Nokia doesn't have the time and money to repair phones on warranty then how do you expect them to spot your phone.Nokia is total waste so better buy some better brands.Get lost Nokia.

27th July 2012 - I get a message on my phone for winning the selected draw which was done at random for selected phone numbers. the SMS message said I had won 500,000 pounds from NOKIA. Then I called the phone number shown along with the message, the phone was picked up by a person who's english was like a man of Russian decent. He told me the same thing that I had won and that I should mail him the details of my name address and my profession, he also said that I will get the claim in a week. I kept on insisting where did he get my number but he kept on repeating about the prize. Now the good part is that after this call the entire TEXT of the SMS got missing in my phone which made me to realize that this was indeed a fraud mail and I have to report the fraud. I have been getting this type of mail for the last 2 years but have never responded, I do not know why did I respond this time. the phone number I called was [protected] the person said that he was calling from UK.

I feel so bad when people use good brands for a fraud, makes simple people NOT to believe these brands. Hope this company will take some note of this matter in a serious manner - World Consumer
