I have not received my PAN CARD, bearing No. BFWPP8510A

i have applied for pan card three months earlier but i hv not received my pan card yet.so kindly send it as earlier as possible.

municipal ration shop — not allotting certificate for name change

Dear sir,
I Mrs Khyati M dolia complain against the ration shop owner in my area i.e GIDC Vithaludhyognagar in vidhyanagar.I got married in 2008 and need to add my name in ration card for visa application purpose but the owner is not available at the shop at any instance of time hence i am unable to trace him again he is not alloting the foodgrains and other commodities to the poor people and selling the same to shpkeepers.
Hence i request you to take some action on him.
