[Resolved]  Nsdl Pan — refund of PAN processing fee

Sir,
I basically want to know is there any problem if i submit the application and other documents after the prescribed date of 15 days from the day of online application.
Because the problem is i already have done this mistake and sent the documents.
My Acknowledgement No. - [protected].
Please tell me what can be done in order to improve the mistake if it is a problematic one.

NSDL PAN — pan application.

i have applined online for new card .but due to some fault able the connection tripped and was not get the acknowledgemnt no.
i have issued the cheque on hdfc.

so what to do now...
i cant apply fresh i suppose.

I had apply for the pan card on 12 Aug 2008 . It was still in under pross. can i know why?
my application is in tin gov of india. when i got my pan no . And when will be dispatch to my Add reply me soon

Ihave submitted for made pan card but i am minor so what formality i will have to submit for that and i have still not received the compliance latter after processing.

Dear Sir,
Find attached the history of my pan application.

First Application No [protected] payment through Credit Card Rs. 94/-
Second application NO [protected] Payment Through Credit Card Rs.94/-

First application was rejected due mistake in application however the second was completed successfully and i had been alloted pan no AASPO5696G.

I request to get my refund recredited to the payer credit card as refund as the Tin application centre says refund will not be given once it is send.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied with NSDL online for a new Pan Card. The acknowledgement no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that

1) The name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the Proof of Residential Address.

2) Name in Proof of Identity does not contain middle name as mentioned in application.


Kindly refund my PAN processing fee.

PAN CARD SYSTEM IN INDIA IS QUITE COMPLICATED, LOOKS LIKE A REVENUE SCAM AT HIGHER
LEVEL.

They could make the proof of address easier, by allowing NRI to use NRO bank statement for proof of address

or

A simple affidavit/letter from taxpayer (pan no: provided) father of the applicant stating that he takes full responsibility of issuance of pan card to the applicant.

I am also facing same problem. I applied for my mothers PAN card. First application [protected] was rejected by NSDL for giving a different name in the "name to be printed" column, which was not exactly matching with name in proof document. I spent Rs.100 through online transaction for it. They instructed to reapply online and told that second application fee would be adjusted with first application. Second application [protected] has now been processed and alloted pan card. I paid Rs.100 for that too. Now the refund for first application has not been given to me yet. They are not replying on their help-desk email too.
