

I have given my NOKIA 5310 set for repair at Shreejee Nokia Care First Floor, B-7, Raj Nagar Distt. Center (RDC) Ghaziabad Email: [protected]@nokiacareindia.com Bill No. 5896 Date 26 March 2011for sound problem but again this centre is not able to help me out.they are saying that there is some serious fault in the set and they can't do any thing regarding my problem.now what to do with this handset.please help me as i put lots of efforts but all are in vein.Now i am totally fed up with your services.Help me otherwise i 'll take some legal action Please look in to the matter and do the needful action against them, Otherwise my next option is to register complaint in "CONSUMER FORUM" under "Consumer Protection Act 1986".

i have given my nokia E5 imei - [protected], purchased in kota rajsthan in month oct 2010 ... sir there is a problem opf slow processing and network catching ... i ve given my cell phone atleast 5 times at nokia care jawahar nagar kota ... But still they everytime they just format my phone at give it back next day ... once it was gone for 7 days and they returned it as it was ... kindly give me some response .. what should i do now .. as my problem is not getting solved from past 4 months ... And i v e given the response by nokia care i m not going to buy another nokia and not gonna recommend it too ..

Nokia Mobile (X2-01) — Bad service in nokia care
I am Debasis Mohanty, I had purchased a Nokia Cell Phone vide sl No :- [protected] from a local vendor ( M/S SIGN INN ) Ganesh Market , Berhampur, Ganjam, contact no (+[protected] on 28th April 2010. At that time I was access my Personal Gmail ID, internet and so many things. But I can't configure my corporate mail ID. Yesterday 4th May when I was visited to Nokia care that contact persons were telling that they will updating the software then I can access my corporate mail ID. But after updating software I can't access internet and mail ID also.Once again I was visited to visited to Nokia care on 5th May for same problem. But one mechanic had said that you have to contact BSNL office. When I was told that I am contacting to BSNL mobile section by phone another mechanic had told me that that is not our duty please ask to Nokia promoter who are sitting with the retailer.
I really harass since 28th to till date no one is listening my problem. Really Nokia company brand name is effecting in the instance.
Please share my problem. and do the needful;

i have a hand set nokia N 79 last 25 th i saw my phone had liquid damage.i gave my phone to anmol electronics (authorized nokia service center ) .1 Narendra nagar , kolkata 56.they call me at night that my set was ok please collect it. i collected my phone on 26th april .they charged 1931 ruppe for repairing ..after few hours i saw that my phone occared same problem.again i gave them my phone. but still now i can not got it and they cant tell me any specified .without phone i have face many problems , if i gave the phone of any normal repearing center they gave me within 2 days.please tell me , believe in nokia ,is my big mistake??????????.kaushik goswami .

u r right but the local shops are not trained on that type of hand sets, if they r not repairing ur hand set then u can go to the nearest noki priority
Yes i am completely agree with the complaints. The behavior of personnels of nokia care is really very bad. they don't even know how to talk with customers. I have personal experience of Paramount Service, Jorhat Indu Bhawan, M.G Road, Jorhat - 785001, Assam.They even refuses to provide service. My memory card was also destroyed because of their "faltu" service and when i asked them to repair/replace. They straightly denied.

Nokia E72 — email non functional
I am using Nokia E72 mobile. Since 5/5/11 I am not able to use e mail on my mobile.Software upgradation has been done three times but the fault remain as it is. Nokia care helpline has given me two complaints id1-[protected] (12/5/11)

i am very dissapoint with the nokia care service. my phone still not work properly and nokia care's employee miss behaviour with me nokia care is in dilshad garden in east delhi. I request to please u solve my problem. and take action with them.

Dear SirI am residing at Delhi (INDIA) in Ashok Vihar. One of your service centre which is in Ashok Vihar Area they peoples are cheating /stolen / taking out the part from mobile phone which they received for repairing - the details complaint are :-
a. I have given my mobile N 81 from repairing for slide - it is sure that they had took some genuine part from my mobile as couple of days later to above given another Nokia phone for repair they took-out the memory card which we came to know later then 2 days before given another Nokia phone for repairing - during the checking time they took out the geniun display and put another display. due to huge amount asking for repairing I checked with another shop in front of me - he told us that they have changed your display - again we went over there and shouted on them - they accepted that it happened - please let us know what should we do. to day they have not given any bill but money they took it from us - it means they are robber / theif - please comments.

Dear Sir,i have purchased NOKIA C6 4months back but but suddunly phone was dead and gave my nokia C6 for repair on dated 11.5.2011as it was not starting, at nokia care Goregaon(W) link road,Mumbai. After 15 days they said it will not repair the reason they said its liquid damaged , you have to pay charges then again I gave them and I asked them to repai on charge basis and they inform me the charges of Rs.4182/- & kept the phone and given me the receipt and told after 15 days you come & collect the phone.
But after 15 days when I called them for status of my phone they told me that your phone will not be reapired. Please help me out what shal I do because I purchased this phone only 6 months back. The nokia peaple cheated me
