Nokia N73 — REAR COVER LOOSE

I have purchased a NOKIA N73 set from your company showroom, CHAWLA BROTHERS, sector 22, Chandigarh on 5th january 2009. Upon reaching home i noticed that the rear body cover is loose and does not fit properly. I showed the same on the very next day to the said office, but they were harsh and did not listen to my concern. I had requested them to replace the bodycover, as it seems it has been replaced by some of other set, but they flatly refused to do so.
I request you to please help me in this case or else i have to use some other options, e.g. consumer court.

Nokia N73 — Not replacing my mobile ,while it comes under warranty

Hi,

This is devesh from bangalore, i bought N73 two months back, i put it on charging in switch off mode after that its not started, then i took it to Nokia care centre in BTM 2 nd stage bangalore, they told me its water blockage problem, i don't know how its come, even i told them its not possible as it did not fall into water, now its about one month, today i get a call from them(meanwhile i keep asking them about the status of my mobile but they never give me satisfactory answer) and saying that its not possible for them to make it proper although it is under warranty they are not replacing it then what means of providing warranty for the set if they are not going to replace it.

could anybody let me know how can i get my mobile back(replaced)

In India there is no exact procedure to trace it. Eventhough our SIM card service Providers can do it, they will certainly say we can't

I had also lost my colour phone arround 2 years back, when i contacted to my service provider they said we can't do. Actually the fact of the matter is they can trace our cell through IMEI number. but they won't

When i lodge FIR, police will say we'll get back to you if we find. (A Standard Answer)

And The company (The mobile belongs) is such a useless. They know how to sell that's it. No support

By the way if some good person found and try to contact you(which is very less change). you can find it certainly

Nokia — N-73 ME Nokia Mobile stolen

My cell phone model no.N73 ME stolen
I am Aji Alex, and my cell has been stolen in between Anderi Station to POWAI at Mumbai on 5 th of feb 2009, It was very costly phone for me and it was some great memories saved also and my some secret nos also. So, if possible can you people please guide me how can I will able to get it back?
