Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I bought NOKIA 6300 Black Silver On 5/10/2007 from very next day i notice it takes more then 4hrs to get fully charge.For this problem i visit THE MOBILESTORE shop No 115,Mahalaxmi Vihar,Next to Vishrant wadi Policealandi Road,Pune,Phone [protected].My invoice No :MH /01271/00001/2475.From where i bought this Mobil and told him about charging Problem,He ask me to visit NOKIA Care and they will replace for new one.
To visit NOKIA Care it took me 3 months because of timing problem any way yesterday Feb 20/2008 i was at NOKIA Care,(Akshay Comminication,Satpute Bhavan,Near S.T.Stand Wakdewadi,Shivaji Nagar Pune) There was a long q it took about 35 min.And told the young lady about the same she told me to get one Photo copy of my Invoice,with battery and they will send to company and it will take about 15 days.I was really upset first of all for this job it took 3 months and again i have to come after 15 days and i will used for those 15 days i also spoke with manger but i think NOKIA has not train the staff or understand the customer problem.I was/am disappointed with this service and i was back after wasting 1 hour,I toid myself to better connected with same Battery.
I think Your Slogan must be NOKIA DISCONNECTING People.
i just have puchase N70, in my cell i am unable to use GPRS, i have already tried 15 times call to customer care of service provider but they told there is every thing ok from them side but my instrument having some problem.... i am also agree with them because when i tried my SIM card in other cell , GPRS is working smooth........

Dear sir,
I have taken cell of model N series N70. and seriel no:356294/01/662866/0, FCCID: QFXRM-84, IC-661Z-RM84, code no-0539276. after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems.when i try to use Bluetooth it is suddenly hanged up, when i took this to customer care they were formatting the software and again reloading software.Because of this i am loosing all my contacts and when i try to get the data through bluetooth i never get the data, some times no enough memory like this...please give me a proper solution to this product.i have completed 5 month product purchase day18 Nov 2007 . This time my memory card no working .so please help me in this regard for not loosing my contacts else replace me with new mobile.

HCL Infinet Nokia Care, Punjagutta, Hyderabad is the worst Nokia Care I had seen. My 10 years faith on Nokia Products has been washed away by the bloddy operators of this Nokia Care. I had given my Nokia 6100 Ten(10) months back for a minor repair, and it has not been received till date. I am made to run to them every month but every time I get an answer it will come next week. It has been more than 10 times that I had visited them till date. Now they say the cell is lost. Sorry! Can you believe this.
The manager bloddy has stopped picking my calls and no one is talking to me. They are thieves, liars and the worst customer care in the country. How can they gulp my mobile after making me run around for 10 months. I am going to publicise this in every corner of the world.

NOKIA will suffer because of their attitude. The customer care franchise should be revoked from HCL Infinet.

Maine 02.09.2007 ko Nokia 6300 purchase kiya from Computer & Mobile Telecom, Bus Stand, Karwi, jiska invoice no. 93, dated 02.09.2007 hain. Lekin Nokia 6300 mein shuru se hi problem thi, lekin ise main nahi dekh paya tha, phir main is set ko 25.09.2007, jiska job sheet no hain 27571 hain, ise main Narain Automobile, Stanley Road, Patrika Chouraha, Allahabad mein diya. After repair ye set 23.10.2007 ko mujhe mila, parantu problem wahi ki wahi rehi, tab maine turant Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Nokia Care, Allahabad jiska mobile no. [protected] hian, maine phone kiya ki problem same hain. Tab unhone kaha ki is set ko dubara de dijiye, phir hamne bola ki mujhe ek standby me set dijiye to main ye set aapko de doon, unhone kaha ki humlog standby mein set nahi de payenge, unhone hi kaha ki aap jab doosra set intezam ker lijiye taki aapka kaam nahi ruke. To maine kaha ki thik hain jab mere pass doosre set ki vyasth ho jayegi to main de doonga ye November ki baat hain. Kal yani 25.02.2008 ko jab Nokia Care, Narain Automobile gaya to unhone khol ker dekha ki usme ek pench nahi hain aur plate ki jali nahi hain. Unhone is set ko lene se mana ker diya.

Aapko main bata doon ki Main bhi ek Computer Dealer hoon, mujhe phi pata hain ki under warranty mein kaha se kaam karana hota hain. Unhone kaha ki ye set agar main bhejta hoon to Lucknow service centre wale accept nahi karenge.

Ye bataye ki ismein meri kaha fault hain, Jabki sara kaam maine service centre ke through kaam karwa reha hoon. Agar service centre wale hi aise kaam karenge to customer ka vishwas hi uth jayega service centre se.

Ab aap hi bataye ki main kya karu. Main waise hi set dubara wapas le aaya hoon. Nokia 6300 ko main ab dustbeen mein dal diya. Ab mera Nokia 6300 se tang aa gaya hoon, ab bhavishya mein bhool ker bhi Nokia ka koi set purchase nahi karunga.

01. Petch nahi hain.
02. Plate ki jali nahi hain

Lekin Nokia 6300 mein shuru se hi problem thi, lekin ise main nahi dekh paya tha, phir main is set ko 25.09.2007, jiska job sheet no hain 27571 hain, ise main Narain Automobile, Stanley Road, Patrika Chouraha, Allahabad mein diya. After repair ye set 23.10.2007 ko mujhe mila, parantu problem wahi ki wahi rehi, tab maine turant Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Nokia Care, Allahabad jiska mobile no. [protected] hian, maine phone kiya ki problem same hain. Tab unhone kaha ki is set ko dubara de dijiye, phir hamne bola ki mujhe ek standby me set dijiye to main ye set aapko de doon, unhone kaha ki humlog standby mein set nahi de payenge, unhone hi kaha ki aap jab doosra set intezam ker lijiye taki aapka kaam nahi ruke. To maine kaha ki thik hain jab mere pass doosre set ki vyasth ho jayegi to main de doonga ye November ki baat hain. Kal yani 25.02.2008 ko jab Nokia Care, Narain Automobile gaya to unhone khol ker dekha ki usme ek pench nahi hain aur plate ki jali nahi hain. Unhone is set ko lene se mana ker diya.

Aapko main bata doon ki Main bhi ek Computer Dealer hoon, mujhe phi pata hain ki under warranty mein kaha se kaam karana hota hain. Unhone kaha ki ye set agar main bhejta hoon to Lucknow service centre wale accept nahi karenge.

Ye bataye ki ismein meri kaha fault hain, Jabki sara kaam maine service centre ke through kaam karwa reha hoon. Agar service centre wale hi aise kaam karenge to customer ka vishwas hi uth jayega service centre se.

Ab aap hi bataye ki main kya karu. Main waise hi set dubara wapas le aaya hoon. Nokia 6300 ko main ab dustbeen mein dal diya. Ab mera Nokia 6300 se tang aa gaya hoon, ab bhavishya mein bhool ker bhi Nokia ka koi set purchase nahi karunga.

This is to inform you that I receved Mobile Handset Model No. 6300 on dated 23.10.2007 after repair from Nokia Care Centre, Narain Automobiles, Stailnly Road, Patrika Chauraha, Allahabad. But I am not satisfied after the repair of Nokia Model No. 6300. I use this mobile two days dated 23.10.2007 to 25.10.2007.

The following problems increases.

01. Mobile Handset hanging during continuos talk 1/2 hours.
02. Blinking during the calling after 10 to 15 times.
03. Mobile handset backup is ok but my calling per day between 25 to 50 then battery is gone out.
