I have registered the Job for the accessories BH 103 on 22/November 2010 and the target delivery date was 04/Dec/2010
I have visited the shop On 06/Dec ,10th and 16th of Dec subsequently , but every time they are delaying the target delivery time and not confirming when it will be returned back
THey are saying that , it is delay by the company and we can't give in written that when it will be completed
They are saying that the Terms and Conditions are not valid for this product and on my query that you may give me in written and then ansering me that you may register a compain as we can't give in written

Nokia — Improper service by nokia care

Date of submission: 9/dec/2010
It has been 21 days from my day of submission of my phone (E-72)to the nokia care , pitampura ( ace communications) .
After first week my phone is being replaced , claiming to be a new phone. When it also didn't worked( didn't read memory card). So they resubmitted on 16th of dec.
From the starting, they replaced my phone with a some basic model that have no support of even bluetooth, thus causing great inconvenience( my contacts are not there ,I have 500 contacts out of which only 200 is available now) , even second time upon requesting they didn't upgrade claiming they don't have the replacement.
After that I called after four days, they told it will took 2 more weeks. That got me really annoyed. He said he was 'Sushant'. I asked him that it is unfair and I want my phone really quick. He said nothing can be done. I asked him to give me the number of executive , he said he is the topmost and snapped the phone.
I felt offended.
Then I called him, as he told me after two weeks on 29th. This time 'sushant' only. He said your phone has not arrived and is in the process . That really put me off, I asked him that is very sad with the nokia service. He said he can't do anything and will take a week more.
And this time too his tone of talking was very rude and he snapped phone twice during conversation , as I asked for an upgraded replacement.
I am really disappointed of Nokia service. That is really putting me off.
I want that my phone to be given back as soon as possible. And reimbursement of the losses due to delay should be made, as 1/12th of my warranty period , harassment caused in the process, should be paid. I want that strict action to be taken over the person 'Sushant' for his misbehavior.

sir i have purchased one nokia C7 almost closting nr 19000 but from the very first day i am facing problm of re starting the handset, nokia care people has re installed software almost 5 times and than sended to L3 service centre from whre it is being repaired and now back to me . Now again same problem is their and the handset is agian at nokia care . This process is almost taken more than 1 month, can u tell me where i am at fault just this much that being a nice brand Nokia i have spended Rs 19000 on it

This is to bring your kind notice about my nokia N97 WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY. i have submitted my mobile in ACCURATE CARE - BANGALORE on 07/12/2010. my job sheet number is[protected]/101207/71. For the same problem N97 was sent to nokia repair factory - Delhi on 16 feb 2010 and 2 sept 2010. it came back to me with same problem saying it is repaired. but once again i gave it on in NCC on 7 dec 2010 for the same problem n they have taken their own time around 25 days and replaced my N97 phone with swap device nokia C6. i bought my N97 for Rs. 32, 000 and they send C6 wich is costing aroud 12, 000. how can i accept this device? so i send it back without receiving and requsting them to give me my own nokia N97 or any equalant device to the price of nokia N97. the reason what they gave for replacing with c6 was, the production of Nokia N97 has stopped and thats why they gave me this device Nokia C6, costing Rs.12000. usually nokia care will ask us to wait 10 working days to get our handsets back but i have submitted my mobile on 07 dec 2010, till now there is no proper response. Practically, I m calling everyday to nokia care to enquire about it. On 13 jan 2011 ACCURATE CARE people called me n told that they gave two options to choose swap device 1 is N8 n 2 is C7. after enquiring I told them to issue me N8. they told me to wait for 5 days, afer 5 days i called them n they told me that i m getting my N97 only and i need to wait for some more time. They are taking their own time, now almost 45 days I don’t have phone. I even called 30303838 and complaint on 01 Jan 11 with complaint number 1-[protected], for this complaint's resolution I was practically calling nokia care 30303838 everyday. Now what device I m getting n how many more days I have to wait. Is there any one in NOKIA to help me? I have been using nokia phones from 6 years and never used any other phone. Now, I am loosing that GOOD WILL with nokia and feel like not recommending to anyone. Please do the needful. what should i do? please help me, should i file a case or wait till they give?

This is about Nokia Care Rishikesh. I went to them for a new body for my n82, which was out of warranty period. When I called them they told me that it will cost me 2800/-. But when I actually went there. They told me that the whole body is going to cost me around 4000/-. I ordered for the front panel and keypad only. I was told that it will take within one month. After several callings and after 1 and 1/2 months, they told me that the body has arrived. I gave them my phone. But I was surprised that when they returned the phone only half of the parts were assembled to the phone. They told me that right now only this has come and I have to wait some days for the remaining part. The worst thing that happend when I got my phone back was all the keys of the keypad stopped working. When I asked them about that they didn't have a satisfactory answer. And I still didn't get the remaining part. I don't know what to call this. This kind of care centres are erasing all the goodwill and reputation earned by Nokia. It looks like vegetables vendors are trying their hands in repairing such a revolutionary invention as mobile phones, with such a big brand as nokia. Total fraud!

I have purchased purchased Nokia N79 (IEMI:[protected]) model on 10/04/2010, FROM Sri Sai Enterprise Patna within 5 month problem of auto switched off and overheating started. I have given the set for repairing at Roop Rang Telecom -Fraser Road Patna, after a week they told it is non repairable, I got new set N79 (IEMI:[protected]) in 30 days.
Again Problem started in the new set, in 2 month, they told Display problem, I submitted the set on 15/01/2011 Job sheet no.2262, also lodged complain in your call centre, they have given the complain no.1_[protected], I have discussed my problem they told they will call back within 48 hours but yet not contacted.
I have invested Rs-13000/ to facilitate my work but due to its failure and delay in response I am feeling harassed and cheated by Nokia company, also getting loss my work efficiency.

Halo, I have some issues need you to rectify!I bought my NOKIA PHONE X6 on last year 2010 March and it's still under warranty .I have been sent my mobile phone to NOKIA Center Amcorp Mall which is located at PJ. When I collected my mobile on 26 Jan 2011(Wednesday), I realized my phone memory and memory card has been deleted without inform me!!!I hope that you could help me trace back all those memory!!I had lost 1000++ phone contact, picture for business, and ect .Everything are important for me!!Why the department never inform us or call us to save up to do back up before repairing? Kindly check with My work order no PJW 256564. Because My job is totally depend upon my mobile, i need it urgently!!
Besides of that, i called many times to customer service/manager (Winnie), they said will return call to us but at the end NO RESPONSE from them!!What's kind of service???!!!
i trusted nokia mobile and this is wat is happening with me .i hope you will see to it and will take necessary steps soon.

I THINK NOKIA CARE CENTRE IS GOOD
against all ods my experience is very good.in 2008 my nokia 3110 has some serious problem.i went to nokia care center at muzaffarpur, after one month I was taken surprise when care center said that ur mobile could not repaired & company give u a new hand set.
that's definetly a big experience for me.

Nokia — Price differences in Nokia Care centers
EX:X6 display hard glass price varies in Nokia centers across the Bangalore City.please avoid Bashyam circle centre these people charge 20% more than other centers.
