Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

How many times I have to complaint ? It isnot getting lodged .

NOKIA is no more quality. Its policy of non replacement of brand new set also in case of not working deserve condemnation.

I shall never buy NOKIA again.
There is no complaining systemin the NOKIA Priority delers. You can only buy and then if doesnot work cry. They will not give replacement.

I lost my mobile phone in Bus Route No - 19 around 10.30 a.m. on 14/12/07 at Shakti Nagar Telephone Exchange, G.T. Karnal Road, Delhi. I have given my written complaint to P.S. Model Town, Delhi in this regard. My phone details are as under -

i am having nokia 2626 mobile.i bought USB connector for it, after installing driver for that, it is able to detect the piece but it is not showing folders within it. thus i am not able to make any data transfer between my PC and mobile..pls suggest the solution for it.

nokia/nokia 5200 — internal hardware

sir, i have nokia 5200 which in warranty but still when i went to nokia care just because of some problem in its internal hardware(cord which connects upper slide to lower side) for which i had paid Rs 599/- now if my phone is in warranty then why should i have to pay repairing charges for that,i am not understanding the policy,provided by nokia care can you please clear my doubt.
i have bought nokia , now i am in trouble with screen display problem. I have gone to one of your nokia care centre but they are saying it will take more than 30 days plz tell me why so delay?

I Anuj Batra, owner of Nokia E-90, facing some problem with my set from last 1 month (regarding voice cut during video recording, and hanging problem) and for this purpose I have submitted my set to Nokia care, Patel nagar, New Delhi, 4 times, but they failed to repair my set. Every time they committed to replace it if they failed to repair it, but now they are not doing the same.
I feel being harassed by the company, as it is very difficult for me to stay without the mobile for such a long time, and being a student its very difficult for me to go again and again to Patel nagar.
So please look into the matter. I believe that my complaint would be considered and I would be relieved from this problem as soon as possible.

nokia 5070 battery not replace
Dear Sir,

I am really fed up with Nokia service. I have given my Nokia 6260 phone for repair due to display problems on 19th Nov 2007. My job sheet number is[protected]/071119/53 The phone was returned to me on 7/12/2007. In spite of that the display problem was persistent. So I returned the phone for a second time which was returned to me the next day. But still the issue continues. Do we have to expect such poor incompetent service from Nokia?

I am using the Phone 6610 phone from last 3 yrs.
I just came to germany for one year, and here i took the sim card from T-Mobile.
After switching on the phone system is displaying the message "Phone Restricted" and then asking for some code.
Please tell me what should i do now.
It is very urgent as i dont have any backup of my phone no.

I am Nokia Customer and I have purchased a Nokia 1112 D Blue IMEI Number [protected] and battery number 06704954379950306111501236 from your authorized dealer M/S Shri Rajeshwar Telecom & Photocopiers at Jodhpur (Rajasthan) on October 10, 2007.
I have felt some problems in this set after purchasing it. I told about the problems to your dealer. He has taken the battery for replacement but I observed that the Nokia Mobile set given to me has some problems and is not working properly also. I am not satisfied with this Set because I have tested this set with new battery from another new set. I again told about this to Dealer but he has refused to change this Set and told me that "Once we sold the set we do not have any responsibility therefore customer should go to NOKIA service center directly".
Sir, I am Nokia Customer since last ten yrs and now I am facing the problems in your branded Mobile Set. I need your assistance for resolving my problem
I have original bill of this set from your dealer's shop. Neither I have received replaced battery yet nor any response from the Dealer. These types of act are a type of cheating and it will be my constraint to go the consumer court against your branded Nokia Company for replacing the out of order Mobile Set.

I am ishaq khatri from sagar(m.p.). i hav brought new nokia n73 music addition,,, IMEI no. is ([protected]) on 05/10/2007.
i have to many problem in that ,so i go in NOKIA CARE for repair my mobile in sagar.. he told that your mobile is sent to bhopal for repair and say i give u after 15-20 days.. or he say you go bhopal in NOKIA CARE for repair..
Sir i have no time for that , but i adjust my work and go bhopal for repairing, and says these problem in NOKIA CARE
1.Its upper sound is very low than other n73 mobile.
2.The mobile is hanging.
3.Wav tones r not playing in the mobile.
4.Sounds file are not seeing in profile which are send by bluetooth.
5. update software.
i got my mobile after repairing,,,,
there mam says ur mobile is now OK there is no any more problem in it.. but when i checking my mobile mam says plzzzzzzzz do not ENTRE memory card without formating the card .
I say ok i will insert after formating . I format card and insert in mobile then i see there is no work on upper sound ,,, the sound is same when i give to repair.... sir i go sagar to bhopal you know 200km.,, my 1500Rs. are waisted and my one day..
Sir now tell u were i give my mobile to repair ,,,,,
plz reply me Sir i do what u say because my mobile is not gud at that time
