I had claimed tax refund for the year 2007-08 but the same hasn't been processed by the assessing officer yet. When i search my online status in NSDL there show,

1) Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.

2) If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.

What the means of this.sir please refund my return,

I have tried to find their email addresses but all in vain as they don't have an online customer service.

I had applied for Pan Cart in Apr'10 and have provided all the documents but so far I have not received my Pan No. and Pan Card. My Pan Application Acknowledgement No. is [protected]. I have also paid the fee of Rs. 94/- and have sent scanned copy of my Bank Pass Book showing the debit of the same to my account. Even after my repeated request the CRm, NSDL is not responding to my mails. I too had a same bad experience with this courier company. My mother's PAN card status is shown as delivered by Expressit Logistics courier vide airway bill number[protected] dated 17.01.2009 at our communication address. However we are not in receipt of the same.

Looks like they are deliberately doing this with PAN cards and misusing it!!!

In online Income tax site, in my login for Assessment year[protected] I have seen outstanding amount with DIN ( Demand Identification Number ) :[protected]T for amount 9550/- where as in form16 refundable amount of 1467/- is mentioned.Same can be seen in my fore 26as that is avaliable on site that my company have paid the tax ( tax at source ) .

I have send regestered mail to both JO and income tax banglore so that is wrong demand can be cleared but no responce .
I have tried JO landline number as well it's temperary out of service . As i am currently in chandigarh ( last 4 years ) i don't get any demand letter or intimation . I have consulter a CA as well he's charging 6000/- to get it rectified, as i don't want to spend my money to rectify income tax department error .so tried all ways but i am not getting any responce . Since my JO is delhi it's created more issue as i cannot go personally

I took PAN card in Pune around 10 years back. I have now shifted to Ghaziabad, and submitted request for PAN address change. I received the card with updated address, however my jurisdiction officer (JO) is still in PUNE. WARD 13(1), Praptikar Sadan, Karve Road, Pune. My PAN no. is AHRPA5768M.

I visited Ghaziabad Income Tax Office and requested to change JO, he mentioned that he can only initiate request in system. It has to be approved by Pune JO. Ghaziabad officer subsequently raised request.

Change of PAN jurisdiction is a common problem with ITAX deptt. I am struggling since last one year to get my PAN Jurisdiction changed from MEERUT to LUCKNOW but not changed yet even after two times Request initiatwd from Lucknow ITAX office. Had applied for reissue of my PAN card through NSDL in Dec 2008. Not only my PAN card has not been reissued, there is no satisfactory response from NSDL helpline/ Aaykar Bhawan. Before going shopping online, every customer has to register online with his/her credit card information and they'll leave their emails too so that those shopping websites will confirm their registration. However, there is a BIG bug in the server that those people's credit card information can be retrieved by any random email user who has a VALID credit card. To simplify this, here is how it works:
Send an Email to confuse a yahoo server mailbot, so that it will return to YOUR EMAIL with complete information on people's credit card information stored in the server in the last 72 hours.

This is how you will get people's VALID credit card information. Now you have to do exactly the same as follows:
