Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Wuith extreme pain I am to say that I am fed up with Nokia service.

I am not getting proper solution to my problem.

From very first day this Nokia5200 (IMEI# [protected] Purcahsed date 27oct'07) is giving me lot of problem.

When I purchased the mobile it was working but after 2 days it got off & never got on. I tried to charge but the display was "MOBILE CHARGER NOT SUPPORTED". I want this to be replaced by new one beacause I have face problem the day 3rd after paying full amount for new mobile.

Take this problem will not sorted out within a weak time, i will have to take from legal action.

I am Mohd.Anwer Pasha was gave my hand set 6270 becouse of network problem in Nokia Care Punjagutta, Hyderabad. My Job Sheet No.[protected]. I handed over my phone on 5-11-07 and they given return date on 26-11-07 but still there is no respons from them. i went 2 times to take my phone but they are still in the process. If we will ask any thing they are returning the handset. When i went to give my phone on that day oneperson was shouting and they were retun the phone. When i was went for taking the phone on that day also some body shouting. They not given proper response to me aswell.

Dear Nokia,
Your customer service is pathetic. You are known to have number one supply chain network all over the world but I have had a real bad experience. MY mobile model 8800 Silver color is with Nokia care centre since 14th Nov. 2007. The problem is it needs a new battery. Today its 2nd Dec and till now they have not been able to arrange for a battery. Simple reason they give is "since model is no more being manufactured so battery not available". I called up Nokia care too my compalint number " 2-2MMYKB " and I wa told my case is of high pririty since its a high end model. But no use.....My Service Job Sheet number "[protected]/071114/10. I have arranged for my battery from outside shop so just wanted to say yuor service is the worst I have been through ever. I will surely never will buy any Nokia product and will advice my friends too not to go for it.

I have purchase it on 31/10/07 after twenty days there was problem in display. The phone was not showing display any more. I went to that dealer, I told all the problems regarding display. The behaviour of the dealer was very rude with me ant the way he was talking was very rude.
I told him that to take back & give me replacement of the model. And the phone is in warrenty period of one year. He took back my phone & he given me stand back phone which is very old one. Then he told me that you can come after 3-4 days. After that I called him, again the communication problem. Dealers way of talking was realy insulting me. Still I did not get phone on which I have paid 12000/

I want a new piece. Pls tell him to give me new one.
Due to this problem I ma going through mental stress & lot of inconvenience as I have other important work to do.

You pls. tell him to give me the replacement of new model. Otherwise I will go to consumer court under consumer protection act of 1986

I having nokia N73 ME and my headset not working. So I submitted my headset (AD-41) in HCL Nokia Care (Chennai) for replacement on Oct-6-2007. But up to now I does not got the headset and they saying there is no stock in Head Office(HCL). Whether the Nokia giving the material to HCL for replacement or not?

Hi, i am Abhay Gupta, I had bought a nokia phone model no. N-95 & Serial No. [protected], I have given this handset once as the SMS were neither going or Coming to nokia center, Noida but still it is not working properly,. They took one month to give it back to me on commitment of one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I am really frustrated from this company and kind of service they are providing bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period is about to expire, please Help as after warranty period they will start charging the Money from me and I ll have to stuck with the same defective handset.
I got one problem in Nokia N70 mobile. I have purchased above mentioned Nokia model on Date: 10/06/2007. After four month from purchase I observed that their is a cross lines are appearing on screen in camera mode and hence I have to decided to give to NOKIA care center at Jamnagar as phone is in WARRANTY period. I have given to NOKIA care on date: 18-Oct-2007 and received on 2-Dec-2007 after very long time. After receiving phone I observed that lines are disappeared, but my phones screen gad is removed and phone's outer body is full of scratches and seems to be old, when I open Gallery it takes so much time to open, it means phone's functionality gets slow, also phone is not able to read any memory card. In place of resolved my one problem NOKIA care Ahmedabad center gifted me with so many, Hence I am expected a new replacement from NOKIA.

used Nokia 1100 Mobile phone for last three & half years, it is very good one. Am not
done any service for that three years.and am enjoyed to use that mobile. And it will help
me like one of the partner in my business and my growth.

Than I like to use color mobile so decided to buy nokia brand, and went to Univercell show room in pondy Bazzar on 5th of Nov 07, Sales executive suggested Nokia 6080 mobile. In that time is not bother about that shopkeeper suggestion, I am only believe that Nokia brand and bought (bill enclosed).

But I cannot use that mobile a day. I get trouble in that mobile, the problem is when am talking (using) to some one automatically dialing some number and disturbing, am not talk or hear clearly. I asked about this to shopkeeper next day, he told that some software problem in that. And asked to take it into Nokia Service station. I don’t know why I should? I bought new one and I used only one day. Am so disappointed about this.
We are buying only the brand name of NOKIA in that we are not get any satisfaction than what is the meaning of brand? How can company release the mobiles without quality checking?

What is solution for me?

Nokia Priority Dealer's behaviour is very very bad and unreasonable. They say clearly that their job is only to sell and after sell, they wash their hand. Even after one hour of purchase, they willnot give replacemnt. NOKIA's such policy deserve condemnation. I bought a N72 set from " Nokia Priority Dealer" " TIrupati Communication, GS Road, Guwahati 781007 phone:[protected]. The concernened owner he says he is Mr Mayank Sureka, I donot know whether he has told truth or lie or the delarship is in whose name, because he doesnot tell anything about complaint and simply tells to go to Nokia Service Centre. He openly tells " Our duty is to sell and take our commission. We cannot do anything abpout replacemnt or servicning. Donot come to us with complaint. We only sell.
Such a rude vbehaviour from the owner !
Then I went to Nokia Care in Guwahati, but I came to know that, the Nokia care is in contract with HCL. So ! Great Nokia ! There is nobody to complain. Everywhere there are huindreds of people to money from you. But where are you NOkia ? I want to donate my non a single day working set to the Head of NOKIA, India or to the chairman NOKIA. Can you hear me NOKIA. Your brandnew costly set is also of no quality now. It can fail after an hour itself. So you will repair and give me back. I shall have to go on going to Nokia Care again and again.
No complaint book system with Nokia Dealer. No approach to Nokia. I donot know , I have some how written this, but donot know if it will reach to concerned person of Nokia Quality Centre. If your costly N series brand new set goes bad after an hour, you call yours a QUALITY !
