I had registered with new pan card. Almost all the steps has been completed including payment. Finally KYC is not valid, Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode through https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com. Also Refund will be back with in seven days. But I didnt received yet. Kindly Refund amount.
I applied for pan card but KYC failed 28/05/2019. i didn't get my money back to my account . please refund as far as possible
