Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Nokia mobile of 2626 model and after 5 days there was some problem because of which it did'nt start (boot up). I went to the Nokia shop from where i had purchased the mobile and asked him to replace it but he said no he cant replace it and asked me to go to Nokia service centre. Its been already 5 days since i have given my mobile to the service centre and now they are telling me to wait for 10 -15 days more.
Now, My point is i had purchased the mobile cause i was in urgent need of it and because of this i am facing a lot of problem. I had never thought of it that a Nokia product can start giving problem within 5 days of purchase.
So, Please either replace my mobile or provide me a temporary mobile for the time being.

nokia 6300...the set hangs a lot & gets off and on automatically ...the application provided by the nokia( i.e. tunes wallpapers, themes. etc) gets deleted, , the phone gets formatted automatically...the contacts, reminders, , messages automatically gets deleted...nokia care in my area could not also rectify it...plz help me...

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 3600s ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], PRODUCT CODE – 0561197, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSM) on 16.01.2009 from Nokia gallary, Vapi, Gujrat

From the 13 day of purchase, the handset is problem of charging/battery:no charging.so I contacted with the local Nokia Cere center Vapi. Tangent, shop no.101-102, Varun Complex, plot no.229, g.i.d.c, vapi Contact No.[protected], ASC 563_434038, email- [protected]@ nokiacareindia.com, Pin Code - 396195 Gujrat. They told me that the mobile have some technical problem. So send my mobile to Delhi nokia Company, they gave me Service Job Sheet of mobile deposit slip and assured me that they repair my mobile within 20 to 300 days.

I am requesting you to give me a brand new mobile because the repaired mobile
might give some problem in future and i don’t want to take back this repaired mobile



Please do the needful at the earliest possibility.
