Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I bought Nokia Hand set 1200, the recently launched model on 27/01/2008 in one of the Nokia agencies at Bangalore. The set just functioned for one week and later developed techincal problem and stopped operating.

The company has to address all such problems keep in mind the satisfaction of the customers also and not just concentrate on only making money to sustain in the market.. The company should also be highly service oriented which I guess they are currently not one.

Not satisfied with the Customer Care responses. Applied for a BL-5C battery replacement 0n 16.08.2007. After that called NOKIA care at Bangalore atleast 10 times. Visited Ultadanga, Kolkata NOKIA CARE atleast 5 times as per advice of NOKIA call centre but every effort went into vain. Attaching the web application.

. i have submited my headfone date 12december 2007 & now date is 16 feb 2008 JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/071212/73still they r not able to tell me that when should i get my head set so I WARN PEOPLE IF THEY GOING TO PURCHASE NOKIA PHONE ONLY DUE GARRENTIS & WARRANTY THEY WILL SUFFER FORM NOKIA TROUBLE CENTER .ALSO I HAVE GIVE THEM ADVICE THAT THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME AS "NOKIA TROUBLE CENTER"
on 4th of Feb 08 i bought the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic . This cell gets into hang mode very often. so much so that when i switch on it has the data and time screen coming in which i have to every time key in the current date and time. This had become a regular feature.

Hence on 16th of Feb 08 i went back to the dealer and got it REPLACED. However this new cell is also showing the SAME problem.

Can you please suggestion what is the matter??
